Be sure to check your appointments ahead in March it changes appointment times ahead one hour and keeps it that way and then in November switches them back so it’s the time change issue obviously and I’ve tried several times to contact and they always say they’re going to call back and never do not very reliable make sure you check every week ahead if you’re doing occurring appointment

The scheduling app is so user friendly, & has ALMOST everything I need.... any chance of adding a text confirmation?? The reminders to the client are great, but pointless if I don’t see that they confirm.

This is my 4th appointment app I have used. Yes, it has been a pain to switch my scheduling to a new app. This is a really good app so far. I kind of miss the online service for my clients however, I understand that's more complicated and this app may not be a free app anymore. I would like to see future appointments along with past appointments for my clients. I also love the Loxa script.

With an iOS device, there's no back button! Who thought this through?! Or is it designed for android devices only? I like all the things you're supposed to be able to do with it, just not user friendly at this point. Please hurry and fix that part of it so I can use it properly and give a great review!

Needs a lot of work. But glad to finally have an app. Needs a back button to go back to home page from messages, loxi, etc. Having to log out of the app ever time I want to go back makes me want to use it less :( also would like to have venmo or square cash link available. And add clients with whatever info I want instead of requiring it all.

Once again for the 3rd time over the past several months I'm attempting to download this app. So far no luck. I can't even get it onto my phone. It appears incompetence is the company standard when it comes to Cosmoprof, whether it's this app or shopping in their stores.

This is the most unfinished app ever! We have a profile but only we can see it! The Loxa scripts have never worked. And you had a promotion with it but it never worked so I can participate. This is not ready for prime time and should be placed in beta for a few cusromers to test. I can go on and on but I'll just stop here with my disappointments!

It's very slow loading, wish I could enter more than one phone number per client, wish it was easier to go from client records to schedule and back again. But my big complaint is that it doesn't rotate from profile to landscape.

It will not let me log in. I press sign in and I can only see the password option. There's nothing for email..I input password it says I need my email..but again theres no option to input my email

A great app. Seems to have everything a stylist needs to run a business. I love the loxascripts, now I don't have to keep a huge stock of retail. Keep it up Cosmoprof
It's a genius app! Perfect for hairstylists. The only thing I'm sad about is the % of commission you get if you sell to a client. If that were raised, I'd probably have my clients buy from there instead of through me.

Certain sections within the app don't open up all the way. When clicking on passages to read, not all the information comes up, pictures don't download or are not visible. Doesn't save changed information. Not user friendly. Plz fix!

The app is not very user friendly they make it difficult to use the features offered. Definitely need to rework the layout and setting of this app. I only download it when the store associates ask for it. Other than that it's pointless to have it on your phone. Its worthless

My app runs terribly slow. After I click on any function, such as add appointment or add client, it stalls for quite a bit. Not handy when busy in salon and needing to hurry. Easier to write in an actual appointment book.
Can't login. Can't recover password 1/5
Would love to even try this app out. There is no way to contact to inform them that the recover password feature does not work. I can't create a new account because it keeps saying I have one. When I select forgot password. I fill in my email and I never receive an email to fix it. Please fix this or leave a contact feature to fix this.

I would love to use this app to run my credit card purchases through, especially because they are offering a credit on processing fees through Square. However there is no way to edit charges that are put in. I added charges in for a cut and color service, then my client decided to pay cash, now there is no way for me to remove the amount I have put in for the cut and color service to zero it out to add charges for my next clients service. I guess I just need to wait till my next client service is the exact number that's already put in for this service? Pretty ridiculous, can't use it on a consistent basis.

Was fortunate not to experience issues installing like other fellow stylist I know experienced. The next thing to make this app better would to be able to add your cosmoprof card to your passbook wallet!

It's a great concept, so I gave it two stars. However I am unable to even complete my profile. I cannot add clients, or add a PayPal. Every time I get an error message. If I can't do these key things it really hinders the usefulness of the app. Please fix because I really feel like this could be a great tool.

