I decided to explore menu items outside of my normal pizza today and opted for the Specialty Chicken - Classic Hot Buffalo. After my first bite, I realized there was more to this dish than just chicken and buffalo— it had ranch and feta cheese mixed in, neither of which I can stomach. I threw the box in the trash and was a bit ticked about these ingredients not being disclosed. After looking into it, I discovered that when using the website, the descriptions are there and clearly shows the “extras,” but in the app, this description is nowhere to be found!!! Very disappointing, could have saved myself from throwing 8 bucks in the garbage if the app was set up the same way as the website.

This app is not user friendly. It warned me my location could not deliver at this time…or delivery was not available. I had to turn off, then on. Eventually I found my “easy” order. When going to check there was no place to use Apply Pay—previously available. I had to use the credit card on your record AND there was no place to add a tip for the driver. So no this is not a convenience. Is it due to the fact I order from an iPad? (I also got the Domino’s App for iPhone and that just doesn’t open. I’m dumping it and trying it again some time…when I have a lot of time.)

This app is frustrating! Nowhere is there a way to let restaurant know how you want your pizza cut, we have to call them after ordering to ask for it to be cut n squares. Also, we like our crust a little more well don and it’s the same thing, nowhere to put it. Maybe they could put a comment place before ordering.

Every time I order pizza through the app when it says it’s ready, I head over and the pizza is not even started yet, today my order was supposed to be ready according to the app and pizza tracker and 7:15pm. It is now 8:02pm and still not ready.

Whenever I want to use an app and it says “Upgrade required”, they get 1 star from me for the ridiculous inconvenience.
This is the DOMINO’S app, not something that affects national security. Just stop with these forcec upgrades, and let me update when it is convenient for me. The so-called “upgrade” was unnoticeably different from the previous version.

I often order food for delivery online from apps and this is the most non-user friendly app. It took me over 20 mins to order. It showed my address for delivery, then stated they did not deliver to my address but I know they do because we have ordered a couple of times previously. Finally it came up cleared for delivery. Then I entered my payment card info and the app stalled there…had to back out and restart the check out process. I’m not sure at this point if my order being processed or not. Very frustrating !

No matter what card I use. Or if I use Apple Pay. It always just says we’re having trouble processing your payment. Fix this stupid app. Or fix the lakeside Ave in Richmond Va locations systems. Because this is bogus. I try to give you money and your app never works. So once again. Ordering Pizza Hut. Thanks for nothing.

You need to make sure we can tip driver when placing online but you certainly get your delivery fee. We pay online and want to tip the driver in one step.

Every online/email coupon I get redirects to safari instead of redirecting to the app, everytime i try to reset my password (because the app doesn’t save my password) it reemails me in the same thread which makes it so i can’t click on the new password reset link. I totally was going to order dominoes today but due to them being a technically challenged company i will take my business elsewhere because i physically cannot order and even if i could it’s too much of an inconvenience to jump back and forth between apps and reset password and all this nonsense

I’ve used the app for quite a bit now it works very well. When I drive home I sometimes will pick up pizza from a dominos along the way. To do this i have to get Siri to call the correct dominos about 20 miles away… which can be annoying as there are many between work and where the one I want to order from is. To my delight the dominos app showed up on my dashboard this morning. It opens, you tap order, and you tap easy order and it remembers what location and the payment method… SOMEBODY NEEDS A RAISE. 4 or 5 quick taps 15 min away from my dominos and i'm set. <3

I have several problems with this app, but the biggest one is that there is no way to tip the driver except cash. This app should be full service for the customer, who not always has cash in this debit/credit card society. If the company wants to keep good drivers, then have a little consideration for your employees.

Idk if it’s because I live in Barron Wisconsin but all the time when I order with the app either my order is wrong or it says my order is ready and when I walk in I get told to wait a couple minutes like what’s the point of the app if it’s not even right.

So I’ve been using this app for a while and I usually get my handmade pan pizza with the $8 coupon. That was a total steal, but it’s gone now and has been for a while so I stopped using the app for a while. Then I heard about the 50% off online coupon through Snapchat and I thought “oh cool, I could go for some pizza right now”. So when I login to my old account and tried to apply the coupon, it would not work. It keeps saying “COUPON NOT AVAILABLE. THIS COUPON IS TIME SENSITIVE AND CANNOT BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER AT THIS TIME” I checked the expiration date on the coupon and it should be valid through March 20 through 26. Today is March 22 so it hasn’t expired yet. What’s up with that?? First you take away all the best coupons and now we can’t even save some money over a time sensitive coupon that hasn’t even expired yet??? This app was my go to when I really wanted some quick pizza. Now everything is over prized and it seems like this app has got bugs. I’m really tired of Little Caesar’s bland pizza, but it seems like I’ll have to go there now. If someone could look into this problem then that would be great…

I enjoy using the app as it is easy to use, and works great with my iPhone. However when I try using my iPad, I notice the app freezes/resets quite often, and does not seem to have an online tipping option like the iPhone. I don’t normally carry cash on hand, so not having that option the iPad (Or an easier to locate one if I just couldn’t find it) would make it much easier to tip the drivers.
