    I’ve been a credit bank Visa card holder for I believe a year I have made good and on time payments and your the only credit card that’s not willing to give me a credit line increase! I’m going to pay this card off and throw it down the trash!

    I’ve paid my card off to have a zero balance, so why am I getting a 6-8 dollar bill each month.. my other credit cards are paid in full and there’s no payment due, I believe my credit limit was increased but this only means that the monthly fee will go up!!! WHY?????

    On iOS 14.3 and it takes dozens of tries just to make a payment, because if it takes more than 5-7 seconds my session “times out” and puts me back at login

    I had to call in to get my bank info put in because it would not allow me to complete it on the app, I would have all info typed in but it would not save it, called in got it save still had to go on app and make a payment, made express payment, by the time I had put in all my debit info and got to make my express payment it stated it had timed out due to in activity, then I had to log in once again and start the process all over and finally got to make a payment a day late night I add by the time I could get everything done.

    Not only do they charge me $8.39 monthly for this card with zero balance, they haven’t even bothered to increase my credit since I’ve owned the card. Payment also is slow to post after the due date. Terrible card. Would give zero stars if I could.

    They don’t even offer you like what other bank institutions do for any type of financial hardship assistance. They just direct you to a third party facility that can assist depending on your state. It’s about the principle of assisting clients and not the business runaround practice this firm does. They don’t care about minorities.

    By the time I add information about my bank card the session times out and doesn’t let me add it for an express payment. Somehow change the timeout minute to a tiny bit longer. Other than that it’s quick and easy

    For this to be a major company you’d think they’d spend the money on a decent app, this app hardly ever works, freezes up, logs you out on its on and always saying sorry this is taking longer than expected to log in!

    I think it’s pitiful that credit one doesn’t offer auto draft to make payments on credit cards.. app and credit one would be great if they did offer and I didn’t have to go into app and set a day up.. we are in 2021 🤦🏼‍♂️

    I was very surprised and happy to find that this app is always consistent with the results it provides about my account. I am just going to finish my rating with saying that this is the only bank app I have rated. Do not hesitate to get it if you want a seamless app.

    Initially I was charged a fee and late charges. Then I saw the fee again and I made some comments to customer service that if they wanted me to continue using their car but I would be more than happy to however I’m a bit disappointed about the fees that I’m paying I have no trouble paying my bill every month on time by the way or even before, so she cut me some slack and they were able to help me out. So far I’ve had no problems with this card I enjoy using it because it’s got a small credit on it and it prevents me from overspending overall iMessage I had no problem especially when I have an opportunity to contact customer service and work together to get things done

    VSo many other credit card companies should model their apps after this oneery very convenient does all the tricks especially if you have an iPhone you can use your fingerprint to access your account I have all my billing statements on one place can even apply for Credit line increase!!!!!!

    What type of modern credit card system doesn’t allow automatic payments? The kind that preys on the irresponsible in search of missed payments and ultimately more fees to collect. Disgusting. The app and its most recent UI update is actually really good. Kudos to the App team involved. 0 stars to despicable company practices. 5 stars to the App team and the product they built.

    Doesn’t offer increased credit unless you pay for it... I’ve never been asked to buy credit before. No benefits to using this card. I keep it for the fact that it adds AGE to my credit . And that’s all. Lol. And I have zero balance pay $8/month in fee’s #Worthless. 🤣