I like the app for scheduling. It would be nice to be able to create "standing" weekly or bi-weekly appointments with a click versus doing it manually. Also, is there an option for sending clients appointment reminders several days prior to their appointment automatically?
Sub-par don't bother 1/5
This app needs work. They need to list each day by the hour and when u book an appointment it should fill up the correct amount of time and you would be able to see your gaps and quickly know what's available. Also there's no ability to edit an appointment, if the client changes the day of the appointment, you have to cancel the old appointment and make a new one. You should be able to edit the appointment. For a cosmetology app they certainly didn't make it user friendly. You would think they would know our needs.

As soon as I heard about this app I downloaded it and have been trying to utilize it every since. It has some major bugs. Unable to import contacts. Clients unable to receive working loxscript. Client purchases not showing and commission not being received. I look forward to the day this app runs smoothly!

No appointment reminders 2/5
The app could be great and I would love to switch to it but it's missing a major component. It does not send automatic appointment reminders to clients. I rely on this option to remind all of my clients of their upcoming appointments. I would also like to see the schedule a little more user friendly. Id like to see my entire week in front of me to fill any gaps, instead of going thru each day separately.
No lists or coupons 2/5
You can't view your lists on the app or any coupons. Before, I found a $5 off coupon on the app but when I went to use it the feature was gone. Why would you delete the coupons? And what's the point of making a list if you can't even look at it on the app?!

Updated yesterday and now it won't cash out!!! I've been using this app for about a week. Has some flaws. Wish it would show when someone's been cashed out. You have to go to your square account to make sure. Also would be nice to have an actual "book" view of schedule for easier booking. It just is a list. A place to record expenses would complete this app for me. And also having it work at the moment. I even logged out and logged back in. Ugh

Love the concept of the app. Makes perfect sense the CP would make an app for their professionals. With everything,there is room for improvement:
*I cannot duplicate a phone number specifically for family members. Please add the ability to duplicate contact info or allow us to bypass the contact info
*I cannot import client contacts from my phone book
Says 'I do not have access to the phone contacts'. Not sure if everyone has this problem
*I'd like the ability to change the service amount as needed. We all run promotions from time to time and that means discounting the original set price
*i'd like to create an inventory of color as well. It would be helpful so I can proactively purchase color. Maybe add a shopping list
*having issues w adding my hours. The scroll screen doesn't display early morning and I cannot set up an end of day
*Issue w setting up appointments - there are no quarter times (1:15, 1:45). Can only schedule on the half hour. May make it difficult to double book

When I look at the schedule for the week view I can not see all of my appts at once. I have to click on each day which is frustrating. I was also hoping it would send an email & text message to the client a reminder that has an appt but it didn't when I put in a practice appt.
Among many others it can't find my account and won't let me log in. Very disappointed. Seems unfinished with tons of mistakes. Needs work. Had high hopes for this app, very sad.

Can't add PayPal account, no option for bank account. Tested out product recommendations received text that took me to site but not my product or account. Not looking to sell for other companies lol. Many glitches here and there message, message list does not give you the option to delete unwanted messages. Tested out appointment on my self did not receive a confirmation or notification. It is a new app but need a lot of work! Looks very hopeful for the future! I Love CosmoProf and so glad this is part of the future for us. Just hope they won't start charging for the scheduling feature in the future.
So I started setting it up and I didn't finish but I get messages that pop on my lock screen on my phone from people wanting to make appointments at my salon and when I slide to view...they're no where to be found! Needs work!

Love everything that it has to offer, but there will definitely have to do some updates for a few issues. I wish the Loxa had an option to use square cash instead of paypal. I also wish there was a way you could make a shopping list for when I go to my cosmoprof. Finally I wish you could add clients without a phone number or email. It's just a hassle to add all of it in without adding all of my several thousand contacts. Lastly I wish you could tag products that you use to your individual clients for bookkeeping.
Like I said, I really like where it is now, but there's definitely a lot of room for improvement.

I really like the concept however the products under each brand repeats itself over and over which is very annoying. Also all the products under each brand is not listed. All of the brands that Cosmoprof sell are not listed.
Whenever i favorite an item and go back to my list sometimes it's not there.
Overall, this app still needs some work.
Can not even get past the sign in it just gives an error message my sign in will work on the desktop version but not the app.. can not navigate the app unless you are signed in! Please fix the bug!!
