I quite often need to send the hotel name and address to associates, why do you prevent us from being able to highlight and copy the address from the My Trips screen?
i’m on an iPhone X.
I try to use the apps feedback option for this, but it says there’s a technical error and won’t send it. Rolling my eyes.

The app is easy to use and I can keep track of all my visits from prior years making it easy to track expenses. Very easy to use to find and book hotels. I use it every time we travel.

I used the site to reserve a room for up coming High School Reunion 3 months in advance in PA. I called customer service 1.5 months prior to the stay and they refused to cancel the reservation. I explained unexpected health issue had came up and I would not be going. I basically got sorry about your luck and they charged my credit card. NEVER again!!! I will just take my chances on getting a room. Better yet, I will also call the HOTEL and make all arrangement. You are better off!!!

I thought joining this program that we would be provided with the best customer service (not the case) you are subjected to hotel management aka hell. I also thought that there would be higher quality cleanly standards (not the case either.) Really its just a useable app that takes a percentage of the hotels profit for advertising their ghetto hotels. Granted not all of them are poop holes but their not where I want to stay for sure.
Less and less decent hotels and terrible customer service 1/5
I stayed in 2 choice hotels in 2 nights. One was comfort suites at harbison in Columbia area and the other a quality inn in Ridgeland, SC. Columbia, I was basically called a liar by the manager and I was told by him that I need to answer to my god 20 or more so times. Ridgeland, was just absolutely gross. Choice felt that they could resolve my totally out of line treatment by first manager by giving me 1000 points. Choice shove those points where the sun don’t shine. Anything at all that I can do to avoid your brand I am.

Last night my daughter wife and I needed a place to stay near our home due to a power outage. We found a place thru Expedia in Exton. When we arrived we were told that they were overbooked.
We literally stopped in at several neighboring hotels and Jessica at the front desk said "we can help."
She was attentive, caring and was good to her word. It looks like a 3 day stay. Everything is updated and beautiful. Comfort Inn has just become my go to brand. And I am hotels 30+ nights a year.

Castillo Real is a beautiful hotel located almost maybe one or two blocks from the beach with more than 47 release that has an in room Jacuzzi hot tub and just every amenity you can think of in a classy hotel staff is awesome try this hotel once you’ll fall in love

Their updates don’t save your info. My discount code rarely shows up A real pain if you’d to use the I use the app 2-3 times a week. I’ll just stay somewhere else! Sad because the Choice hotels in TN and Ky where I travel have gotten much better.

WOW! I thought for sure that they would get the bugs worked out by now, but guess I’m dreaming. Just since January 1st I have stayed at other than Choice brands 13 times. I would have stayed at choice brands those nights had the app been working at the times. Guess choice doesn’t need the business.

We went to the Hoffman Estates location and was overcharged for the room. I was told the app/online bookings don’t have the true correct prices. No hot water, fridge didn’t work, room was cold heat wouldn’t go above 65, key cards stopped working before the checkout time and the entry door would jam at times.

Horrible hotel. I have never been in a discusting hotel like this before. I changed my room due to a lot of bugs in a bed, and pillows even inside the pillows, floor and everywhere. The 2nd room had bugs too but a little less than the 1st one. Toilet doesn’t work at all. I call front desk and the guy just says sorry to hear that and does nothing about it. I traveled with my family here with 3 kids and my kids were terrified to sleep here and were saying they rather sleep in the car. I call the costumer service nr from the app and the guys just tries to book me another hotel like I don’t know how to do that. So he doesn’t offer any help either.

I am so fed up with having to argue with people that can’t speak English for points that I earned!!! I am a Diamond Elite member and I registered for their last “special promotion” that stated if you stay with them for 5 nights between Dec. 11 and Feb. 9 you will receive 10,000 bonus points. Well I checked in a Sleep Inn on Nov. 27 and checked out on Feb. 9th. I called them and first of all you won’t find out if you went through all of the hoops and traps they set for you until March 1st (that’s the date they will award the points) and apparently since I checked in on Nov. 27 and stayed for 94 nights instead of Dec 11 for 5 nights I don’t qualify for the bonus!!!! It’s never ending!!! Then he has the balls to ask me to sign up for their Visa card!! CHOICE PRIVILEGES CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DISAPPEARED!!! I don’t know about y’all but I don’t have time to beg for something that is owed to me and I won’t do it anymore. I’m in a Wyndham Hotel as we speak and they are AWESOME!!!!!!!! If you choose to use Choice you just have more time and patience than the average man!!!!!!!

I had a last minute reservation yesterday. Then I had an accident in my way to my hotel, I was unable to cancel my reservation and choice both were rude and didn’t even try to make me feel better. I am having second thoughts about even using y’all again

I stay at this hotel every time I have military training in Jefferson City. It’s a nice hotel and it is kept up nicely.
One of the reasons I chose this hotel is because they serve(d) breakfast starting at 6:00, and I had to be somewhere at 7:00, so it worked out. When I have eaten breakfast at that time, there have always been a number of people eating at that time, so it’s not like it’s not being utilized. Unfortunately, they’ve decided to shift their breakfast time to 6:30 now. I may have to find another hotel if it stays that way.

