I rent a car from Enterprise every other week and Went to modify a date in a rental due to flooding and apparently I didn’t press ok enough times. If I change the date and it says verify and I hit yes, then it is verified. I shouldn’t have to push any more buttons. I ended up not having a vehicle for a very important business meeting. No means no, and yes means yes-

I was able to sign up for the first time and make my reservation in a matter of a couple minutes. All the options were simple to go through, add, or remove, and reservation cancellations and modifications are even easier. Great app for what I need.

This morning I tried to mark a reservation and the system was down therefore I was unable to make the reservation at 0806 the car was $166. When I went back to make it it had gone up to $212. Why should I have to pay extra when your system was down when I first tried to mark the reservation? Not to include the points also changed because I was able to get two free days now I’m barely able to get one free days.

Enterprise make booking a vehicle SUPER easy. I am and have been a member of other car agencies, but hands-down Enterprise is the best at booking! The other agencies have similar price points but the require half down, Enterprise doesn’t! I have booked with Enterprise all over the world, from Puerto Rico to London Heathrow to all over the USA and they are all the same. Great cars at affordable rates with great customer service and support!

It had vehicles to rent and would not giveConfirmation number I change vehicles then it went back had to pick a full-size truck for more money than what it showed previously before it whatever give me a confirmation and now wants a nick name to send review and all the names are taking
