Verbal cues 5/5

Really help make the words stick in your brain. Brilliant.
This is great 5/5
I love this better than Duolingo it is totally more interactive. Considering paying.
Native speaker 5/5
Love that we are given the chance to listen to a native and learn the context accents. The mini tests help to reinforce what we are learning along the way which is also great.
Love it 5/5
Very interactive and gives several ways to learn and remember
Great app 5/5
I love this. You learn spelling, visual associations, and how it sounds. Really well done.
Easy learning! 5/5
And love that they have Icelandic
Love Drops 5/5
The speaker is very clear. The format is simple and consistent. As an educator I find this app perfect as is. Please don’t change 😁
Great app! 5/5
Visiting Iceland soon and need to learn basic words and phrases! Definitely a great app for this!
Great program. Greater focus on more common words at first would be nice. Also, spelling would be easier if broken down by syllables.
A language I really want to learn I’m happy to have an app for it 5/5

Super easy and engaging way to learn a new language!
I like how you can pick the topic you want to learn first which, based of what you need to know then

Entertaining. Easy to understand. I’m learning Icelandic!!!
Finally an app that teaches Icelandic 5/5
I went through at least 6 language learning apps with NO Icelandic.
It’s great 5/5
I got excited over learning the word fiskur

So far so good 5/5
By Tim avramenko
I love the picture examples even after the 5 minute free trial I picked up a few “food” words. I go to Iceland often so having an app like this would make it easier for me to get around and speak with the locals and learn the culture deeper, I’ve yet to try the full version. I feel I will probably sign up for the full version and continue learning the language to further expand my knowledge of the beautiful country, and its culture.
Fun way to learn! 5/5
I really like the interface of app and the experience. It’s a great way to learn some basics if you’re headed there for a vacay or if you’re just looking for a fun challenge.
Good learning tool 5/5
So far I am enjoying the way the app moves you on slowly to a new word than reverts back to words already learned. The repetition helps to memorize.
Great learning tool
Easy and fun 5/5
Fun to work with
So fun! 5/5
Great app! It’s great to hear the pronunciation!

Just started, learning Icelandic and Korean at the same time. Will update around August. Very fun so far, love the UI and sounds.
I just downloaded the app but, it seems very interactive and having to do the puzzle will help me at least remember the words and such much easier. Overall I like how it’s all set up. Great Job.
Wonderful Vocabulary Booster 5/5
This app has helped me vastly, I recommend it with almost no issues.
The only issues I have are largely my own but fault with commitment. Upon coming back, an option to take a comprehensive test or way to test every subject I know would be a suggested improvement. The feature where it throws in a word from other lists occasionally is perfectly tuned for consistent users.
I love how interactive it is to help with all of the learning senses. I question some of the “ish” sounds where there is an “r” at the end of a word.
Fun first lesson 5/5
The first lesson was food. Always my favorite thing to learn. App is fun and helps me memorize!

Love the matching
premium is worth it 5/5
By Angela Jasper
Paying for premium is worth it in my opinion. I am amazed at how much I have learned in such a short time. The balance between stretching my ability (means more mistakes), hints (when I get stuck, just a small nudge in the correct direction), and giving me the “easy” ones for me (gives me the confidence, and enthusiasm to continue) is well done. I especially like the cycling back of previous learning, the sometimes showing capital equivalents of the letters, and the dojo. The speaking of the words and phrases is extremely helpful.
I have the option to also learn from a university online for this language for free. Maybe when I get further with this app, I will feel more inclined to continue with my learning on the university free site as it covers more grammar, etc.
I will be deleting the other apps for this language as this one does what they do and more as well as better in my opinion.
Well done! Thank you greatly for this app!!!

Seems good so far. You can get a lot done in the 5min they give you. They don’t break down the pronunciations though.
Love it!! 5/5
I’m wanting to learn Icelandic, because it is the most ancient-still-spoken Germanic language, and I’d like to keep it alive. I speak English, some Spanish, some Portuguese, German and understand Yiddish. Being able to speak German does help with Icelandic for sure, except for pronunciation. Very glad it has spoken voice on here, as I try to master accent while learning languages. I just wish it had both male and female pronunciation, to catch different tones, to further understand how I (as a male) should be sounding. If you learn a language by hearing only female voice, you can pick up feminine voice manipulations, which might throw off your listener, or throw YOU off when you hear a man speak. Other than that, 100% love it!

A very approachable method for learning Icelandic vocabulary.

Gradually gets harder. I love how you have to partially spell the word.
So far.. great! 5/5
I love the fact that it has reminders so you can study every day! I’m a very visual learner, so these little games help a lot! It also helps that every time you get an answer right, it says the word. So it’s repetitive and that’s pretty good for learning a language! It’s intuitive and very aesthetically pleasing, i really love it. Just what I was looking for!
Love it 5/5
Love this app and how it works it’s so simple but yet helps a lot to know the basics and some fun ones.
So easy to learn a language that seemed impossible hard to understand at the beginning. Matching pictures with words is really great!
Perfect bite size lessons, easy to learn
