    I’ve used the app before and worked fine but when I tried to use it today it would not let me log in. I would put my phone number and I would receive an action code through text but an error always pops up saying “failed to update rewards account…email address already in use.” Really frustrating when I have two cards on my account and couldn’t use them on location because I can’t log in.

    Trying to use the app but can’t not get past the landing page that indicates to “Sign In or Set up Account” It asks for a mobile number and agree to the terms. I am sent an authentication code to my email. However the app says “Failed to update rewards account in MARS: Profile Not Created: Email already in use.” I am not given an option to “sign in” anywhere but this page. I can’t go to a homepage. I can’t get out of that screen. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have shut my phone down and back up and I’m getting no where!! After searching the problem, looks like I am not the only one having the problem and getting no solution?????????????

    App doesn’t work and it’s even worse they have no rewards system that is loyal or works correctly they always have said we don’t know how to connect the points when purchasing drinks or food. There’s no alternative to log in either besides the app which is poor quality. If they had a better tech it would work but apparently not and they can’t uphold their rewards program standards what so ever. Poor customer service & poor app

    I thought it would be a good idea to download this app and sadly I was wrong. I tried creating a new power card and paid $103.00. In my bank account it shows Dave and busters $103.00 but in the app there’s no power card. It’s asking me to create a new one… I should’ve stayed with going to the place and just get a physical power card. Stay away from this app!

    Another update and another disappointment! After over a year of not being able to get anywhere into the app, as soon as I log-in, it instantly logs me out and asked me to log back in! Now I am in a constant boot loop of logging in and being instantly logged out as soon as I successfully log-in. Please don’t give me that “We apologize that you’re having log-in issues. Please leave a message with your contact info and power card number at 1-800-we-don’t-care for guest relations team. That’ll allow our team to better brush you off with what’s going on with your account.” I’ve been leaving my name and number for the last year with guest relations and get nowhere with them. All they tell me is “We are aware of the situation and and our team is in the process of a new update that will hopefully fix your problem. Please wait wait for the next update.” You know just as well as I do guest relations cannot help. Guest relations is about as useless as this app. It is gotten to the point that we are about to go to Dave & Buster’s and cash out all of our tokens that we have accumulated over the years, deleting your app, and never look back before you guys end up shutting your doors. Your establishment has become a sad situation for your most loyal customers!

    I got a new iPhone 13 last month and just decided to check the balance of the rewards card in my actual wallet. (Not virtual) so I downloaded the app again and went to sign in and there’s this loop where you can’t sign in. It prompts you to enter your phone number and enter the code sent but you never get the chance to sign in even though it says sign in or create account.

    App puts you in an endless loop of signing in/setup account. Plus it will not allow you log in with your existing account. Once you sign in and successfully validate your phone, you briefly see the app launch for 1 second, then prompts you to sign in or set up your account.

    I updated the app and can no longer get in. I type in my cell number (which isn’t tied to my email address in your system), type in the verification code. Next screen, I enter my name, DOB and email. And then it tells me I already have an account associated with that email. GREAT! I know this, but I can’t log in with it. Stuck in this infinite loop with no way to login. I’ve been a rewards member since the program began.

    Seems you can’t get this app right for the past 2 years. Haven’t been able to login to my account for months now. My son lost his card on his birthday with all his tickets saved up and money on it and of course it was right when the app had logged me out and wouldn’t let me log in again to deactivate his card to get it replaced so he lost everything. It’s just a loop of entering my phone number, sending me a code, and it saying I already have an account and to sign in yet there’s no way to sign in. How does this app even have a 4.8 rating?? Why has this not been fixed yet….

    This app does not go past the “complete your info to receive rewards“ screen. When entering the information requested and pressing continue, a message populates stating “Looking like something went wrong on our end. No worries, we'll untie that knot and get it working.” I’ve tried this process with and without wifi, I’ve also restarted my phone and same deal. 🤷🏽‍♀️

    I cannot get past the point where I enter my credentials to link my rewards account. I have only seen two screens of this app. I had it send me an email to link my email with my phone number, and I got the email, but that is where it got stuck. All I can get is a message that says “member update failed.” I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no luck. I went online to try to log in there but it’s gone. I’m ready to give up!

    Messages, challenge progress, etc hangs with spinning wheel quite a bit. Helpful to use about 1 out of 3 tries, will also hang at the actual D&B so you can’t reload or do anything useful at the actual store. Needs better IT infrastructure, reliable Wi-Fi in stores, etc.

    Dave and Buster’s reward system has always been pretty poor. Earning points is inconsistent and the app hasn’t always worked when you need it to, especially inside of your local D&B. Customer service is fair, but I shouldn’t have to call every time I want my points added because it didn’t work on site, and I shouldn’t have to call back because after being on the phone, the rep didn’t update my request. It was never fun or rewarding to use this app. Just spend your money and enjoy yourself. I was hoping with the new app update, there would be less glitching and a system that worked in real time, but nope. The message center in the app hasn’t worked since I updated and signed up again for the new program. I have an email stating that my welcome offer is ready and I can find it in my messages, but messages just load (on and off wifi at different locations). I’m pretty disappointed. I love D&B, but their rewards system and app are and continue to be a let down.

    I love Dave and Buster’s and seeing the details for the new app seemed awesome. The new reward system is fun and the challenges that can get you even more gameplay was a great idea. All I can complain about is the inability to add power taps to my account. Seems to only work with the plastic power cards. My original power tap wristband followed the last app to this one just fine, but when I had lost my original band and tried to apply my replacement, I found out it can’t be added to my account. So using my new band doesn’t make sense anymore, a big let down. Hopefully this can be fixed soon as I’m sure many rewards members have opted in for the power taps instead of the cards.

    The app was really awesome prior to the update. Now for some reason I am unable to log into my account using the app. I continue to receive error messages that my data hasn’t been changed and to try again later. I’ve been trying all week but to no avail.
