I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall and it keeps giving me a white screen I have an iPhone X so it should work and it just doesn’t it’s very frustrating. It takes much longer to do things in it then the system we used before .... which was nothing like this .

You cannot mark a task not done it won’t leave the message as to why. So you have today yes in order to clock out. Also it will go all night without the password then for no reason usually when you need to be fast you have to put in the password in order to get in.

Nice idea but I’m unable to clock in or out at least as often as I’m able to. I often get an error saying shift isn’t found. Frustrating when you need to get to started on your shift. Seems like a lot of effort when it should make things simpler.
This app has frozen my phone twice while clocking in. Am I clocked in?? Am I not?? Who knows! Wind up using telephony anyway. Also there is no flexibility built into the system so that if you need to move a shift earlier by 15 minutes or whatever you wind up using telephony anyway. Great in theory, meh in practice.

Every time I try to see any intake information I get a “server error please try again “ message & it’s frustrating because I have a few clients I need to go see so I need to have access to this info!! I’ve made multiple attempts with with 3 different clients so it’s an app error!! PLEASE FIX or tell me what else I can do to get this info PLEASE!

I like this app. It’s pretty basic and user friendly but takes practice. It has a video tutorial which helps. Ilike how it lists number of hours working.

Every single time I try to clock in or out I have to turn off my phone which make really inconvenient.
Also the app tells me I am too far from address when I am actually sitting with a client.
The app as lots of good things but to me clock in/out on time is the most important thing.

The app has been great, easy to use and makes work streamlined. Lately however, when I click on a shift to fill out the details, the says “shift’s unavailable...” not sure what is causing this, i have the app up to date. Please fix?
Don't like this app. It is slow to load, slow to update and slow to show clock in and click out times recently.

This app makes organizing your schedule between your client(s) simple and care plans are just a click away. However, it does have a few glitches and will freeze every now and then when trying to document additional comments. All and all though, it's a very convenient app that helps take extra stress away from your busy schedules.

The app is great. Makes it easy and more convenient to clock in and out of shift and mark all your tasks. However no matter how many times I restart my phone there have been many times where it can’t read my location , even if I’m in my clients home. It’s very frustrating .
The gps software definitely needs to be updated or changed. It says I’m too far away from the house when I’m standing inside of it.

I’m not impressed with this app. I have to log on before I can use Touch ID? What’s the point in that? Also very slow loading. The closer I am to the clients house the slower it is. I actually have to go half a block down the street to get logged on. Also the log on screen doesn’t lower enough so I can see if I am punching the correctly.
This app is pretty impressive so far! Much better than the phone system. No waiting until the end of your shifts to report the status of tasks; you can report them as you go. Being able to leave comments discreetly, if needed, is really nice also.

Suddenly it won’t hold reasons for no on a task. Now if you hit no I closes the app! Even deleted it and reloaded it which did not help!!!

The app worked perfectly when I first started using it. Now all of a sudden it crashes, and makes me put a reason of why a task wasn’t completed sometimes up to three or four times because it doesn’t save. The app is so convenient, when it works! Please fix these glitches!
App worked wonderfully until this last update. Now every time I try to enter a comment app force closes. Frustrating. Now having to switch back to web page.

I just started using this app about a week ago and love the convenience - when it works. I’d read the reviews before downloading it and was aware of the glitch with the locator, so I wasn’t surprised when the second client I tried to clock in with kept giving the error message that I wasn’t close enough. I tried moving to different parts of the building as well as turning my phone off and back on (as had been suggested) all to no avail.

Don’t know if this is just on the small iPhone but I just started using this app on my iPhone. I was able to clock in and out, was able to put in miles with a comment but when I tried to write in a comment on comment screen I was able to write the comment but could not submit it because the keyboard was covering the submit button. I also could not move the comment box nor could I get rid of the keyboard. At this time I don’t know if I will need to delete the app and start over because I can’t get past this page.

I love the app.I gave it a 4 star because it does not recognize the location right away after I have arrived in the client’s home. I need to be able to clock in when a client does not have a Land line. Sometimes I have to close the app and reopen in order for the app to recognize the location.

Presentation and moving through your scheduled clients is pleasing. When I go to add comment then I have issues with my iPhone keyboard staying over the submit button so it doesn’t get recorded. I have checked all my settings and can found no reason for this difficulty. Comment box will not move upwards either. So I have to go back to Safari online to record comments.

Dear ClearCare Developers,
Thank you for developing an iOS App for the ClearCare tracking.
I am a CAREGiver for a variety of different Senior Clients.
I use the ClearCare website for most of my task list when there are Tasks assigned to me for a shift.
When I want to enter a General Comment on the App I can type in my Comment but then there is no Done Button to close the Keyboard to allow me to use the Submit Button.
This should be a simple fix. If you experience any difficulties please let me know and I’ll help you out.

Difficultly to see the task! As far as the map was working with the iPhone app! I used Waze.
This app is horrible!!!! After I leave a comment I can’t even click “done” so I can submit the the general comment. And the signature part for the client has not worked for me since day one!!! After the client signs there is no way to submit that either, WHY?????

1. Cannot clock in or out at one clients location because no matter where I’m located (i.e. in the house, in the drive, at the road...) the app says I’m too far away and doesn’t allow me to.
2. Can’t leave a final comment because the ‘submit’ button is hidden behind the keyboard with no way to click it.

This app ideally is wonderful. It gives caregivers a easy and direct way to report task, as well as, she their schedule. However, the app is not ready for users. Too many errors. Does not allow me to sign in with my finger print. Does don’t open up proper address once I click directions. When I tried to clock in it says location not available for both myself and the client as I stood in their kitchen.

There are still problems with gps location. I was in patient’s home and it still had location problems logging off.
There is a problem when taking notes. Once you start typing the notes, you can’t see the “submit” button.

I love this app as it makes clocking in and out so much easier...but only when it works. Half the time it says I’m too far away from my client, when I’m standing next to him/her in their home! The location detection doesn’t work that well, it’s frustrating. The location detection should detect the address of the client (the entire house), not a particular spot in the house. Also, it would be nice if the “open shifts” tab was updated more often. I’ve only seen open shifts appear maybe 5 times since using the app. If they can fix these two things, the app would be amazing.

Says I needed to update I did and now every time I log in it says I need update

The app is nice because you’re able to log in with your fingerprint and check your care plan that way. You are also granted easy access to clocking in and out. Some negatives of the app is definitely being unable to clock in or out because I’m not close enough to the clients home when in fact I’m standing in the home. It also doesn’t work because it says my app needs to be updated when it’s already updated so the only thing that I can do on the app is check the care plan. When I first downloaded the app it worked wonderfully I was able to clock in and out, I could complete tasks, and check shifts that were coming up, even previous shifts that I had. I’ve only updated it twice and now it’s not seeming to be working as well as it did before. Please fix this.
I sign into the app. It tells me it needs to update. I updated yesterday. I look for new updates and nope there are none. I have reinstalled it still the same issue !
