Super app! 5/5
You can create new emojis or emotions to put down for the day, you can write notes. As someone who needs to track health issues this app is a lifesaver.
This app is awesome I have bad anxiety and this really helps me release it all and I don’t like writing in journals I like typing like this!! I recommend it to anyone!
I use it daily and have been for nearly two years now. It's easy to use and is really user friendly. I only wish that longer entries could only show some of it and have an option to open all of it. I tend to write a lot so scrolling takes a while. Other than that it's a great app and I have no complaints
So helpful 5/5

This app is great honestly. It’s really simple to use so you can easily and quickly track goals and emotions but the free version also has lots of customization. You can add different emotions or activities you want to track which I found really helpful
Great app! 5/5

This app is so amazing it allows me to express my feelings without anyone judging me! I can set goals for my self and do mood check-ins! It’s a great app design and I truly love being apart of Daylio journal premium!
Recommend to anyone 5/5
I love this app I have used it for over 100 days straight! It really dose only take a minute and it’s been really nice for me. I used to think I had so many bad days but now I can look back and see that it’s not true!!! Overall a great app I just wish I had known about it sooner!
Pretty cool pretty cool 5/5
I actually really enjoy this app cuz it keeps me in a routine sort of throughout the day. Like a focus point. What I don’t really get is the goals, because they’re in the same spot as the activities so I literally forget to do them. I love the color additions and variety of stickers for the activities
Love it! 5/5
This is a great simple app. I love the way we can now personalize by adding additional moods, our own activities, and groups.
It takes me seconds to put in an entry but helps me long-term see how my days (and symptoms) change. I’ve used it to track my mood, my menstrual cycles (by adding activities for spotting and period) and now even my headaches, allergy symptoms, and when I take medications.
Basically if I want to track it, I can add an activity. Quick and simple.
It’s helping me with a lot! 5/5
I started to use the note part to kind of summarize my day like a little diary so I can see why my moods are why they are a few days later. It’s giving me a lot of self-awareness and I’m truly enjoying all of the features. It took a while to stick w it but it’s a great part of my nightly routine now while I unwind! Very unexpected as I didn’t like it at first lol. But 10/10 recommend to at least try.

Way better than any app like it and the premium is only 7.99 compared to other apps that charge 50 plus dollars (btw you don’t have to but premium but u can if you wanna customize the color scheme and some other controls) 💙
I love this app! 5/5
This app gets all your emotions out. Afterwords you don’t feel so loaded with all different emotions.
So handy 5/5

I’m supposed to keep a mood journal. I have found this to be an effective, simple way to see patterns in mood and behavior.
Promotes Emotional Well-Being and Awareness 5/5
This app is very useful for detecting patterns in activities and emotions. It can be used in two different ways- report in once a day, list the activities you did, and goals achieved. Or, check in several times a day, list one or several activities and a corresponding emotion. I prefer the latter. It becomes easier to see what triggered my current mood when I list why I’m feeling the way I am.
The app can be highly personalized. You can add activities, moods, and goals specific to yourself. I struggle with ruminating on negative thoughts, so that became one of my activities. Feeling anxious became one of my moods. The app has several helpful widgets that track your moods over time and remind you of running goals.
There is a flat fee to open up the premium features of the app. I chose to pay it because I was relieved it wasn’t a subscription. It’s well worth it.
One of the best journal apps 5/5
Hands down my favorite app 5/5
By Hedda S.
This app has basically changed the way I see journaling. Before beginning with Daylio I struggled to commit to a set way of journaling or keeping a diary. I have a really busy schedule and it’s always been hard to take time out of my day to write. Plus keeping track of one book is a challenge on its own. Daylio is super easy and convenient. You can set alarms to remind you to enter your daily information at any time and as many times per day as you want. Heck you could enter five times for one day. The app gives you data about what moods are associated with what activities, and which days are typically good or bad. The amount of customizable features is actually insane, and I love it. You could be as simple or as complex as you want. I’ve been using this app for well over a year, and it’s the best diary app I’ve ever come across. Also, for those interested in Premium, it is 100% worth it. I got it when it was on sale for $1.99 or something crazy, and it’s great. There’s even more customizable features and more really cool data to look at. Daylio has definitely made a huge impact on my life and I plan to use it for a looooong time.
Good app, not optimized for easy navigation 4/5
So, logging moods and activities is easy, useful and quick!
Goals are really cool, but are buried by default. I had to make a group for my current goals manually and changing them is menus deep. Automating goals on top of the activities list and raising goals in the menu options would be nice.
Greatest app 5/5
I love this app I recently just bought the premium it is amazing you get everything and I recommend getting the premium soon for 3.99 it’s a great deal! 😀

