ColdForms is an offline form builder and response capture app for iPad. Create forms and organize them into projects, save reusable templates, and collect responses directly on your device. ColdForms is designed for workflows that need a clean builder, local capture, and export-ready results without requiring sign-in or a constant internet connection. Use ColdForms to: - Build custom forms on an iPad canvas - Use conditional logic and "Chips" to create project level schema, allowing form in form chaining - Build custom charts using exposed variables named Chips and variables exposed in logic - No-code UI if statements and Validation settings panel. - Create reusable forms such as estimates, questionnaires, inspection forms. - Reuse layouts as templates - Preview and function test logic in forms before sharing or capture - Collect responses directly on device and reuse it endlessly - Export finished work and saved data from the app - Keep working offline with local-only storage ColdForms opens in demo mode on first install so you can try the core builder and preview experience right away. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks the full app on that device. *Demo* is limited to 10 exports and 100 form response captures. Support is available from inside the app. Users can send a support request with the details they choose to provide, including optional file or image attachments.
