A smart attendance app that works with a Bluetooth attendance device. It supports face, fingerprint, card, and password verification. Log in via email registration or quickly with Apple/Google accounts. Upon first login, scan a QR code to activate the device and set a company name. Manage departments and employees: filter employees by ID, name, or department, view enrolled credentials, and enroll password, fingerprint, card, or face based on device capabilities. Customize attendance rules for late and early leaving minutes, and set shift schedules with two work periods plus overtime. Scheduling follows a three-tier priority: personal over department over company, and supports both weekly and monthly plans; the weekly schedule auto-loops if no monthly schedule is set. Attendance reports can be filtered by date range, employee ID, name, and department, showing expected and actual attendance days, absences, late/early counts, and overtime hours. Export reports to Excel for sharing. Settings include account and Bluetooth password, customizable bell schedules, and device info such as user count, fingerprint count, and record count with data clearing options. Switch between Chinese, English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish. Adjust volume, date format, and screen timeout. View device name, serial number, Bluetooth name, MAC address, and firmware version, with firmware upgrade support.
