My security anti virus and anti spam mark this as dangerous app. Please explain in simple language what’s going on?
  • Don’t waste your time or money. 1/5

    By zeetree57
It works fine for uniformly shaped items such as cloned gmo fruit; but fails on things like books, chess pieces, clothing, and more. Great promise with little or no fulfillment.
  • Upload photo 3/5

    By Eric Glandian
Would be good if you could upload photos instead of only live pictures. We have a refrigerated warehouse and counting is always a nightmare. If we can take a bunch of pics then count, it’d be a lot easier.
  • Not Good at Counting 1/5

    By Honking Horn
Not ready for prime time It counts too mych. Not just the things you want it to count. Those three forks on the countertop? The AI recognizes about 70 items…Maybe I’ll re-subscribe at some version down the road but this application is not soup yet

I thought this might be some cool AI/Machine learning tech that I could use for other things…but it actually just doesn’t do anything worthwhile. I tried to stage simple photos and none of them counted anywhere close to correctly. Please fix it and make it better.
  • Doesn’t work 1/5

I work in a lumber yard and must do weekly inventory. For $5 a week, you would think they had a product that actually worked.

  • Worthless 1/5

    By J.R. Black
Everything has to be perfect and all the same direction and shape. Not even worth it. Specially when they want you to pay for this worthless app.
  • Not good. 1/5

Wanted to use this for counting inventory for small items in my warehouse. Doesn’t provide consistent results and is not reliable at all. Great idea but not executed well at all.
  • doesn't work 1/5

    By dankpunk77
I tried it on at least a dozen different things. Stacks of lumber, screws etc. I never once got an even close to accurate count
  • Free? Trial 1/5

    By Ghfdinhfd
Ok…so you don’t have to pay for 3 days but then you’re into an auto-renewable purchase…sorry, count me out. Uninstalled.

    Don’t download. It’s not free.
  • Total scam 1/5

    By Ozanb
The AI is total failure. I tested with many images — it does not work. I think the app’s whole idea is to get people on subscription that they forget to turn off.
  • Junk 1/5

    By mikeob001
Terrible ai. Doesnt work reliably for even the simplest items.
  • Do it yourself 1/5

    By tonytragic
I came onto the App Store for something else and I thought wow I can use it at my job but unfortunately it’s unable to count anything that’s not obvious. Literally meaning stuff that I can count myself it would be so much quicker to do by myself then it would be to pull my phone out and take a picture and do all that stuff. Do you self a favor and count it yourself be a lot quicker you should be driving down the road hold your phone up to lumber you can count that by yourself. This world is gotten too lazy half the people don’t even work it’s sad nobody's counting think about 20 years ago all we did was count
  • Simply doesn’t work 1/5

    By Cole, 19
Not only do they have the audacity to rope you into subscription, but the app does not work.
  • So bad 1/5

    By Schlomberg
It doesn’t even come close to counting the objects you select. When you download the app it asks for $25 to enable the counting feature and it doesn’t do anything. Do not waste your time.
  • Kind of expensive, no real free option 2/5

    By Infinityball
It cost $25/yr or $4/week for an app that can barely count objects. I’m sure someone could find it useful, but at the price I can just count the stuff myself and it would be more accurate. Overall though it’s a cool idea.

    App stuck counting forever
  • Almost Useless 1/5

    By DamienWashington
Worth a try since I work in construction, but it cannot perform as shown in the screenshots. Needs nearly perfect conditions to work and even then has errors, not reliable enough for productive work.
  • Doesn’t work. Tried to count 4”x4” sq tubing. 1/5

Tried the app, providing inaccurate count and even if the object is little different it’s excluding
  • It’s that great. You need to subscribe. 2/5

    By Barry_Allen_1911
A counting app that makes you subscribe? Really? My opinion is that if it worked they wouldn’t ask for a subscription. They are trying to do a money grab before you find out it’s not useful to most of us. For me, I never could get it to work properly. I tried to count pieces of cereal in a bowl, it made me zoom in so close that I was easily able to see, 6… 6 pieces of cereal. It counted everything, even things that were not there. It doesn’t count small things unless you zoom in close enough that you can easily see how many there are at a glance. I guess I’ve never had a need to count the logs on the back of a truck (for a subscription price) while driving. It may be useful for some, maybe those that count things for a living, line a stick boy or someone that takes inventory for a grocery store. I don’t know but personally I don’t see the point if it doesn’t SEEM to work well.

    It doesn’t work
  • Inaccurate 1/5

    By ZhairZh
It’s really inaccurate. counting stuff that isn’t there or only counting half of the items you show, the AI definitely needs a lot more learning.

If there is not a huge amount of contrast the app doesn’t work well at all. Would very much like a refund.
  • Not for me 1/5

I count round objects and it did a terrible job picking them up! Count Things does a much better job.
  • Poop ai 1/5

Cool idea but doesn’t work worth anything. Apple needs to fix the fake reviews that plague the App Store

    Doesn’t work
  • Why is this subscription based? 1/5

    By icanhazapple
I can’t stand apps like this that use a subscription model for no reason other than to make money. No matter how bad I need to count things I’m not going to pay a subscription to do so. What free features? You can’t even get to use the app without some sort of transaction. Let me use it for free a couple times then ask for a subscription!
  • Crashing 2/5

    By Katieherald20
Love the idea for this app. I’m the production administrator at a manufacturing company and am also in charge of inventory. This app would be an awesome advancement for the company. I got the 3 day free trial to test the waters, but every time I hit the “count” button, the app would crash. It never did work for me. I have an iPhone 12 Pro. Please let me know if you ever get the app to work correctly. I’d love to try again and use it!
  • Crashes every time 1/5

    By tincandaisies
Never got it to work. Seems like a cool idea but I don’t think it’s worth the subscription price. Especially since I never actually got it todo anything since it crashed every time I tried to use it.

App crashes all the time. Haven't been able to use it once. I'm not sure how to get refund but I was able to cancel the renewal.
  • Comically inaccurate 1/5

    By Still asleep
After downloading I was required to subscribe before even using. Fine. Signed up for free trial then started counting. Bouquet of 13 tulips? No. That’s 3 tulips. How about those 6 identical kitchen drawer handles? That count is 2 handles. *quickly cancels free trial*
  • Crashes every time I try and count something 1/5

After I take the pic and use the green box to select the area to count the app crashes, every time.
