It seems my shifts and dates are overlapping on screen. Making it hard to separate what is going on and the dates are all scrunched up and unable to read them

Dear ClearCare Developers,
Thank you for developing an iOS App for the ClearCare tracking.
I am a CAREGiver for a variety of different Senior Clients.
I use the ClearCare website for most of my task list when there are Tasks assigned to me for a shift.
When I want to enter a General Comment on the App I can type in my Comment but then there is no Done Button to close the Keyboard to allow me to use the Submit Button.
This should be a simple fix. If you experience any difficulties please let me know and I’ll help you out.

Difficultly to see the task! As far as the map was working with the iPhone app! I used Waze.
This app is horrible!!!! After I leave a comment I can’t even click “done” so I can submit the the general comment. And the signature part for the client has not worked for me since day one!!! After the client signs there is no way to submit that either, WHY?????
A Couple of Kinks to Work Out 3/5
1. Cannot clock in or out at one clients location because no matter where I’m located (i.e. in the house, in the drive, at the road...) the app says I’m too far away and doesn’t allow me to.
2. Can’t leave a final comment because the ‘submit’ button is hidden behind the keyboard with no way to click it.

This app ideally is wonderful. It gives caregivers a easy and direct way to report task, as well as, she their schedule. However, the app is not ready for users. Too many errors. Does not allow me to sign in with my finger print. Does don’t open up proper address once I click directions. When I tried to clock in it says location not available for both myself and the client as I stood in their kitchen.

There are still problems with gps location. I was in patient’s home and it still had location problems logging off.
There is a problem when taking notes. Once you start typing the notes, you can’t see the “submit” button.

I love this app as it makes clocking in and out so much easier...but only when it works. Half the time it says I’m too far away from my client, when I’m standing next to him/her in their home! The location detection doesn’t work that well, it’s frustrating. The location detection should detect the address of the client (the entire house), not a particular spot in the house. Also, it would be nice if the “open shifts” tab was updated more often. I’ve only seen open shifts appear maybe 5 times since using the app. If they can fix these two things, the app would be amazing.

At first glance this app is good. But every time it updates itself, it stops working properly. I have no tasks. I need to clock in, when I haven’t clocked out, in the middle of a shift. Yesterday, I logged in after I clocked in by phone, and
My shift was complete! 10 minutes in! Too many glitches!!! I spend too much time uninstalling and reinstalling this app. FIX IT, please...

Says I needed to update I did and now every time I log in it says I need update
Need help for iPhone 7 user 2/5
When I first got the app it worked fine than now with the new update. Everytime I try logging into my app it keeps telling me to update my app when I already did. Everytime I log into my app. It tells me to update my app. I press OK, than it takes me to App Store and I have to click on OPEN. Than it takes me right back to the app again just to log in again. Than when I finally get into the app when I go through all my tasks and click clock out. I get a call saying I didn’t clock out. Please fix this problem. Thanks👍

The app is nice because you’re able to log in with your fingerprint and check your care plan that way. You are also granted easy access to clocking in and out. Some negatives of the app is definitely being unable to clock in or out because I’m not close enough to the clients home when in fact I’m standing in the home. It also doesn’t work because it says my app needs to be updated when it’s already updated so the only thing that I can do on the app is check the care plan. When I first downloaded the app it worked wonderfully I was able to clock in and out, I could complete tasks, and check shifts that were coming up, even previous shifts that I had. I’ve only updated it twice and now it’s not seeming to be working as well as it did before. Please fix this.
I sign into the app. It tells me it needs to update. I updated yesterday. I look for new updates and nope there are none. I have reinstalled it still the same issue !

I am the owner of my company and out seeing clients today with an orientee. Telephony wouldnt work it said the client wasnt scheduled from both their numbers. When leaving a comment for tasks not completed it wouldnt save. I was finally given the ok to clock out and it says im too far from client. Anyway today app is useless and I will have to go in as administrator to fix. Not happy.

The website has a much better set up, and the app sends me back to the websites half the time anyway’s. GPS is way off! What’s the point of the app if It’s going to send me to the website to look up information anyways?

There are quite a few issues with this app! When trying to type your notes you can’t see what your typing, It’s not very user friendly, I’d love to be able to change my pic, it jumps to a different page depending on what you’re trying to do. I like the layout but not very user friendly! I’ll stick to signing in from the website.
Helpful, but needs a lot of work 3/5
The GPS/location settings are a total mess. I could be sitting next to my client and it says I’m 87 meters away. Also, when explaining why a task wasn’t done, it would be helpful if it was a pop up to explain instead of a whole separate page. Being able to stay logged in would be helpful and save time. The overall layout is nice, but I do wish we could change our personal pictures as well.
This app is great for schedule, but the location clock in and out is terrible. Needs work. Can be right in front of clients phone and the app says too far away. Need to lighten up a bit with meters on location. Would be wonderful if this was fixed
Good app. Easily navigated. Has crashed a few times while using. Location services needs to be tweaked. Will say not close to resident’s home while you are inside; when this happens we have to go out to driveway to clock in or out.

This app is not great. I was looking forward to it coming out. The only advantage it gives me over clearcare online is that it has the pop up to explain mileage. But it’s location services are a mess. I haven’t been able to use it for clocking in or out since I downloaded it. Each day I try to clock in with it and it tells me I’m too far from the client. Then I go to clearcare online from the same device and I can clock in there having never moved my location. It needs a fix!
I love this app. It is much easier than the caregiver portal. It is so easy to read the assessment and write your comments. Bravo good job Clear Care!!!
