Superb service! 5/5
Amazed at how easy it is to gain insightful credit information from Experian! Would recommend!
Accounts hacked and dealing with harassment from Experian “dark web monitoring” when they are unethically hacking consumers to bait and switch. Received 27 emails to try and get me to resign up for their memberships. Refused to release data, had to close my bank accounts to get them out of my information. Psychos! Took advantage of Equifax data breach.
Why pay to have a credit lock?? 1/5
By Naser G
Equifax and Transunion don’t make you pay to lock and unlock for credit lock.
A lot of bells and whistle but no substance. You tell me I have two negative marks on my credit but there’s no way to see the info. I can log into transunion mobile site and SE who I owe or who’s not telling the truth. Wasted my time.
Misleading application 1/5
I was under the impression that this application would provide monthly updates for my credit report. I haven’t received an update in months... I feel like I was cheated out of my money when applications like credit karma will give me the same information, more details, and updates for free!
Stay away 1/5
Signed me up for a 22 dollar/month subscription without my knowledge, didn't realize this until I was billed for it the first month. Don't bother with this app.
This is awesome. Helping to know what need be clear credit score and paying to everything after become to back great credit!!! I'm so happy, Life
A must have service 5/5
Experian has been nothing but cooperative and transparent in our dealings. The information they’ve provided has been so helpful in building credit after living overseas for years and posed a solution to watching our accounts while out of the USA. Now that we’re back we have literally a daily way of checking on our new accounts and scores. When I switched from the monthly to a free account I was pleasantly surprised at how much information was still free via the app and how we still received emails about alerts. I was also able to see any errors on our credit and remedy those using the free dispute service. I’d highly recommend this service to you all.
Helpful tool to keep track of credit score. Not much else. 3/5
By b.t.t. 1977
I have had Experian for awhile there’s not really a lot of bad things I can say. It’s very useful to keep track of your credit score. Atleast Experian wise. I wish they put the date of when the creditors reported to them on their reports. The one other thing that bothers me is customer service. Experian does have an 800 number but don’t even call, it just puts you on a loop for hours. No one will answer!
I absolutely love this app and it seems like it is always spot on.
My customer experience with experian 5/5
Awesome company, exceptional customer service & an abundance of helpful & informative information & recommendations. Love the!

Must pay for membership before they will give you your credit score.
Score won’t load in app... 1/5
By RJ B.
Monthly subscription bought and paid for but a lot of the info won’t load in the app. Received an email from Apple telling me to report the problem and get a refund. However, when I go through the process I get the run around. I’ll just have to cancel it, cut my loss and never use experian again.
Best of the major bureaus 5/5
Never had any issues with Experian. Solid app, easy to use.
Cheaters and liars! 1/5
They dropped my credit score by 17 points yesterday when literally nothing changed in the past 6 months. I’m gonna sue these guys at the CFPB!
I’m being charged and not given my credit score. I can’t even find a way to cancel my membership so i don’t get charged monthly and I waited on the phone for an hour. You guys are horrible.
I called and canceled this app, but they CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I was assured that I had the FREE version, but they are still charging me $9.99, after SEVERAL attempts to cancel this service.
Good and bad 4/5
Experience has been very helpful for me I'm getting my credit back online but the way they get you to sign up is very sneaky. I think it's been great but I can see where it wouldn't be for other people.
Good app 5/5

Instrumental in improving your credit score
Great app. You can cancel whenever you want. 5/5
I just tried experian. It’s true you have to provide your credit card when you sign up, but you can immediately cancel whenever you want. All you have to do is go to your membership in your profile and switch to the free service. Also the 1 dollar charge is a hold to make sure your credit card is real. You get it back.
Experian experience 5/5
The best app and the best decision I have made. I highly recommend Experian premium to anyone specially if you would want to have control over your credit.
Good looking out 5/5
The best always get alerts.
Not accurate. At all 1/5
The bank ran my Fico and these aren’t even close. ‘Daily’ updates are a lie. It updates monthly at best. Not worth the money. Hoping cancelling will be easy.

