  • Cannot get login to work. Buggy 2/5

    By KMM2050
    Wish it would work
  • Almost Better Than Paper 5/5

    By drmarcon
As someone who grew up enjoying the daily paper I really like the Enquirer app. Getting news almost as fast as it is happening is amazing.
  • Up to date relevant information! 5/5

  • Main page keeps having an error when trying to load 4/5

    By jcmcapple
Asks if I want to try again. I am signed in properly. Problem has been fixed. I was contacted by a developer yesterday, but the problem was fixed prior to that. I have updated my rating.
  • For subscribers only 1/5

    By Tor-eee
Not a very enjoyable news app when you have to subscribe and pay money to read the majority of the news articles.
  • Not worth the download unless you want to pay for a subscription 1/5

    By GrillerGeek
Every article requires a subscription to read now. I have had the Cincinnati.com app on my phone for many years. I am uninstalling it now.
  • Great Resource 5/5

    By theonlybearcat1
A great resource to stay up to date locally and all over the country.
  • Great Journalists 5/5

    By Don19530402
The Cincinnati Enquirer is blessed to have such outstanding and dedicated journalists when the industry is going through major transformative changes. Thank all of you for your high-quality work.
  • You have to subscribe to read 1/5

    By bloodhound sussex
Most articles require a subscription to be able to read. The headline notification alerts sound great but can’t open without paying. I’ll stick to my free local news channel apps.
  • Great news publication 4/5

    By cinciholic
I look forward to reading the top stories everyday. I am a sports junkie, there are always great reports and articles to read.
  • Send less breaking news updates 3/5

    By adh538
Shootout between police and gunman is breaking news. Farm pays off tax debt is not breaking news. Decent otherwise.
  • Not as good as the old one 1/5

    By Twoeggheads
Can’t read as easily- also cannot read the version that is printed for sale or delivery like it used to be.
  • Cincinnati.com 5/5

    By jersey260
Outstanding site. From exactly 1000 miles from home, it makes me feel at home.
  • A constant disappointment 1/5

    By Hilltopper Mom
Paid subscription and zero access. What a pain!
  • Very limited free reading 2/5

    By Rebb42
Unlike other cities, Cincinnati app is very restrictive with free articles. I turn to Philly.com for my former hometown news. I would subscribe to the Cincinnati Enquirer print edition but it’s printed in Columbus and thus, misses all night news.
  • Keep it simple stupid 1/5

By i may be stupid but
For a company specializing in communication you need to go back to school. This web site is far to complicated
  • Good app overall 5/5

    By Meatball52
Enjoy the local content and it is much better as a subscriber
  • News without the ads 5/5

    By dan the dairy man
I love being able to read the news and sports without all of the ads that you get in a paper version. One also doesn’t have to tolerate things like “ continued on page 8.”
  • App has been broken for over a week 1/5

    By xu08gjk
You guys are making it real tempting to just cancel my subscription altogether
  • Latest Update doesn’t work 1/5

    By Nate77-2
Following the latest updates, the App no longer works. Please fix or I will need to cancel my subscription since I can’t access.
  • THE WORST 1/5

    By 1CAW2003
If you want to cancel your online subscription, Cincinnati Enquirer is THE WORST!
  • Very buggy 1/5

    By qqqeedd
    This app is terrible

    Please fix!
  • Doesn’t work 1/5

    By kred 66
I have loaded this app three times and I keep getting a loading error message. Cancelling my subscription since I can’t get the app to work.
  • Love it! 5/5

    By Ohioan in HHI
    Easy-to-read layout.
  • Won’t load 1/5

    By enquirer reader
The app usually works. But lately it won’t load. “Try Again “ doesn’t work. Deleted the app and re-added. Worked once and later got the same error that it won’t load. Please fix this.
  • Inconsistent 2/5

    By jj$u3u;l&"
Days like today, it won’t load. Also, too many of the same stories I read three days ago are still on the front page.
  • Overall good 4/5

    By whodeyinnj
Overall good but sometimes crashes repeatedly when opening the app on iPhone 11. Once it finally opens, it works well.
  • Problems Updating Content 1/5

    By slrudy
I consistently have issues with content updating and/or receive an error message. The app seems to only work about 50% of the time. I have a subscription to Cincinnati.com, so this is very frustrating. I regularly download the app updates and this does not seem to help the problem.
  • Convoluted way to cancel subscription 1/5

    By plphilli
They make it impossible to cancel.
  • Buggy, info out of date 2/5

    By Dave-uhhhgvgjk
Events section often has out of date info, and few entries for current/upcoming events. Links sometimes lead to pages that don’t load.
  • Jumble APP needs improvement 1/5

    By DAKinCincy
Jumble App doesn’t work well on iPad. Sometimes doesn’t respond to letter selection on words. Sometimes doesn’t display letters for solving or they are displayed behind the blanks and you can’t see them to select. So I then go to another online paper to print it. So frustrating. And I am working so I don’t have time to fool with this before bolting out the door in the morning. By the time I get home, I’m not in the mood. I use it to jump start my brain first thing.
  • Login is terrible 1/5

    By docbjr
Pain in the butt to login
  • Zero stars 1/5

    By mms please
Absolute garbage. They take my money but I almost never have access to the digital edition. Keeps wanting me to activate a new account.
  • Great local paper And app 5/5

    By 1bmoney
Cincinnati.com is fantastic. Love their sports coverage. Love their local news coverage. App is very user-friendly.
  • Subscription only 1/5

    By Fattireacw
App doesn’t let you read anything more than 3 lines unless u are a subscriber, maybe download the homepage instead.
  • How many times do you need my password? 1/5

    By AlanPickett
I am repeatedly being asked to sign in after I am greeted “welcome back, Alan”. Will I ever get through? All I want is my Sunday paper that I paid for.
  • App works well. Journalism is weak. 2/5

    By T j bach
It’s amazing how subjective and politically biased Cincinnati Enquirer has become. I’m assuming that comes with being run by USA Today, which is biased.
  • Horrible App 1/5

    By Desi_Turk
Buggy interface and authentication process. Stick to the website even for mobile use
  • Support local journalism! 5/5

    By Evanbens
Our country doesn’t function as a free society without good local journalists. Do your part as an American citizen and show your support!
  • Cincinnati.com Review 1/5

    By Mike in Cincy
I really dislike the recent change that the website has made to sell subscriptions. Especially since the website is practically a duplicate of the USA Today website with a few additional local stories. I will probably delete the Cincinnati.com app from my phone and get my local news elsewhere.
