Finding the location enable option 4/5
I think the app is very well organize! It’s neat, clean, and simple. I unfortunately give it 4/5. Why? Because I just started my Caregiving job and for some reason I can’t find the enable location for the app on my phone. I can’t really get my hours in if the location setting is missing. (Yes, I did go on settings on my iPhone and went on the app setting itself and tried to turn it on from there. The only thing there is turn on Siri suggestions and using cellular data) it’s a pain to clock in manually... which I need to call and talk to a machine.
Not designed well for the Aide or the Scheduler 1/5
You can’t screenshot the schedule. It has trouble locating the aide in any kind of humid weather. Automatically docks the aides wages 15 minutes at minute six wether the aide is actually late or not. Schedulers have to write tasks into the last part of the shift in order to have the separate sections “roll over”, otherwise the client may have to sign two to three times a visit. Signing in/out can take as many at 15 minutes per visit when signal is poor. And the backup phone log is worse.

I cannot clock in/out when i want because the “Why can’t I clock in or out” message won’t go away. I’m constantly having to delete and reinstall the app when it comes up with bizarre messages and won’t let me sign in. The people in my office are not tech savvy so they have no idea what to do. When the app works it’s fine, but otherwise I get very aggravated when it does not.

This app gives me more trouble than any app I have ever had. I spend much of my precious work time waiting for the app to load up to be able to clock in/out, mark off tasks, or even make notes about my shift. Please fix the bugs that make this app a time sucking headache.

Nice app to use for work. I would like to give suggestions if I may:
1) allow employees to enter availability throughout the week, and format this into a calendar, so case workers can call and offer jobs.
2) allow app communication platform between employees and case workers to avoid usage of personal emails and text messages.
Great app I find it very easy insufficient everything is right there in the palm of my hands I don’t need to second-guess anything when I login my profile and assignments for the day are right there for me to access clocking in and clocking out is amazing plus I love the GPS

I use this app daily as required by my work place. An on going issue with it is the reasons disappearing. It also can take several minutes just to upload or authorize to log in. It would be great to have a version that would better work with iPads or tablets. With it being hard for some clients to sign it works out better on a bigger screen but the app doesn’t work the best on it.

The loading time for this app is vary poor. On average it take 5-8 min for it to load anything. When I’m at clients house it will pick a spot 1000 yards away or be hind the house to make the check in spot so I can never use the app to check in to any of my houses.

Very easy to use. Very honest and upfront. Even works on my iPad Pro. I am very pleased with the zooming in function. As well as how it never force closes on me. All my clients are on the portal and it makes remembering a schedule nonexistent.
The app overall comes in handy. It helps manage tasks at each clients home, but it doesn’t have a way for one account to be linked to different agencies. I work with two agencies and I have to have separate emails in order to use it. The last week the agency and I have been struggling to open one up for my second job. It’s been a constant struggle. It would be nice if you could have one email linked to two agencies and keep track of shifts and tasks in one email only.

The app has been down for two weeks now. Has very long error message. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling- removing my thumbprint and using password. and I still get error message, not allowing me to sign in. I’m not the only one with the issue either. Many of my coworkers aren’t able to sign into the app either. (Whether on iPhone or android devices).

This app used to work great for clocking in and out with my company. Since March 2019 its been errors and crap there’s an open ticket to resolve said issues and it’s not just me several other of my co workers are affected. Please fix this!

If anyone is having issues with the location services, you most likely have to go to your phone’s settings and got to privacy and then enable clearcarego’s location service.

Had trouble with app. Deleted then reinstalled. Now will not allow facial id. And a good amount of time will not accept my password without rebooting app. Used to love it. What have you done to make it so hard to open.

This app would be perfectly fine if I could click in!?! It always says it can’t find my location, however, when I use it to navigate to the patients home it finds my location just fine? Pls fix this issue and all will be well! I’m tired of having to call my manager to clock me in when the app should allow me to. Also, I can’t put in notes about the client either b/c the app thinks I’m not in my shift?!?

I am not happy at all with this app I have been working for two weeks now and I have everything turned on with my phone like location. But still I am not able to clock in and out using g the app because it is not able to locate my locations when I arrive at the clients house. Very frustrating!! I have told my company and ask other staff members and no one knows why this app will not work correctly. Also on top of all that the orientation slide show for this app does not even work also to even have shown me how to use the app. I push play and nothing happens. I push skip and it goes away. So I am trying to learn how to use the app by just learning on my own !! Someone needs to fix these issues. Asap !

Very basic layout and functions and doesn’t glitch. Would be a nice if it kept track of your weekly hours though.
I am a new user of this app and the only complaint I have is that it is unclear whether a setting is on or off. Everything else seems beautifully organized.
We get this at a five-star if you asked to give you the right address to your clients instead of saying it I’m 100 mm away when you’re standing in the living room.. I took pictures I sent it to you guys and examine fixed I keep complaining to my company and they keep complaining to you please fix it..

This app gives me so many problems!! I can be at my clients house and it still won’t let me punch out. It freezes up randomly. It’s something I can do without. Too many bugs. I wish my employer would switch to a better app

Currently, as a new user with a new job, this app appears to be well organized and functional. I haven’t started working yet, but will report on functionality later. One problem that stands out is notifications. I can not find a place to turn notifications on, which seems like a necessity for a work app, nor can I find it in my phones settings to turn on notifications. Hopefully this will be changed in the future. I would love to be notified for changes with my schedules or clients, rather than have to check my phone constantly and hoping I didn’t miss something and leave someone in need, and waiting.

This app hasn’t worked for my employees for 3 months now. When they log in all they get is a spinning circle of death. No way to use this even with workarounds.

Started using this app this week. It’s great and love how all the info you need is mobile. I would give it 5 starts if it had an edit button when entering notes to submit for next caregiver or a way to be able to start notes and tasks as they are being done and then being able to submit them at end of shift.

The only thing I wish this app would do is allow you to go back to two weeks before and see the shifts you worked and hours worked. Sometimes I have to retype my password in as the fingerprint feature doesn’t always come up. However all in all, it’s great!! I love that I can see my upcoming schedule on it.
