    I downloaded a pdf of a textbook I needed and it automatically sent me to this app, just to get a notification I have to pay money monthly to view books I already paid for, I wasn’t even aware of this set up. I can’t view the books without it apparently.

    The inability to play a folder/playlist of media within the app itself is an inconvenient bummer. Even if the app would play a folder of locally saved DBox files without having to jump through additional hoops, I’d consider paying extra for said.

    Why does it take a week and multiple restarts to upload a five minute video? Support is worthless; Very unreliable. What good is Dropbox Plus? No different, so slow as to be useless. Waste of $120/year

    It’s nearly impossible to save files in bulk from your account to your device’s hard drive. You literally need to save 1 by 1 instead of a “Select all” option or select title icon to save All to hard drive. Looks like they’re forcing us to buy more memory.

    1-star because of the unwanted spam they constantly send me and fact it's not that easy to unsubscribe- you need to login but you can't use your phone's keychain because the unsubscribe link opens in-mail browser, etc. Why do I have to login to unsubscribe? 1 star.

    A few years ago I used Onedrive. I was not familiar with Dropbox. I subscribed to and copied all my personal and business files to Dropbox. I’m so glad I did because Onedrive corrupted my files and I couldn’t open them. I have since used Dropbox exclusively and no longer use Onedrive. I even upgraded my subscription. I’d like to echo the review from another customer that the interface is great and so easy to use. 👍👍

    I used to like Dropbox when I started using it years ago. Now with all the "new" features, I find it unusable. Instead of improvements, I find it "deproved" to the point that I cannot figure out how to accomplish even such simple tasks as uploading.

    Want to see how large a folder is on mobile? Too bad! That’s not allowed. How about logging into the desktop website from your browser? Also blocked! The fact that such incredibly basic features are missing in an app like this is INSANE. I’m looking into competitors now because this is ridiculous.

    Pretty useless app in my opinion. Upload times are very slow and the only reason I use it is because sometime I am required to upload documents through Dropbox. I get stressed out just thinking about having to upload something to this disappointment of an application because they don’t care about there consumers enough to make it a practical and use able application. I really hope this app fails.

    Never in my life have I see a program with so many issues, the hours of my life wasted trying to use this program are not even measurable. Today I just wanted to upload 36 photos to a folder and get on with my life.. did it work? Nope, 16 pictures uploaded and that’s it. Total junk.

    I have been trying to delete this app and it’s been impossible! You must have a password to delete it but it WILL not send you a link to the stated email to do it! It’s not in spam folder or anywhere. You will waste HOURS trying to get rid of this I assure you! I will not pay for this period, and I will start going crazy to my million YouTube followers if no one responds. I have a new iPhone, yet the help forums crash. This “Free Trial” is an impossible to end lifetime of paying model!!!

    Have used Dropbox for YEARS. Always used the free version. Wish there was an additional cheaper subscription option for around $5 a month. Just looking for a little more space, nothing big. Ability to link four devices in this subscription would be an added bonus.

    Can you guys add a feature where we can upload photos from files app? Right now Dropbox only lets me upload photos that are saved to my camera roll. I want to be able to upload photos from my usb-c and card reader directly to Dropbox without having to save it to my photos first.

    I’m being charged $11.99 for a “free” account that I’ve canceled and deleted. After canceling the “free” account didn’t stop the charges i emailed customer support and deleted my account. My account magically reappeared and the charges are continuing. I don’t know how to make this stop but I’m so mad and strapped for cash right now. I’ve emailed them AGAIN. And there isn’t even a way to see billing information on my account because it’s supposed to be free!! 🤬

    Just started using Dropbox to share family movies. Was working just fine. Now since the latest update, when I click on a Dropbox link sent from a family member, the app crashes after about 8 seconds. So frustrating because I desperately want to see these old family movies after losing my beloved grandmother a few days ago. Don’t know what or why this is happening but it makes the app unusable.

    So I have tried reaching out to someone but there is options to talk to someone but when you click on it nothing happens! So frustrated!!! Ever sense your update I can’t get any of the Dropbox things that are shared with me. I click on the link and I get kicked out every time! This is my business and I need this info!! Please fix this! It was fine before your update 2 days ago so whatever you did, undo it!! And don’t offer help when it’s clearly not available!! Thank you!!

    Lately the app will not upload photos from my camera roll. It’s always stuck on file remaining, but will not upload. I never had this issue with previous versions of Dropbox. I have to resort to using a 3rd party app or upload them from my laptop.

    Can not get any real person to speak with. Chat does not work. “Instructions” to do anything sent by chat “customer support” constantly return “Bad URL”. Take advantage of older users even though I have been with Dropbox for over 20 years. Cost increases are exorbitant. They are ONLY interested in business customers now.

    A Professor told us to download thinking it was free. Then after, she had said to delete it and use a different method. Many of us with Apple Products didn’t know how. That was 1.5 YEARS AGO! No matter how many times I have emailed them, they still charge me. So, a few hundred dollars later and no response from DropBox later after using it a couple times, I started to try. I started uploading my photos in which it told me I needed to upgrade just after photos! Absolutely ridiculous, takes advantage of people, misinforms you on payment and what you are getting, and cares more about tricking you by pulling the yearly fee straight from your account. I shouldn’t have to go to my bank and block the company because cccc

    I was interested in trying this app, but the sign up forces you into a few based subscription when a basic version is available. I cannot view the app without signing up for a subscription so I will not be using it at all.
