Your pictures in the owners manual are to dark to figure out where the jack goes. You either need a lighter vehicle (not black) or you need to focus light on the subject. I’m 66 years old and had to use you tube to change a flat. I prefer using my owners manual.

The car of my dreams, I couldn’t be more satisfied. Runs great with no problems to speak of. Just keep it serviced and clean.
Update and get with the program. I can’t schedule appointments with my dealer, add any maintenance or inspections on the records list and I have problems at times with login. I’m on my 3rd Charger and 5th Dodge overall, no complaints there. If you want a tech savvy page to go along with your FCA product, it’s not here.

Provided an email address but never got an email. What gives?
Needs a few updates because I can't schedule an appointment on the app. I have to call the dealership to make the appointment. When I get to the third page of scheduling, it says "select service advisor," in the box, it says "any service advisor" with no other options. This is the same for "transportation preference", "date" and "time". There are no other options. This needs some serious updating. Other than that, it's a REALLY GREAT app!!!

Wonderful Car as far as style, luxury, & performance. My car has the 1.6 Liter DOHC engine that has superb performance but the gas mileage is not the same as Ford & Toyota models of the same class and the style and performance of this car more than makes up for it. On the down side is the electronics. The SYNC and key fob programs (computers) are so inconsistent and slow processing on this car I can’t stand it. Other Car companies like Fords, Toyotas , and Hondas of the same class operate much better. On a scale of 1-10 my satisfaction with is car is a 7. I’ve had this car for 2.5 years, 37000 miles and I’m mildly happy/content so far. 😊

Not sure why I keep this app. Every time I open it, I regret it. It has the most issues and bugs of any app I have. And before you say anything, I have the iPhone XS with the latest iOS and just updated the app. Buzzzzzzzzz. Try again. Still crap.

It’s a very good app for dodge owners but the only reason I am giving this a three star is because none of the dealers close to me supports online scheduling which is not very good. And when you call they are available 2 to 3 weeks later and for oil change and other basic maintenance it’s a big NO GO.

FCA should do a article on us. We do have three Hellcats! We also are convinced that the Challenger Hellcat is just about the perfect muscle car! I suppose that to make them a bit better, you would have to add bacon!

I have a family of 7 and we all ride comfortably with no issues, the vehicle drives smooth and has great features like heated steering wheel, touch screen, back up camera & navigation! I have the RT version & it’s kinda fast for a mom car lol but that’s what I like about it, stylish & sleek roomy and affordable! You should drive a journey ☺️

Bought a 2017 Dodge Journey Crossroad Plus as a Christmas present for my wife. Totally enjoy this vehicle. AWD system worked like charm with six inches on ground. The 3.6 Pentastar engine moves the Journey with plenty of power to spare. My wife loves the satellite radio, GPS, and backup camera. My wife drive to 242 miles to Gillette, WY and back to Cheyenne. When she came back she had nothing but, accolades about her Journey. We’re glad we bought the Dodge Journey.

Add Remote Start ability on the app as well as being able to schedule your car to start at a certain time on weekdays and weekends like the Fordpass app. Without that this app is useless.

My Dodge app is convenient and stores info that can be helpful without actually going out to the car and looking for it.
However, switching between cars in “your garage” is NOT intuitive or easy. From the home screen you are stuck on “that” vehicle until you open up the maintenance tab and “then” you see the “My Garage” tab. Then you can click on that and “then” switch the little red flag to the other car. That’s a pain.
You should be able to “swipe” right or left on the home screen in order to switch vehicles. I don’t need to know “my garage” because I already know what cars are in there.
Also, mileage doesn’t automatically update from the Uconnect app. Why not?
Login Issues and Archaically Slow 1/5
This should be an exciting app for Mopar enthusiasts if only they produced an app as fast their cars, by downloading this you will experience constant login issues which will tell you your password does not match when it when works fine on the actual website. If you’re actually able to access the apps contents the load times are so egregious you’ll likely quit trying or get distracted by something shiny...

I've had my Dodge for 2 years and love my ride - this has been a blessing and I'm thankful. We've driven through 14 states and have had the best road trip memories in my Grand Caravan🚗
Red Rover's odometer just clicked 56,749 and still is the most comfortable ride I've ever experienced. I love my Dodge and the service department at Covert Dodge in Austin. Covert takes wonderful care of my Red Rover 🚘

I downloaded the app, signed up, registered the vehicle and have not been able to sign in again, the app sent me to the Safari Browser after asking me to reset my password and let me me sign to the Dodge site via Safari. The website te said that there were no recalls which contradicts the letter I got saying the transmission pup was faulty. I asked for the nearest dealer and it sent me to a dealership somewhere in New York, I live on the other side of the country in Washington. So I went to the app. It said that my password was unidentifiable. I actually went through the whole process all over again and got the same result. Screw it.

It will not let me in says incorrect password. Rest set it still says incorrect what gives worked great until update.
No way to see your maintenance history nor update it (oil change) because it keeps saying I am not the vehicle owner or user. It worked with older versions but the update has rendered "History" useless.

This app will not let me update anything. It won't upload photo or change the car's nickname. In addition, the app won't let me update the history because it says it isn't my car. Call the listed 800 number. They turn around and blame the app. Ugh!
The old Drive Dodge app was much better. If it's not broke don't fix it.
