This app crashes when you click on the deals. When asking about birthday in settings it doesn’t specify whose birthday-yours or your children. And it only takes 1 birthday not multiple. You also cannot edit the birthday if you made an error.

You can’t do anything as a guest as it keeps crashing. It won’t let me sign up as my phone number is already being used, probably by me. It won’t send me a link to reset password and it doesn’t like the password I set up with cec years ago. Why does it have to so complicated to find out how much it cost to buy a pizza and play at CEC? The website has no pricing information as it expects everyone to use this app. But the app doesn’t work. I have an iphone12, the app should work without crashing.

I took my grandchildren to the chuck E Cheese on Buckland St in Manchester, CT. Three of the games they like to play were out of order and the ring toss games was constantly breaking down. The kids were disappointed.

Wish they had tokens back. Very confusing how many points they’re taking. And not sure if getting cheated out of tickets. I’m a Grandma who’s been utilizing your facility for years. My oldest Grandson (18).

Before the pandemic it was horrible. Expensive, people were rude, not very clean .

Although I know what to expect when coming into a CEC, it would have been helpful to have someone on the side to answer all of my questions w/o having to pause and make cotton candy or register people in, between trying to figure out how much to purchase or what plan to get it was a little frustrating to say the least. I guess for what it’s worth I just hope I can get the free e-points promised for using and downloading the app. Just my personal opinion no negativity needed

Every time I am in the store trying to redeem my summer pass or rewards the app will not load. And lately it crashes every time I try to open it.
Really frustrating as yesterday I was in the store trying to redeem an ice cream from my summer pass and couldn’t do so.

So Sunday go to Chuck E. Cheese so that my son could play and eat snacks. First of when I came in there they barely greeted us. I then asked about any specials and the girl looked at me blankly. A guy then comes up and tells us about the pass. I then ask about pricing etc etc. They neglected to tell me the bathroom was not working and they had a out house to use. Why would you not inform us about the bathroom before we ordered. They were very indifferent
