Practically a scam 1/5
DraftKings will not let me withdraw my money pretty much untill I lose it all.
I have had customer service tell me I am good to withdraw and then again find my account locked. Customer service reply’s with misleading and vague information, which is extremely confusing.
I highly recommend downloading another sports book, as Draft Kings is a joke.

I tried and failed to deposit money. So I went to a Mac and downloaded location tool as well as approved location. I got an alert that I was trying to bet from outside New Jersey and my user data was logged. They threatened that enforcement will occur if I continue to try to violate the betting law. The radio ad is a lie, you cannot use this legally outside NJ. I am in PA and can only use fantasy DraftKings.

Draftkings is hands down the #1 Sportsbook & Casino in NJ and in the USA. I’ve tried them all and now I only use Draftkings! Their promotions, Casino, odds and user friendly platform are superior against any other Sportsbook or Casino out there! Keep up the Great Work!

The app started off great. As of late it got very glitchy when you try and cash out before the end of the game. They acknowledged they are have issues with this feature but keep taking bets. I contacted them and they state their policy says not all features work all the time. It’s unfair for them to continue with this practice of taking money without fixing their app

If u bet on the money line which mean bet on the team is ok because all can know that which team going to win but if u bet on inside the match mean on the live prop or live time or any occurrence i feel like it’s fishy because u really don’t what’s going on every second and they probably make thing at their side!!! SO BEWARE PLEASE!!!

You’ll find better odds and lines on Player Props and other bets elsewhere, but it is a very nice app that gives out quite a few odds boosts, parlay boosts, and occasional free bets.
Overall I recommend, they usually have some juicy sign up offers for first time users/deposits. But the odds and lines are probably the worst compared to MGM, FanDuel, etc...

I won a bet and it’s been 48 hours and they haven’t put the money in my DK account. With so many other sports books, I highly recommend not using DK it’s awful.

I’ve had nothing but issues with DraftKings app since downloading. Placing double bets when placing only one, not paying out, poor customer support. Not to mention i only received a $5 free bet when I was promised a deposit match up to 1000 when I deposited 250. Worst Sportsbook app I have ever used!!!!!!! DO NOT USE DRAFTKINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blackjack is 10000% rigged , they will say it’s state regulated which is a flat out lie they rob people! EVERYONE NEEDS TO REPORT THEM FOR THE WAY THEY ROB PEOPLE. I’ve been using this app for all my betting and recently your change for the same game parlays no longer allows you to choose alternate point/run/puck lines and same game parlay them with an alternate o/u outside of what you all now decided as YOUR in game same game parlays. What is the deal? With that now being the case, it is trash and appears rigged on your platform to only be dictated towards what you will allow. All same game parlays you now have to place as single bets alone.

I love Draftkings for the Sportsbook part, not the Casino. Like any other Casino apps it doesn’t seem to hold fair bet ratio.
Sports book covers lots of sports and it’s great- it would be great if it’s more visual. Especially for Tennis- it’s slow on score updates and it’s not very clear which player’s turn is to serve, etc.

Sleek, well organized, easy to use app that makes it easy to navigate from screen to screen. However, the bet slip is very finicky. It is hit or miss whether it will display when trying to open to place bets. VERY frustrating!!! When this occurs I must log out, completely, close app, then re-log in (because the facial Recognition disappears). If the bet slip worked all the time I would have given the app 5 stars.

I have played a decent amount of blackjack to know when I am being cheated. If you play Blackjack you better hope you get a 21( blackjack) or a 20 because the dealer will always be getting those numbers. Game after game the dealer gets ridiculous hands that miraculously are 1 more higher than the hand you have game after game. From the amount I’ve played, if you use draft kings don’t use it for the casino because it’s software is coded to take your money.

There are times when making a deposit, it shows it being unsuccessful. Thus, making the mistake of over depositing. Also, if you have bets in your betslip and navigate away from the app, you’re unable to to get back to that betslip. You have to kill the app and start over again. Not sure if there is actual app support because these never get addressed with any update whatsoever.

All of the blackjack games are rigged this should be illegal online, you either get 13 or bust with 22 almost no matter what, the bot let’s you win one and steals the next 3 it’s a cycle kinda ridiculous. This plays nothing like real blackjack the poker is a little better but still rough. Thank God I only put in a small amount of money to try it out, imagine your casino addicted grandma getting ahold of this app.

Downloaded the app, deposited money, then tried to make a bet and it told me I had to be physically at the Casino it’s attached to first before making any bets. Then try to withdrawal the money I put in and get charged a fee and then it has to go through PayPal or check, not straight to my bank account. Don’t waste your time or money with this app. Safe yourself a headache and go straight to your local casino.

In sports book you can hardly parlay anything. Fixed bets and avoid the casino as well. This has to be the worst sports book and casino app there is. Switched to mgm and had better luck and also I can bet as I please. Now up to you to decide.
Bet slip never updates 1/5

Every time I try and enter a parlay, the bet slip will crash. If the odds change and you click “approve odd change” it also cause the bet slip to crash. Additionally, 90% of the time you cannot even open the bet slip to add or remove bets.
Design and layout are nice but these glitches and tech issues make it impossible to make bets full stop.

Their blackjack doesn’t even come close to being a fun fair game.
You’ll see 5+ hands that don’t bust or get a 21 continually even though the probability is very very low.

Fan duel has been on my radar for being a sketchy company that definitely has insider trading action taking place daily.
It a literally impossible to win or do well.
I have been participating in fantasy sports and gambling for about 10 years or more.
I’ve never had a bad experience with draft kings. I mostly didn’t use because of the interface. ( mostly a user preference)
They’re tons of bonuses and great opportunities that DraftKings offers that in my eyes makes them one of the best companies in sports. Thank you!

Since your last update the app is frozen more times than it allows me to bet. I can place a bet, hold it in the queue to create a parley but then it will not allow me to see my bet slip. I have to log on with my phone in order to place a bet.

The sports book is fine, but don’t play table games here. The Black Jack AI hits a LOT of 21s and they push more often then not when you have a good hand. You’ll have better luck playing against a dealer at an actual casino. EDIT: Against my better instincts I tried again. Yep, casino games are still a rigged ripoff.
