Your staff works hard to get the job done. No matter what Dutch i go to i see a Great work ethic and always friendly courteous team members.
As a note not a complaint: During those busy times of the day when the line of cars wraps around the building I find it best just to sit in the line of cars and wait rather than walk up to the window which i prefer to do, because the one person inside the store is too overwhelmed and focused on preparing product while the other is 20 cars down the line taking orders. The walk up window tends to get ignored.

App is great but wish there was pricing and ability to pay. If I load money to the app I’d like to be able to choose what I want and pay ahead. Then a simply scan like you guys already do to confirm arrival, begin processing the order and add points.

The store of garden valley in roseburg Oregon frustrates me. I order my drink the way I like it and it seems like every time there’s something not right, and only with this store. I like my golden eagle double blended (I know it’s an extra 20 seconds) and I have to ask twice for them to actually do that for me. None of the other stores have this issue, tighten up your game guys!

I love Dutch and the app for my drink menu! But I WISH I could place a mobile order to pick up. Especially for those late morning’s. I hate not being able to get my coffee or rebel because the line was extra long!

I love Dutch bros and I love their app! It makes my day getting a free drink once I’ve earned enough points and I also love how doable it is to earn points. At Starbucks you have to spend a ton of money to only get like .50 off. This app is also incredibly easy to use, super user friendly.

I just downloaded, uninstalled, and redownloaded this app a couple times but it’s not letting me do anything unfortunately. It just has a pop up screen with “Bummer… you have exceeded the maximum number of requests for this resource. Please try again later.” Not sure why it’s doing this but yeah, that is a bummer. My phone is up to date so not sure what the issue is.
