This app is terrible. I did not let me complete my order online. It would not let me order my cake it would not scan my table just didn’t work properly at all. Even the manager is a witness to this at the Lancaster location.

Went to Chucky Cheese for a bday party. Was pointed to the Kiosk to buy tickets. Once purchased I noticed an advertisement that said if you download the app you can get 500 tickets. Downloaded app and was told to scan a receipt for tickets. I had no receipt because I used the kiosk they pointed us to. When asked how to transfer my card to the app, the lady laughed and said “you can’t do that”

I wanted to take my kid to this place. It was 10p the night before and I read I could get $10 off if I downloaded the app. I downloaded the app, signed up which requires your phone. And no $10 off anywhere. Then at 10p I got an email saying click here for 500 free tickets. When I redeemed you need to use in the next 3hrs which is impossible at 10p on a Friday night.
I ended up canceling my plans and went somewhere else.

When I ride with my granddaughter, there was a promotion on the counter that said, download the app and get 500 free tickets. I talk to the lady behind the counter and said how do I do this she said you just take your receipt and scan it and you get the tickets on your card I said OK cool so now this evening I’m trying to do it and I did not get the 500 tickets as promised it said irons like 63 points or something I don’t know why they have to make things so complicated sometimes

I asked the cashier to scan my QR code on phone app and she told me to scan my receipt instead. I tried to scan my receipt but the barcode wouldn’t scan. They need a better system
