This app would be perfectly fine if I could click in!?! It always says it can’t find my location, however, when I use it to navigate to the patients home it finds my location just fine? Pls fix this issue and all will be well! I’m tired of having to call my manager to clock me in when the app should allow me to. Also, I can’t put in notes about the client either b/c the app thinks I’m not in my shift?!?

I am not happy at all with this app I have been working for two weeks now and I have everything turned on with my phone like location. But still I am not able to clock in and out using g the app because it is not able to locate my locations when I arrive at the clients house. Very frustrating!! I have told my company and ask other staff members and no one knows why this app will not work correctly. Also on top of all that the orientation slide show for this app does not even work also to even have shown me how to use the app. I push play and nothing happens. I push skip and it goes away. So I am trying to learn how to use the app by just learning on my own !! Someone needs to fix these issues. Asap !

Very basic layout and functions and doesn’t glitch. Would be a nice if it kept track of your weekly hours though.
I am a new user of this app and the only complaint I have is that it is unclear whether a setting is on or off. Everything else seems beautifully organized.

I have been using it to clock in and out and document for about one year. There were only a few times that I was not able to and had to use the 800 number to do my documenting and clock ins but they all showed up by the end of my shift
So I was happy. I am contented with clear care thus far

Still waiting for the “location services” issue to be resolved. I’ve updated, uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. PLEEEEEEEASE fix it!!!
We get this at a five-star if you asked to give you the right address to your clients instead of saying it I’m 100 mm away when you’re standing in the living room.. I took pictures I sent it to you guys and examine fixed I keep complaining to my company and they keep complaining to you please fix it..

This app gives me so many problems!! I can be at my clients house and it still won’t let me punch out. It freezes up randomly. It’s something I can do without. Too many bugs. I wish my employer would switch to a better app

Currently, as a new user with a new job, this app appears to be well organized and functional. I haven’t started working yet, but will report on functionality later. One problem that stands out is notifications. I can not find a place to turn notifications on, which seems like a necessity for a work app, nor can I find it in my phones settings to turn on notifications. Hopefully this will be changed in the future. I would love to be notified for changes with my schedules or clients, rather than have to check my phone constantly and hoping I didn’t miss something and leave someone in need, and waiting.

This app hasn’t worked for my employees for 3 months now. When they log in all they get is a spinning circle of death. No way to use this even with workarounds.
Good app but could use a little update 4/5
Started using this app this week. It’s great and love how all the info you need is mobile. I would give it 5 starts if it had an edit button when entering notes to submit for next caregiver or a way to be able to start notes and tasks as they are being done and then being able to submit them at end of shift.

Clock in/out feature is useless. Always says 100s of meters away when in my n clients home. Whoever is selling this bill of goods is a cheat.
I have not been able to log in the last 2 weeks!! It says server error and now it gives details on the message. How do I fix it??

One of my clients live in an area where the postbox is on the opposite side of the roadway. The app always reflects that I am too far away for clocking in/out on the app.

The only thing I wish this app would do is allow you to go back to two weeks before and see the shifts you worked and hours worked. Sometimes I have to retype my password in as the fingerprint feature doesn’t always come up. However all in all, it’s great!! I love that I can see my upcoming schedule on it.

I love! This app. Is very convenient. I like the way the information is displayed. I love that it doesn’t take a lot of time to open and that everything is at hand.
Only one consistent problem, the location setting often has to be reset.
I have had to download Maps (Apple iPhone) and I have the Google Maps on my phone. I don’t like Apple Maps as I can’t use turn by turn directions while driving. Please fix this !

I work for three Home Instead's office’s but I can only access the app using only one of the sign in and password’s out of the three sign ins and passwords setup for the other two offices.
I’ve had them change sign in and passwords time and again.
Anyone else having this issue?
There should be a month view to see the schedule. Seeing it in a list view for the week makes it confusing

Would be nice if I could actually use it! I used to be able to use the app fine and would just be annoyed with the usual bugs, but now I am not able to clock in or out at all. It always says to ensure location services are on. THEY ARE!!! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

App is used everyday but location services at least with IPhones is non-existent. Wish location services would work better. Very frustrating to have restart app or even shut phone down entirely to get location services to work. Also wish it would integrate with iPhone calendar since it is integrated with maps.

It used to be that this app worked 3% of the time clocking in or out, I can be standing in the house And in the same spot and one time it will say I’m 3000 meters away and then say I’m 40 meters away. Now I’m able to clock in, at least at my new clients house, but when my shift is over I can’t clock out because my current shift isn’t available to clock out of but my next week or so shifts are showing, so I end up calling my work to clock out. This app is a piece of S*#T!

Very detailed and user friendly. Tutorial or not it’s easy to get around within the app to know exactly how to work it. Love that I only need my fingerprint to login. Showcases my clients with there careplans which is a big help. Definitely would recommend other employers to use this app.

Huge time savings over telephone clock-in/out. Once I had my agency configure the location settings on their end I don’t have any problems clocking in/out.

You can’t go back and look at a whole months schedule. My overnight schedule just disappeared and I can’t clock out. You can’t always clock in and out of shift because it says you are to far from clients house. Even though you are right in their living room

Initially, I was able to clock in and out. (One time) clocking out was awkward since the several steps were not obvious. After that, I have been unable to clock in or out. 3 calls to the office and they don’t seem to know what to do.

This was a great app up until the last two updates. I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to allow me to log in using iPhone 6s. The last update it will not recognize my location at all even though location sharing is fully available...

I’m new to this, and still struggling with it. It isn’t obvious which way the Remember Me button should go. I should be able to stop the clock at the end of my shift, then make comments; it takes too long to check out.

Two different jobs use this app to assign clients and log in. All of a sudden, one day I was no longer able to log into the second job. This is important, because now half my clients are unaccounted for. One job I used a fingerprint scan for, and it logged right in. I used a password to TRY and access the other account, with no luck. This is a MAJOR flaw that needs to be addressed, as it seems to only have happened recently. Up until last Tuesday, everything worked perfectly.
It’s ok gets the job done but forsome reason it doesn’t not give an accurate time. Say my shift is at 9am and I clock in at 850 it automatically says clocked in at 9am instead of 850. Or when I am clocking out say at 12 and I stayed until 1215 and I clock out it says my shift was from 9am-12 instead of 8:50-12:15
Wish there was a way to reset the password, or stay logged in. Having to log in every time I open the app is irritating. Other apps I use have a 4 digit number to access it, makes it way easier. IRS to go is one. If it’s good enough for the IRS then it should be good enough for work.
