What happened to the Happiest Place????? 2/5
I’m a senior citizen, my sister in law and I have made 22 trips to Disneyland since 1996, the only years we missed were 2019-2020-2021. It has always been our favorite get away. We just visited again in Nov 22. We were very upset with all of the changes that have taken place. reservations for the parks, reservations for the restaurants, no more Fast Passes. The park has become so difficult to even enjoy ourselves. I don’t know if we will return, I am very sad. It was such a fun time for us but not anymore.

Stood in line for about 1 hour for 2 rides and unfortunately did not get to ride as the rides were broken. Sad.☹️

Make bulky build Cast member who was doing attraction for disabled guest at the time around 11pm was very rude. Hand motion me to walk up and telling me do to things like i am beneath him. When I got in the ride a guest who need two sit seats instead of one so instead of getting me first in line for the next available single rider, he sent me back in line for the single rider line and got separated from my party. I even ask the one directing the line to go in the attraction and he said “there nothing I can do, you have to wait and get in line again.” And i was behind the guests who weee originally behind me. I was trying to save time but instead making my little brother waited 20 minutes after he got off from the single rider. Just thought I have to say something, I might not be the first guest who experience this kind of attitude.

It is a very creative design it is a very good map and shows the wait time honestly I haven’t been to Disneyland in a few months but I like checking the wait times throughout the seasons it shows you the show times and when they will happen. Gives you a bunch of options for lightning lanes! Your pictures also get uploaded there for you to take memories home with you!

Have not been on one ride yet. Came for the rise and stood in line 45 min then it shut down. Took us an hour to just find it. Now we’re in another hour long line for the haunted mansion. This is not fun. Way too many people. Stressful with COVID. Now we see the rise is open. 😩. I am so disappointed. Didn’t have a reservation for the star wars bar so that’s a no. Who knew that you had to use the app for everything. I’m in my 60’s and miss the Disneyland I grew up with. Spent a lot of money (on a fixed income) for a very disappointing day.

Arrogant, Rude, Counterproductive Telephone Staff who provide zero customer service solutions.
I am a United States Marine on Active Duty, and I only wanted to take my family to Disneyland with tickets that I already paid for. I attempted, over the course of several hours on the phone, to get a simple viable solution in order for me and family (including a six year old little girl) to attend the Disneyland park, to no avail.

Giving this a 1 star review until this app tells you when your tickets expire. I had 2 comp tickets pending. 1 expired sep 23. Did I know that? Nope. So now I’m out 1 ticket because this app doesn’t show expiration dates.

Can’t access app. States it is sending me a password reset to my email but nothing comes. So I tried to make a new account and it won’t allow since my email is already on the app. Frustrating

Had the hardest time linking tickets to my hotel reservation for my Disney stay. Not easy to find my tickets and kept sending me to the login page. Also, would not allow access when not on wifi. I had to ask a cast member to physically printout my tickets just so that I can enter the park.

Reserve times for rides, find out about parades and events, see menus. Get through main Gates and rides. Very well thought out.

The app said 55 minutes for Space Mountain. It was three hours. I would never wait three hours for any ride let alone one I’ve been on since the 1970s
