Really fun. Learned easily.

This app is simple, yet powerful. Also the interface is beautiful and all the moving parts are very smooth. This app has helped me tremendously in my language learning journey.
Gracias, muy bien!

He is intensely enamored by this application and has even gone so far as to say that it is his favorite one on the App Store. And If my bro likes it then I do too

Drops is the best in similar apps
Love it!! 5/5
It is an excellent app!! Shows pictures, meaning, and spelling!! It’s a great app!!
I love this app because it is easy to learn the language you want. But it’s a bit weird because it lets you study the language after 10 hours of your recent study.
This is great fun for learning
Fun Way To Learn A Language! 5/5
By Language Pro To Be
My memory has always failed me in learning a new language but this seems different. The activities are fun and engaging and I CAN commit to 5 minutes a day!
So here’s the deal, if you want to learn words, and words only, this is a GREAT tool! If you want to learn how to conjugate and speak full on sentences, this isn’t really going to help you with that.
This is my take on it though. When we were all little ones, we learned one word at a time. That grew our vocabulary and then people we spoke to would help us with the proper use of those words and how to put together sentences. Right? That’s essentially what this app does for you. It makes it into a fun way to learn how to pronounce and associate words with pictures and spoken answers.
I opted for the sweet deal they were offering for the polyglot lifetime premium plan because I want to learn more than one language in the future as I travel around the world. I, personally, won’t do more than 10 minutes within a 2 hour period because I want to retain as much information. I’m not a good “Crammer” when it comes to studying. So the free version is fine if you don’t mind learning new words and practicing old ones, once a day.
I had a bit of an issue when they decided to recreate the app and I had to get rid of my old one. My purchase wasn’t restoring and I thought I was going to be out money. It took less than 24 hours for customer service to respond and they were very friendly. It took 48 hours for me to be back up and running with the plan I had purchased. SAVE YOUR APPLE PURCHASE RECEIPTS. It’s all I needed to show them to be restored.
The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is because I did *assume* it was going to teach me full conversations. I’m honestly not sure if they’ve updated their app preview page, but there was a lack of information stating it was an app to learn only words when I downloaded it.
I’ve almost made my way through foods and I feel as though I’m genuinely learning. Which makes this exciting and not so overwhelming that I want to give up. Even though I’m not learning how to converse, some of the other apps I’ve used (Duolingo, Rosetta Stone, and babbel), have made it too difficult (for me) to feel successful in learning. I would like to finish everything Drops has provided for me and go back to Duolingo (my 2nd favorite language app) to learn how to put all those words I’ve learned into a sentence.
Need access to completed topics 3/5
By Lakin H.
Great app, but I would love to be able to go back into completed topics for additional practice. I can’t go through other topics because I still need to work on “completed topics,” but I am now locked out of them.
Great for building a foundation 5/5
Drops is great because learning words and small phrases makes grammar and other, more difficult aspects of language acquisition easier. Knowing words helps with understanding context and can ease the process of learning sentence structure and more since you don’t have to learn what the words mean at the same time. Highly recommend as a starting point if you’re interested in learning another language!
Does not work! 1/5
I was bamboozled into purchasing the premium year subscription for$69.99. With this subscription it states you can immediately unlock content, however that is not the case. How do I cancel or get this fixed! Also I can’t do the Family Sharing as stated. I downloaded this for my son on my phone, with the expectation of sharing so he could practice on his Mac, and that too doesn’t work!! Please help!
This is actually very enjoyable I’m hoping I can learn some new things before my trip but we shall see
Great app 5/5
I love the format of how they teach.
Very unique learning methods I love it as a refresher course
Very unique and a great way to learn! 5/5
This is the first app review I’ve written, but I had to rate this one because it is just so well done. It’s so fun and I find I remember everything I learn in a lesson way better with this app compared to every other language learning app I’ve ever tried, like Duolingo and Mango languages. Don’t get me wrong, those are great apps too, but for my personal learning style Drops has been the best I’ve come across so far!
Great app to learn Hawaiian 5/5
Love this app
Innovative. Thrilling. Joyful. 5/5
The Drops: Language app has allowed me to learn numerous words that I otherwise wouldn’t have learned. It truly connects my other applications on language very well, and allows me to learn on a fun way. With a simple “drop,” it truly feels like I am retaining all the information being given to me. Love this app!
An amazing learning app 5/5
Its a very well built app, that works great to learn a new language. Its very intuitive and easy to use. The fact that is a 5 min only learning interval helps a lot as well.
Great tool 5/5
Easy to follow and nice presentation
By Lo Gee 7567
The one feature that I really like is that when a new word is being introduced I can slow the pronunciation down to help me with my pronunciation. This also can be done in the list section.
Awesome so far! 5/5
By Hanan Vazanio
I love it. The colors help and the options of 5-15min sessions are doable in the morning. Highly recommend.
Fun. Is it sticking? I dunno 4/5

My favorite and the most useful and playful language leaning application!
Actual fun learning 4/5
I’m just a kid trying to learn mandarin but I already know some words after a day so yayayayayayyaay
One problem the subscriptions are a bit expensive
Fun, entertaining and it works 5/5
The intuitiveness of the app allows the user to learn while utilizing different associative mini-games.
Awesome app 5/5
It’s fun! I’m learning quickly
Very good app 5/5
I like it a lot
Its ok 4/5
So far so good. Learned how to say a couple words but can't see it being great for recognizing how to write it. 5 mins or so a day only.
Fun way to learn 5/5
This app keeps the lesson short. I like that.
Excellent practice 5/5
Love the repeated practice writing & pairing exercises. Would love to see a summary list of the hiragana I’ve already covered to review them together!
I’ve been finding an app to teach Tagalog and this is perfect!!!
LOVE IT 5/5
Unique experience 5/5
What I enjoy so far is visuals and the ability to choose to learn specific categories for a language.
By Alba Felis
I love this program
Learning everyday for 5 min is effective! 5/5
I liked the ideas to keep the learning habit everyday. I am using it to learn Korean. So far, it works! There’s a bit flaw in their design—sometimes the pictures cannot make me link to its words; for example, in Korean, the “it shines” and “sunny day” are the same picture! It made me wrong sometimes. :-p
Great app 5/5

I really love this app, it has help me thru my Hebrew learning path, it’s really fun an easy to use, I recommend it.
אני פשוט אוהב את האפליקציה הזאת.
It’s awesome, I’m learning new things fast! 5/5
It’s cool too

I can really see myself using this tool in the future to strengthen both my French comprehension and my pronunciation as well. One can choose whether or not to learn a term, for example if I am familiar with ‘l’orange’ because it is a cognate, I can choose to skip it and dedicate my time instead to learning “la pomme” within the five minute session.
Great app, but it’s missing one thing. 4/5
This is definitely a great app, but it’s only in portrait view. That’s the reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Not to be mean or anything, but it is common sense. Since a lot of other language apps can be viewed in either portrait or landscape view, I would have expected the same for this app. And I did pay a lot for the polyglot membership. If you could fix this for the next upgrade, I would really appreciate it. It would be very convenient changing the screen in either portrait or landscape view. Please keep up the good work!
