Disney should’ve taken a lesson from Knotts. Touch of. Disney was so poorly mismanaged that I wish I would’ve cancelled. Everything has to be preordered. Then the wait time to get food -even drinks is 3 hours. So poorly run. It’s embarrassing for Disney that both Knotts and Universal ran their food e ents better than Disney.

It’s terrible and slow. Trying to mobile order is impossible when it’s busy is impossible. Despite knowing that their app is going to experience a heavy volume of users, it feels as though the designers didn’t take this into account so nothing loads. The app will constantly close by itself and it sometimes just refuses to open. I have to restart my phone to get it to work slightly but even then it’s very limited. I usually don’t complain but after struggling several times over, bc of the same issues, I’ve grown weary of these problems. They should prioritize fixing these issues before they offer things like online queues.

There is a tornado warning. I want to cancel and the app does not recognize the code bar of my ticket meaning I can not cancel. I really need to cancel. We pay almost $500 for 3 tickets and can not be use with this weather. I am driving to the park to try to cancel in person to don’t lose our money because the stupid app doesn’t work!

It would be great if the app cached the maps images. I would prefer not to spend the data to download each time I open the app in the parks. It would also nice to have a favorites list that I could fill with my favorite attractions. That way I could quickly see all the attractions that I like and make a decision oh where to go next.

I was having some difficulty with linking my tickets to my account and she resolved the issue correctly, efficiently and with great ease!! I truly appreciate the assistance from Erin!! Terrible. Do not recommend.
Couple things. First of all, prepandemic this was great. Then I got my SoCal special tickets, and the parks closed and it was promised they would be extended day by day until reopening. Here we are in April 2021, nearing opening, and my tickets are no longer valid, nor are they in my app wallet. Way to go Disney. Thank you for taking $400 from me without any notice or options. Secondly. Why is the camera on while I’m simply navigating the app? The green dot that notifies me my camera is on on my iPhone is on the whole time I’m in the app.
So little efficiency. Can’t buy a bottle of water without waiting 20 minutes. 1/5

I don’t know if a person actually reads the questions in the chat. I’ve sent for messages. I’ve been told the problem has been resolved when it hasn’t. Trying to be patient because of the reopening but please don’t send a response saying you’ve fixed the problem when you haven’t.

Man this app has been disappointing. Especially for the quality I’ve come to expect from Disney. My legacy pass is not showing up, it is not accepting my credit card info, and I am not able to make reservations through it. So very frustrating.
Love using this app. Will use it a lot more when the parks open up.

I started a live chat on March 16th, today is the 19th and I still have not received a response. I opened a new chat on the 18th and still have yet to hear back. I was inquiring about the new legacy barcode that I have yet to receive. I tried to link my pass into the app but I says that it’s already linked. Currently I do not show a barcode linked to my account

and installed a few times. Called Disney’s still 's help desk a few times. Had to move heaven and earth to get my annual pass to be even added. My photos never appear or site is always down won't bring them up. My app also doesn't show how many times entered park like others. Wish I could give my annual pass to a photographer and get pictures to take advantage of the new passholder feature but unable to because it won't show my photos!! Mmm.. Saying that out loud right now has got me feeling this is why😡😢

Photo pass does not link photos 1/5
I have been trying for over a year to get Aulani photos linked and displayed on this app. Aulani has even provided additional photo pass cards to try and link the photos and none of them work. This process has been extremely frustrating as we have never had issues with photos showing up when we use our magic bands.

This app makes it easy to see what is open and closed and also makes it super easy to make reservations. I know everyone can’t wait for things to open again, and I’m sure once they do, this app will become more handy. We are happy to provide our support as local SoCal residents to our favorite place by dining and purchasing gift shop items. :)

App not working properly. Wanted me to sign in multiple times when and was never able to access information. Can not make dining reservations for any restaurant on any day no matter how far out I try. I uninstalled and reinstalled app. Signed in and still having the same issues.
Recent bugs 3/5
End of Jan and beginning of Feb, it appears real buggy. It keeps asking me to sign in. I couldn’t reserve current open restaurants. Haven’t had a problem in the past. I had to reserve restaurant on the website because I was in a COVID notice loop.

I i asked for a refund on my tickets and I haven’t gotten that refund and now my tickets are gone too. Will never trust this app again or Disney.

I was there the day when Disneyland closed due to Covid 19. I can’t wait until it reopens again. Newsom needs to be taken to the tool shed JERK!! For making us wait so long for Disneyland to reopen. Or better yet Newsom needs to be thrown on the Guardians of the Galaxy ride and with it going. All day and all night. By himself...lol The creep!