💖 I’m bad at keeping track and being accountable of my mental health. But the gentle reminders and awards help and encourage me to log how I feel. I feel very uplifted and cared about because of this app. So thank you, I am grateful. Wish there were more awards and customizable sound notifications and frequency of reminders.

My favorite app to be honest, I’ve used it on Android a lot, however I tend to use my work phone less, so I forgot to update it for almost a month... so I redownloaded it on my iPhone, of course; and bought it. It’s so worth it, I’m happy to support them, because they do such a good job.
Only request might be to be able to sync/port over from Android to iOS...
Keep up the good work devs!!

Makes me feel happier
Just downloaded, ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT 5/5
The best app ever. The icons and customizability is my favorite part. Hey developers add a drone icon (currently using the video game controller. This won’t show me what I’m typing but this app id the best thing ever
Fun to use. So simple to use. 5/5
A lot of major daily activities plus you create your own. Simple moods in free version which is good enough for me. With the daily reminder it is easy to use and quick.
I’m bipolar and I love this 5/5
I’ve been wondering how fast my mood swings and like I have memory issues so this is like, a life saver
Really hope the app supports voice diary 5/5

I have RSI in my hands. Would rather not type. Instead, want to record my voice.
Love it! 5/5
I love it! Butttt, I don’t like how you have to buy a membership to do almost everything! But honestly, I’m fine with the way it is! Love it!
i love this app so much it's so fun to use ;)
Really good 5/5
I love this app because it gives me a lot of time to get back on track and I just love this app
Would LOVE a gratitude section to count our blessings. You guys add questions and we answer them daily. Thos would help so much!
Great app and I love the new updates. Please add a section to journal about dreams. Dreams can sometimes reveal what is going on in our heads. It would be interesting to read them back later.
Daily Essential 5/5
I’ve used Daylio multiple times a day for 410 days in a row. Its the perfect way for me to keep track of my changing moods with bipolar disorder & see my progress when I’m doing better. Daylio has become part of my every day life, it’s essential.
Near perfect emotion keeper 4/5
This app has been instrumental in my therapy and progress. In particular, being able to export the entries and share them with relevant parties is key. One feature that would put this at 5 stars is being able to modify the amount exported — after using this for a year, it can be frustrating to have to open and cut out just what I need, rather than doing it on the front end.
Otherwise, I can not recommend using this app enough. So much other customization is available!
It’s great for me 5/5
Reminder, goals, and graphs etc are great.
Easy, simple, and choice of colors I like very much. It’s helping me get the big picture over time with evaluating myself. The goals option actually helps remind me in wanting to meet said goals. The only complaint I would have is keeping the goals “emotions” out of the graphs....those can be separate from everything else one may be going through. Having a separate line graphed along with the emotions would be a better analysis in my opinion. Aside from the one critique I’m happy to have these easily accessible-user friendly app with a smiley face.
I dont have much of a review. I immediately deleted the app once I realized I cant turn it sideways to use my zagg keyboard. I think its kind of outdated to continue to make apps that are not capable of adjusting from a vertical to a horizontal view. I just really dont like typing with my thumbs. It’d be great to make this app readily accessible to those that prefer to use actual keyboards to type.
This is awesome 5/5

