This app works great exit for sometimes of experience trouble with excepting the multiple tickets in multiple passes it seems to reject doing a high volume of items otherwise love it love max pass wish it was instituted park wide with your wristbands.

Be sure to bring a power bank for your phone. There is no way you’ll make it through a day at Disneyland with this app running on your phone. Brand new iPhone XS was at 100% when I entered the park and down to 42% after 2 hours of basic use of the app and nothing else open. Content also loads extremely slowly or not at all on either the park’s WiFi or a full 5 bars with T-Mobile.

This update further destroyed an already confusing app. It might be a good idea for the designers to actually try to use it in the parks with spotty wi-fi. Why is it not obvious how to book a Fast Pass from the main screen? Too much time wasted going back and forth to find things in an illogical place. Epic fail.

Came early, castle closed and no notice in advance, pizza place also closed, no staff handy to ask directions, way too packed, just sell sell sell on Disney goods and not a fun experience vs being magically and less commercial.

I love the app, I wish that it could include where restrooms/food items are. Time energy and park experience, was wasted looking; and distance walked away from rides we were trying to go on when we later found out restrooms were closer.
If it was designed to be a digital equivalent of the printed map that would be ideal.
Love Disney but not this App 2/5
I used to like this app, but now seem to be experiencing “no internet connection” messages even though I always have a connection. Been experiencing this same problem since November. I have updated the app, and have talked to Cast Members who say it’s a common problem. Unfortunately as a Season Pass Holder, it prevents me from making reservations at our favorite restaurants, and buying photos from our visits. It does however somehow track me in the parks. I know that it’s not a lack of resources preventing the App from working properly! So frustrating!!!

We traveled a long distance and purchased our tickets 3 months in advance only to arrive at an overcrowded Park where the wait for food, rides and attractions were unbearably long... We didn’t feel like we got our moneys worth because everything( including walking) took too much of our time. Please don’t sell so many tickets, it ruins the Disney experience for everyone!

I’ve been trying to get into a parking lot for over an hour and they just keep circling us around, and when I asked an employee named Emily (from Downy) about how to get in she said just keep following the lane and I pointed out it had taken an hour already and she smugly laughed and said “It’s Disneyland.” So disrespectful. Is this what Disneyland has come to? I’m pretty sure there are a lot of people who would like that job that Emily handles so badly. She not only souls not be working at Disneyland, she should not have a job that deals with the public. Snotty and rude. This is outrageous.
Broken (kiosk inoperative), lack of maintenance.
Waited for almost 15 min for someone to show up. When he did, he fiddled with the kiosk, did not do anything, went away and made us wait other 20 min, to come back and say he could not do anything.
Aren’t the kiosks run by software? Are these support/maintenance (?) people competent at all?!!!

I don’t know when they let the maintenance guys from Knott’s Berry Farm touch the rides but I’ve never seen this many problems in one day sinc the last (and only) time I visited KBF. We fastpassed the Incrad-coaster but it was down for hours so we tried some other rides on the pier. The swings, zeppelin and Goofy’s flight school were all down. Since we were almost out of time, we went to Cars Land and waited in line for an hour just to have it break too...

Not Disney’s best day.
We’ve been trying to use the Disney app and we bought max pass however it’s so crowded that we barely get to ride anything even with the additional cost of $75 for a large group. We only got to ride rides from 8 AM to 11 and then passes were too late in the day to tie up our whole day. The app told us wait time on Indiana Jones was 30 minutes so we rushed him over with aching feet and 10-year-old children just to be told the ride was broke down. Thanks app!

So dumb you charge for this, makes no sense when you can just walk and get it free. So wrong to charge guest when your tickets are so expensive
Fastness. The fastpass kinda ruined the cars ride. Insanely long wait while other people continuously got to cut in line. Had to leave half way through to make a reservation. Took way longer than the 90 minutes the person kept saying.

Hmm, I guess it’s a good app, but not that good. I gave this 4 stars because it takes so long for me to load the map! My internet speed is III bars!! Overall, it’s a really great app, helps me find my way through California Adventure and especially Disneyland.
Suggestion: You should add directions to the ride, meaning at what time you might arrive and how far it is from you. Thank you for listening to my review.

Fastpass system needs huge improvements. It would not work for myself the payment kept reporting has invalid. Yet the charges appeared on my card tho they are currently pending I am hoping I do not have to deal with them to have charges removed. My friend’s said that he purchased the fastpasses and got a confirmation yet
they never appeared on the app and the charge never showed on his card
