The staff has been very helpful, but we have had a few problems with our room, no light bulb in one of the lamps and the staff got us a light bulb. We then noticed that the sink in the bathroom was not cleaned as there was toothpaste and small bits of soap and other dirt in the sink. Nothing was done for the dirty sink but staff said he would get maintenance to the room first thing in the morning. A little disappointed as our last stay was really great.

I did not realize to receive points I had to book online. I had heard about the points reward from all my friends that are members, I joined and I finally got on my account because I’m not the best on computers, I have been staying in comfort inns etc choice hotels and I have no points because I have been calling to hotel and booking my rooms. I have 7 more years of extended hotel stays and I think I’m going to go back to Marriott because if you stay there no matter how I booked I got credit on my points .

Stayed here one night for the Bob Seger Concert at Nationwide Arena. Rooms were very nice, staff was excellent. Location was great to get back and forth to the concert. This was our scone time at a Choice Hotel. The other was in Nashville TN.

Our trip was a family event. We also had another couple there with us. First I would like to say Jacqueline at the front desk was amazing! As a matter of fact all of the front desk staff were good.
My complaint is that we were told the bar was open until 11:00 pm. The night of the 01/18/19 we went for a drink around 9:30 pm and the bar was closed. We all again on 01/19/19 went down around around 10:00 pm and the bar was closed. We had been told when we checked in the bar closed at 11:00pm, we checked the second day to confirm the closing time and were again told 11:00pm.
We had accepted the gift coasters at check out instead of bonus points, and ended up with nothing. I would like the bonus points to our account, we were in room 427, we checked in on the 01/18/10 and checked out on 01/20/19.

I’ve been using the Choice Hotel app for over a year now. I was a die hard Expedia customer but thought I would try something new. I was pleasantly surprised that on every occasion from Reno to Northern California and now Washington D.C. and Virginia that Choice hotels are less expensive with great quality like Comfort Suites. I’m sold on Choice.

After reviewing all the reviews we took a chance on this place, YES it needs some updates but for 48.00 per night we were happy with it...
we stayed three separate nights in a week. So that tells you it wasn’t that bad. Beds we’re comfortable and sheets were clean. Yes it Could use some common detail cleaning, windows doors. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done in the rooms. But you have hot/cold shower bath. Heater worked great. The view is amazing over looking Batesville.

Comfort Suites Anchorage 5/5
The stay has been awesome, the staff friendly and helpful. Pick-up 24 hrs airport as we got in at 430am. Breakfast buffet included and just great. Disappointed we couldn’t extend our stay and had to switch to another choice property but sure it will get great.

Quality Inn Santa Rosa, is a comfortable home away from home. It’s clean and quiet the staff are professional and caring. The motel is up to date the WiFi is good. If I have any criticism, the breakfast selection is limited. But as a frequent traveler I choose the Quality Inn for its great value and opportunity for good rest.

The staff was wonderful! Storm was coming in and they helped to make sure that I was comfortable being far away from my kids staying for the Comic-Con event.

The Quality Inn in Wesley Chapel is the worst customer service I have ever had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and as a matter of fact I’ll tell people never to go there. This experience was on Thursday January 10, 2019. At about 7:00 pm. The female employee working that evening should be terminated. Went two blocks away go the Sleep Inn and received excellent service.

I travel often for business. Due to physical limitation\issues, I take a lot of time in care when making arrangements when traveling. I specifically searched for, and booked a room at the Comfort Suites in Fishkill, NY with a hot tub after driving a long time in the winter to help with arthritis using my accumulated points from previous travel on the Choice Hotels website directly. Upon arrival after driving 10+ hours the room I was assigned had no hot tub, even though the one I had reserved and paid for with my points did. The front desk clerk was so horribly rude, unapologetic, and uncaring and just said points can’t be used towards those rooms even though the parent company, choice hotels with allowed me to book it directly through their app and there was nothing she said she could do. She made absolutely no apologies or any type of resolution or offer to to THEIR error right. Even though I paid for a Jacuzzi room she said I had to settle for one that did not have a Jacuzzi due to their policy. I told her this was unacceptable and she said that no one could help me because no one was there (it was evening)and it was a “mistake“ with Choice Hotels “the parent company“ and that they are trying to “fix“ the issue.... So she admitted it was their error and she admitted that she still offered absolutely NO resolution to the issue, I was then forced to scramble after driving over 10 hours to find a different hotel. I was in tears and in no condition to continue driving, especially after all of this happening unexpectedly. The clerk at the front desk could have cared less and did absolutely nothing to help me ...I told her I wanted to have my points reimbursed and she said she would, but I doubt it. As far as the ridiculous treatment from the girl at the desk, I have NEVER experienced anything like this nor this level of rudeness from anyone in the hospitality industry, ever! The entire situation was absolutely unacceptable. Bottom line, I feel scammed because they allowed me to reserve, book, and pay for a room and then once there, offered a room of lesser value, the most upsetting thing because I realize mistakes happen is that she did absolutely NOTHING to rectify the situation or make it right with me. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and Corporate with Choice Hotels on this matter.

I drove to Tallahassee Florida for a business meeting so I booked the Quality Inn and Suites for the night before. To my surprise the place has been closed for 7 months but I was charged $180 for the room. I called customer service and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and finally hung up and this was at 6 pm EST. This is the last time I use these people and as an owner of a travel agency you can bet that everyone in the industry will know. I am glad it happened to me and Not one of my clients. Thanks to the Best Western next door for a room as you can guess kids are coming back to FSU & FLA A& M rooms are scarce