Amazing for School 5/5

This Is amazing for school. Have a set time of when to check in and you can feel in touch and heard. Also strangely fun lol, great app.
Great App! 4/5
I was recommended to download some apps to help me keep track of my anxiety by my therapist. It’s helpful for me it’s like a journal on my phone, I can write down my feelings at any point in the day. I wish it had exercise activities though
Brilliant little program! You had me at “Meh!” 5/5
I’ve never bothered with reviewing an app before but I am very impressed with its simplicity, quirkiness and ability to link moods with activities. The charts and graphs are simple and clear. After a few weeks using the installed moods and activities I am starting to play around with personalizing them. But I am not touching “Rad” or “Meh.” Any app using those mood descriptors is a winner in my books.
Great app; needs more than 5 base emotions 4/5
My therapist recommended this app to me to track my moods. I bought the premium version because I wanted access to more moods.
I use a “feelings circle” to identify my emotions, and it contains 7 base emotions and 130 emotions total. I had to combine some base emotions to fit them all in.
As I’m new to this app, I have a question: is the average daily mood chart a range of relative happiness (from “awful” to “rad”)? If so, the chart is basically useless to me as I don’t track relative happiness, but rather use the base emotions “happy,” “surprised,” “bad,” “fearful,” “angry,” “disgusted,” and “sad” to track my moods.
With that said, I’m really enjoying the app. Being able to combine moods with activities and thoughts allows me to identify patterns in my moods. I also use the goal setting capability to remind me to do my therapy homework.
Thanks for the awesome app :) With a few tweaks, it will be perfect!
Goals update 5/5
Just wanted to thank the Developers for releasing the Goals update! I’ve been looking for an app with this functionality, and it turns out now I can just stick to using Daylio for both mood tracking and goal setting :) Keep up the great work, over 200 days streak going strong ✊
Daylio is amazing! 4/5
I like Daylio and am more cautious of my moods. I like how it’s simple and fun to do at the end of the day! Love all the color choices for my emojis and love the graph that shows my moods. I kind of wish there was another step in moods maybe asking why we felt that way? Overall LOVE Daylio and recommend it.
Love this app! 5/5
I used to journal a lot but got too lazy in recent years as it felt like a big commitment, but Daylio has made it so easy for me to start journaling again! I love how you can easy and quick it is to log an entry—you don’t even have to type anything if you don’t feel like it, just click a few buttons for your mood and main activities. It’s also been so helpful to be able to track my mood and compare them across different months.
Daylio Journal 5/5
I love this game!! It helps me think about what I really have been doing and how up or down I’m feeling. My counselor told me about this and I was so excited to try it out! I have always been a big goal setter and journalist so it was perfect for me!
Simple journal app 4/5
I like this app, it makes it easy and simple to track how i’m feeling. Although I’d like to add more moods and more colors because I don’t think i operate on a 1-5 scale. I log “meh” more than anything, but “meh” means like 3 different moods to me. A scale on 1-10 would work best
Liked but then backfired 3/5
I downloaded Daylio bc I wanted to keep more track of my life. Thought it would be interesting to read back on my life you know? And it was great. I didn’t journal everyday, sometimes I forgot. But it was great to get my thoughts out and then read them back later. I loved the app and it was super cutely made. But today I was just doing stuff on my phone and something weird happened. So I have daylio send me a notification to journal so I don’t forget. I have it set at 7:00pm. So I get the notification and ignore it, knowing to journal later. So then I get the notification again. Then my phone started acting up and freezing and turning off and I kept getting the daylio notification. Then I just deleted the app and everything stopped. Idk of this was my phones fault or daylio a fault. I do love the app, but if the app did that to my phone, then I don’t recommend. If there’s any way that could be fixed if there is something wrong, that would be greatly appreciated. I’m not sure if it just happened to me but I hope this gets fixed. Again, love the app, but I don’t want it to kill my phone.
