My Enterprise is the Cockeysville,MD location. The agents here are very professional and friendly. They try their very best to be accommodating for your rental needs. They pick me up at the time specified. Very helpful, I can’t say enough about them. My favorite vehicle is the Nissan Armada.

When I say that this enterprise here provides the best customer experience I truly mean it they go above and beyond each time for every customer if you have to be in a rental vehicle this is the location to choose.

Have reserved multiple cars and each time I get a call the day of the reservation stating “no car is available.” Then they are unwilling to reserve a larger vehicle at the same booked rate.

I've used the app reserve a car numerous (too many) times. When I arrive the following day, at the time I was scheduled for, the employee will either tell me that the class of car I requested isn't available. Even worse are the times they will tell me that the don't have any cars available at all. IMHO: the reservations app is useless. Call the rental office to make reservations!

I do not know what has happened over the years but Enterprise customer service has plummeted into the ground. I was placed in a rental because my vehicle was totaled on 7/04/2022. I picked up the vehicle from a SC location because I work in New York. I went back to change this vehicle out because it was siding in the rain. When I got back to Enterprise I told the Manager and how I wanted to switch out the vehicle. I sat while he rented 6 vehicles out while telling me it was nothing he could do to help me. He said the car was safe to drive. So I left because I had to be to work. Well 200 miles into my trip the tires blew out and caused me to have a busted lip and split my forehead open. I called Enterprise customer service and they told me they would Uber me to the nearest Airport which was Fayetteville. That was at 11:11 pm. The tow didn’t get to me until 2:30 AM and when I arrived at the airport Enterprise was closed. I called their customer service and she told me that they’ll send an Uber for me to go to a hotel and return in the morning. The Uber never arrived and I had to sleep in the car. When I woke up Enterprise’s website stated the airport location opened at 7:30 AM. I went inside for assistance and Carl was extremely rude to me and told me his cars were for his incoming flights. His attitude didn’t change until he walked outside and saw the condition of the previous rental. He stated all tires were bald and I could’ve died in that rental. He apologized for his behavior but it was indeed too late. Fast forward I turned the car into Charoltte because I missed over a week of work dealing with this. Today 7/29/2022 I reserved a vehicle in the Queens NY location because I’m still dealing with my claim. The manger at that location told me he didn’t have any full size cars and I’ll have to pay the difference. I told him I’ve never heard of this policy that usually I get what the have for the same price. He explained that my reservation was done without verifying that he had a full size and will not accommodate me. I took an Uber back to my office and missed a health care event that cost 1500. This as been an horrible experience as an Executive in leadership I’ve never experienced anything like this. My Senior Vice President speaks highly of this company and basically it’s trash. By the way my rental on today was coming out of my own account not the insurance claim. I ask the manager today to you see the experience I’ve been through so far he replied yeah I saw and I’m still not giving you the next vehicle for the full size price. Horrible

I’ve rented from multiple Enterprise locations and I’ve yet to have a problem. They always accommodate my needs and if the vehicle class I reserve is unavailable they make sure to call me to let me know or provide a free upgrade if possible.

I travel a lot. Very convenient app. App is lacking in the billing/past invoices abilities. Usually have to call to get a copy for expense reports. Needs improvements but overall ok. Sorry guys. I have to retract the statement above. I went this evening to pick up the confirmed reservation made earlier. But to my dismay there was no vehicle available for the reservation. I left that pickup location & called 800 service number. They rebooked reservation @ new enterprise location. When I got there there was once again no vehicle available. Called 800 number again waited on hold for a supervisor. She said I should call after the specific location after confirmation number was received from app. She says this can happen from time to time @ enterprise. This tells me the app is useless. Good Luck.
