The app is straight forward and is a cool way to chart on the go. No sitting at computers to chart, don’t need to leave the client’s side to chart. It’s pretty dang efficient. Wish I thought of it

I absolutely never don’t have problems with this app. It is garbage. I have to literally shut down my phone 5-6 times, every shift, just to log tasks and clock out. I honestly don’t understand why my employer doesn’t make the move to an app that is functional. Do not recommend!

There is alway an issue with this app! Either you can’t clock in because it’s saying your to far way from the patients home and your literally in the patients home or it won’t allow you to clock out! Can you please fix this?

App has been running extremely slow past few months. It’s very frustrating, that I don’t even use the app! I just use my web browser. Not even useful.

This is a free app that home care facilities use. This app is super slow. The company I am with doesn’t understand this app and all the features- hat alone makes it’s frustrating to use.

This app doesn’t work at all I’ve tried everything and asked for help from supervisor it worked for a while then stopped. This app is a wast of space on my phone. I always have to contact my supervisor so she can sign me in.
I hate the part where it asks if you completed a task and when you say no it wants an explanation and then it doesn’t accept your explanation and let you move on. The only way I’ve found to get through all of that is to check yes for everything whether you did it or not. Some of the tasks are not even relevant and clocking in and has been impossible, at times, too. I really resent having to wake up, at a live in job, just to clock out at 11:59 and go through all the hassle of getting clicked out, to me, it makes no sense at all.

I understand we have to take our temps .. but I was unable to clock in and out just fine before this was added ..
now I just get a message saying I’m not at my location.. when I’m in the clients living room!!! Arrrrrgh !!!!!!

It’s a good app , simple to use . My only issue is clocking out . I have enabled my location settings multiple times for this app yet when I clock out it always says my location is turned off .

I have staff that use this app as a backup for clocking in/out for our clients. The app has its pros and cons and it seems as of lately, the cons have been outweighing the pros for some of my staff. There’s always a location issue or even a data issue depending on the aide and/or the client. Several times we’re having to move things around or call customer service and even then the issues are still not resolved. Not a bad app but needs some immediate improvement for it to really work successfully.

The app likes to act like it’s frozen and won’t allow me to click on ANYTHING but i can still scroll up and down and it’s been like this for MONTHS. PLEASE FIX THIS. I AM TIRED OF NOT BEING ABLE TO CLOCK IN OR OUT AND LOSING OUT ON TIME.

Great way to pool client info

It will not allow me to clock in on the app. I have location services enabled and have tried everything I can think of but I cannot clock in even when standing inside the client’s home. I have tried various points around the clients home but still no luck, even though some clients have very large homes and some have tiny homes. Most of my clients either don’t have WiFi or don’t want to share the passcode with me, so if I need to be on WiFi to have my location found, this is a problem.
It would be so nice to be able to clock in without having to ask to use the phone. Please work on this issue. As it stands, the app is mostly useless.

This application works really well for most information pertaining to the client. My only issue is that in a lot of areas I go it refuses to allow me to clock in or out. There seems to be no apparent reason why this is the case but it can be very frustration.
Good but has annoying bug 2/5
The app is working pretty well for me, with one exception: often, when providing a reason for not completing a task (which is required), the comment is deleted after tapping “submit.” I then need need to re-type the comment and resubmit it. Additionally, each time I tap “submit” and the comment isn’t deleted, the keyboard disappears but I need to tap submit a second time. The comments should stick the first time, and with only one tap of the submit button. Having the comments deleted and needing to re-do them makes charting this way take longer than paper charting! Please address this bug ASAP!
2/10/2020—Over a year later and several app updates later, and this bug is STILL there. It is really cumbersome when your chatting is deleted after submitting, and you are trying to clock out with the client watching over your shoulder, as you seemingly fiddle with your phone. PLEASE fix this bug!!!

I just updated this app, refreshed this app and it is worst than before. So much slower. Before I updated and refreshed this WAS working pretty good no complaints, now not good.

I have to input a reason for each task but the message never save on first try. It would take a couple attempt and often slow.
