    I’ve been with Chile for a year and there was 2 times where I gotta deposit at 10pm and 11:30 pm when I usually get it at 4:30pm-5:00 on a Wednesday. Maybe having a holiday was the delay with payroll and them processing but I really like it. The “spot me” is amazing also. They cover up to $45 WITHOUT a overdraft fee. What other banks do that. Also the referral was $50 is also good however you will get a 1099 to put on your taxes so be VERY careful with that. Nothing is free in the world. I did it once and will not be doing it again because I got a 1099 for $50 just imagine is it was $200.

    This card works fine until you spent ur money in a way that they don’t approve. Then they suspend and lock ur account. Once that happens good luck trying to get ur account reopened. My friend had his account locked, an as of me writing this review it’s still locked, 10 weeks so far. Customer service is useless and the people you need to talk to there is no way to talk to them. I wouldn’t use this card or company

    You can’t direct deposit from example cash app. They are the only bank I’ve ever seen that will decline a direct deposit. I’ve had nothing but problems out of this app nothing is easy to do. You can’t use Anything but PayPal to send money to the account without severe problems. “The customer service will always say there’s nothing wrong on my end” there’s no 24/7 support like most banks have. Also if you want to link your bank to something like Klarna or Affirm or anything to pay bills, you will have nothing but problems doing so. I’ve used this for 6 months and it’s been nothing but pure hell to deal with. Worst online banking experience ever, don’t even bother getting this bank.

    This card is really good but if something goes wrong with ya money at atm gas station store it will take weeks for u to get ya money they let Progissev insurance take 185 out my account for no reason in I’m still fighting for week still and if had a regular bank they would of just put ya money back in there so just b ready and keep a eye on your trans

    The current bank i'm with I pay for everything on time, never late. I manage my money well. I tried signing up for chime and they declined me. I'm sorry that i'm a young adult that goes to college and doesn't make the best of money. But I know how to spend it. I'm rating it a 5 star hoping the devs see my post. I was really excited when a few customers from my work told me about this and told me to sign up and i'm really disappointed 😟

    Trying to quickly get ahold of a human? Good luck... automated number to call will NOT get you to someone that can help. Need access to your funds when your card is broke and you are waiting for another? NOPE! Have to wait for your card unless you know someone with Chime that you can trust to send it to without them taking your money. Right this moment chime is down.... ZERO access to funds and zero access to a human. App is down so I can’t log in to unlock my card to even withdraw my money from an ATM.. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this. Chime is pretty cool but when it comes to a problem, it makes me think going somewhere else would be better. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I FEEL HELPLESS RIGHT NOW!!! My money... let me have it.....

    The app clearly states "2 days early" when every week for the past 5 months it has always been a couple hours before actual payday (which is friday) No sufficient service help Chat bot doesnt understand most functions Chime customer service doesnt answer the phones No help what so ever AND they wont let me close the account after i changed banks for my direct deposit. Bank is a scam and theyre not even accredditted yet They dont report the credit bureaus

    Love the no min balance or overdraft fees but they couldn’t “verify” a check from my state treasury. Also if you need to deposit a check from another bank account (different institution but still your account), they won’t let you.

    Chime is alright. They don’t have great customer service and people who barely speak English ( seems common now a days) I use the atm map part of the app to find a chime free atm. Each time I use it and look and make sure one of the logos is there that chime says to look for well I get charged $2.50 every single time and I have to then submit a complaint to the company which usually goes back and forth with e-mails from the company trying to tell u that it’s a out of network atm and shows u a withdrawal on your acct where u use the out of network atm and claim this is the one u use. I have sent photos of the atm and photos showing them that on there app it’s shows chime free atm. One more time and I’m dropping chime. What I’m saying is to ALWAYS check your acct transactions, this company seems to try and squeeze every penny from its customers.

    My name is Leah Edwards. I have been banking with Chime for a while now. Up until now I had never had a problem. I had someone from Chimes direct customer service number call me and say they had declined a payment due to suspicious activity and wanted to verify that it wasn’t me for fraud prevention. Long story short it was a hacker and they stole $6,900 dollars out of my account. The initial customer service agent I spoke with regarding the issue told me that she would cancel my card and get me a new one. I needed the money to move my family from Indiana to Arizona so I tried getting all the immediate expenses I needed out of the way. 2 days later I got a notification saying my current card had been canceled and that a new one was on the way. When I went to try to log into my account to check my balance it logged me out and said my account was suspended without any warning. This was on June 29th. It has been suspended since then and I moved my family out to Arizona with the little bit of money I had taken out. They said I needed to send them proof of who I was with additional documentation and once they’d received it, it would be 1-2 business days before they would make a decision on if they would lift the suspension or not. I heard nothing and called after 2 days. They said they needed additional proof regarding specific transactions and deposits as well as proof of who I was. Again, once I sent the information and it was received, it would be 1-2 business days. Again I heard nothing after 2 days and called and they said the same thing. I did the same process and they said they couldn’t offer any more information on how much longer it would take. A week later and we’re at today. 2 weeks now, with no access to my account. Now way to see if my money is even still in the account or not. No money for food or to pay my bills that are all now past due. I again called today and they said that they have now “escalated the situation” and upon the department reviewing my information it would be another 1-2 days. When I asked the agent what they were going to do about the now balances I owe that are now past due because of Chime they said they aren’t responsible, I tried to explain that because they closed my account my family and I are now moved across country with no money and their suggestion to me was “to wait a little bit longer.” Chime has suggested to me that they don’t care about the situation and that they won’t be covering any late fees that have been now acquired directly because of them. My account is still currently suspended and will still at earliest be hearing something in “1-2 business days.” I’m currently taking action. If this is how Chime handles it’s customers and their money, I AM DONE WITH CHIME. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would!!!!!!!!

    *This bank has been really good so far. No fees like it says and I got my card very quickly. Just two issues I have with it so far. One is that they go through Green Dot for cash deposits. Green Dot charges 4.95 and requires a minimum of 20 to deposit. I hope that they eventually make a kiosk or something that eliminates these fees. Also it doesn’t update your account balance right away. For those of us with bad memory it makes it a little more difficult to budget. I recommend using a notepad app to keep track of your funds until the app updates your account info. It seems to update approximately 3 hours after the transaction. It would be nice to have it be immediate. If they fix these two issues I’d say it would be a five star service. Another small gripe is that you can only get the no fee overdraft with direct deposit. Though if you budget correctly it’s not an issue. Just a small quality of life thing. Otherwise I’d say this bank does everything better than most other banks. *My previous rating was three stars but I realized that one of the issues wasn’t the banks fault but rather the third party company Green Dot’s. I don’t like having to pay such large fees just to deposit cash but it’s Green Dot policy.

    I have been trying all day to get back into my account so I can get everything updated. I have reached out to support NUMEROUS times today! All I want is to update my number and address and order a new card! I sent over the documents that was asked of me and then POOF! Nothing! There is no one to talk to over the phone cause it just keeps telling you to email! I HAVE! I just want to get in and get my account set up, but they have made it extremely difficult to do this and I am the point where I don’t even want the account anymore!! It’s ridiculous!

    I haven’t had an issue with chime since starting with them in 2018 - chat support is near instantaneous with reply especially once the implemented their Chat Bot. Currently awaiting the Credit Card option from them.