I have called SEVERAL times regarding missing points from 3 different stays during the “Triple Points” promotion. After receiving the runaround on ALL of the occasions I have called, I am fed up with the unwillingness of representatives to LISTEN to any concerns I have. Instead of listening, all they do is recite the script on their computer screens and do NOTHING to address the fact that I still havent received my points (8+ weeks AFTER the promotion ended). I WILL be taking my further business elsewhere. Silly me for thinking that after being a member for nearly 15 years, that I MIGHT actually be able to talk to a representative who will LISTEN. Don’t worry. I won’t make the same mistake again.
Then, when I try to submit this concern through the App on several occasions, it says the App can’t process my comment. Hmmmmmm...

Always consistency in room cleanliness, food quality, and some of the best management staff! Choice hotels are always a quick check-in process, but being able to have your Choice Rewards info entered in the app makes booking a hotel so easy—0nly 3-4 taps on your phone and the reservation is made!! No looking up credit card info, driver’s license number, etc. Very customer/user friendly!!
Sweepstakes doesn’t work 2/5
The Tap the App Sweepstakes entry system doesn’t work. After entering it says, “Thank you for registering!” But had already registered for it days ago. I called Choice Hotels and they said to delete the app and reinstall it. So did that but it didn’t help. :-(

Can’t find Touch ID that you said you implemented in Version 4.5.0?
It’s a must have for login or opening the app since there is so much info that needs to be secure in your app.
Please implement it or tell us how to turn it on, I looked and couldn't find it it both the iPad and iPhone apps.

I stayed at the Sleep Inn & Suites in O’Fallon Missouri for a weekend trip with my boys. Management has horrible customer service the worst I have ever experienced. I had a problem with them constantly charging my card and when I tried to talk to management she started a argument & was out right rude. He name was Maggie & I won’t ever forget that. Won’t be getting any more of my services.

HOT WATER??? 1/5
I'm paying $170 per night for this room and there has been no hot water from 5am through 9am for a week! People seem friendly but solutions are not forth coming!!! So I have struggled with the hot water since Jan 17, 2018 now on Feb 3,2018 we wake up to no TV so we don't get the morning news! We check out of this hotel from hell on Monday and we can not wait! Never again will we come to the Naples area and stay at this hotel of horrors!!!

Last summer there was a promotion if you stayed two separate nights you would receive a $100 gift card or 8000 points for a free room. You had to book through the web page. We were traveling in the mountains in Montana and I was unable to book on line I had to book directly with the hotel as I kept dropping the calls to the 800 number as well. The next week we stayed at a different comfort in. I made two separate calls to confirm that both my stays would count and make me eligible for the points/rebate. I was assured they checked and altered my reservation or whatever they had to do to make me eligible. I did not check till now when I am wanting to use my free room and no bonus 8000 points have been posted. I called and spoke to two managers and I was told I was eligible but because it had been more than 60 days they could not give me the credit. And he said I should have checked sooner. I seriously laughed out loud and said so because I did not log in and double check that what your employee told me to be true was or was not actually taken care of I am out of luck in getting my free room? He said that is correct.
I gave this program one star simply because the promotion was offered. Epic fail on customer service. You don’t tell someone that they are completely right and it’s the company’s error but you can’t fix it. I will go out out of my way to not stay at choice hotels unless there is someone reading this that has the power to make this right.

I am a Choice Privileged member and upon check in the management only game me a bottled water. Even though it was posted that members have a choice of water and a snack or 200 bonus points. Manager told me it was their choice and they couldn’t afford to give me points. Very rude. Lights out in elevator. Clerk was even in the elevator with me. This place gives Choice Hotels a bad name. Don’t waste you time here.
Smoke smell 4/5
Kennesaw GA Quality Inn reserved non smoking room. When we got into room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I complained to the desk clerk and she just shrugged and said she’d let “them” know. She didn’t offer to move us to a different room which I should have insisted on. Room otherwise okay. Needed some updates.
The app continually has errors and causes errors in making reservations.

This location has lost any form of customer service. I am a platinum member for many years and used to stay at Choice properties exclusive. I have stayed at this location many times. Today I start the check in process and insert my card and the new credit card system asks for my PIN number. The card is my corporate Citi Visa so I do not have one. In the past and at other locations they swipe the card behind the counter and we move on. Today I am told they will not accept my card if I do not have a PIN. Desk clerk calls the GM and he confirms what she stated. She asked if I had another card and if not I needed to get the PIN for this card. She cancelled my reservation and I called customer service who informed me it is the GM discretion on accepting payments. We are talking a Citi Visa, seriously!!!! I am now checking into a Hampton Inn around the corner with the same card!!!! I am here for 3 nights.

I’ve attempted to “Status Match” 5 times now, providing all required information. Each time they have emailed the same reply, which I realize now is a scam. I will no longer attempt to use their app or service. They are not trained properly. Don’t offer what you can not commit too.

My husband and I always travel in our RV with our two precious Maltese!Until we had a breakdown on our way to Old Town,Fl. We needed a pet friendly place to stay while our RV was repaired.We were tired by the time they towed it was 7:30pm.We found Econolodge in Live Oak.I went in and asked if they had a room and explained our situation.The manager checked us in and was sincerely sorry for us having that trouble! We asked about the restaurant across the street since we hadn’t eaten since breakfast.We went in our nice room and got settled.It was nice and clean and plenty of room for us. We got our dogs settled and walked across the street for dinner! We came back and showered also very clean.The next morning we went down for breakfast and were greeted by Melanie at the desk!She was very friendly and pleasant to talk with.We had a nice meal juice,coffee,sweet rolls and cereal.We asked Melanie about the town and she was very informative.We will definitely stay again because the staff made a tough situation a pleasant one!