Major Issues 1/5
No way to cancel. I have been trying to cancel since August 2017. Several emails and calls with no resolve!Does not even show up in my google play subscriptions, yet they bill me through google play. Please cancel immediately, I do not want this product.
Charged me $9.99 but can’t pull reports 1/5
Apples refund process is also ridiculous. Last app or subscription I ever purchase from them. Definitely thinking of switching to Android.
Experian is indeed the worst. Both my Transunion and Equifax scores are always current and up to date. Experian, on the other hand, is still months behind. Consistently giving me a score up to 100+ points BELOW my other scores in the high 700’s. Then they inundate my email with ways I can bump up my rating by purchasing their crap. It should be criminal for Experian to charge. They should be fined for putting harmful, inaccurate, old information on reports. Holding us hostage with their erroneous/damaging information.
Great company 4/5
Love the app, and everything it has to offer. Worth the subscription price every month. Experian has been so helpful with me being able to keep up with information regarding my credit reports and score. I like the fact I can freeze and unfreeze my report anytime and getting the alerts.
DON'T BELIEVE THE SCORE!!! 1/5
I just applied for a loan today on the basis that my score was fairly close to what this app had been telling me. I got denied the loan because my actual Experian credit score was 34 points lower than it showed on this app. Even further, my score on the app had not been that low in about eight months. This app lies to give you false hope. Don't believe it!!
Huge mistake can’t cancel 1/5
Scammers get you locked in on free and then keep charging your cards

Happy with the app and site. Overall a pleasant experience.
Helps me keep track of my credit 5/5
I like the fact that I can see the update to my credit score & history every month for FREE
Great App 5/5
Easy to use, love it!
Can’t use app 1/5
After the last update. I can’t login. :(
Horrible app! 1/5
Please go back to the drawing board with this one! I can’t sign in with a valid access!!!
How many access codes do you need?!
Experian has been fantastic. I was reluctant to purchase the subscription but was pretty desperate to figure out some issues on my credit report. After having this app for four months I don’t regret it! I have been able to dispute two negative reports on my credit. Stimulate my credit (i.e, what would my credit be if I paid off full debt, or went bankrupt, etc). It also locks your credit which is AWESOME. One time I forgot to lock my credit and applied for a credit card, instantly denied and Experian sent me a text and email stating “someone” had tried to access my credit (even though it was me). It’s a sound of mind and one less inquiry I would have to wait for 2 years to be taken off!
Unexpected charges 1/5
I set a limit on my card thank God
You tried charging my card for:
"$49.98 charge at Experian* Credit Report declined on your XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX card because the transaction is over the experian spending limit of $21.00 monthly that you set."
And my member ship should be for 20 Max, so i cancelled it!
I only got this app so I could check my credit reports on the fly, and based off that criteria alone, it's a pretty good app for that. The only problem is it won't let me check my transUnion and Equifax reports although I purchased the package that would let me check all three at once. I'm pretty disappointed but I figured it sounded too good to be true. If you have made the same mistake as me and purchased one of these packages, DON'T CALL THEM. Instead, go onto your computer and sign into your profile, navigate to memberships and at the very bottom in small letters, there's an option to change your membership ONLINE. This worked for me and I'm back to a free membership, I hope it helped anyone else out there who needed help.
incorrect data. credit scores stayed the same the whole trial period—although major changes reported on other reports. You have to cancel thru Apple if you joined via the app for those out there confused!
Pros and Cons 4/5
Pros are : unlike credit karma where it will suggest something that is 99% UNLIKELY and lowers my score for getting denied it actually suggests a card that I WOULD get approved for to help rebuild my credit And my score even went up 30 points ! 😍
Cons, I don't feel like it is updated "daily" like they say & I have to keep paying $30 to get an updated information on the transunion and equifax score.
Not bad, not perfect.
When you need to contact them they are impossible to get a hold of 1/5
Be prepared for hours waiting on hold to cancel.
Sleazy Business Practices 1/5
After having a freeze on my reports for years I had to temporary lift it to apply for a credit card for my new business. The free trial sounded great, so I signed up and noted in my calendar when the trial would end and monthly billing would start. I did pay $5 to temporarily unlock my report for my bank to view, but then attempted to stop the $9.95 subscription. No one at the company answered my emails and I sat on the phone for over an hour despite the recording saying the wait would be 7–10 minutes. The app is so easy to use, yet one is NOT able to cancel the subscription on it. This behavior is too blatant and Experian is obviously trying to prevent me from cancelling a $9.95 monthly charge for a product I do not need! I never asked them to compile my data, so why do I now have to pay them to not release this same data? THIS DATA SHOULD BR FREE TO ME SINCE IT IS MINE, fine if you want to charge the retailers and banks wanting these reports but to charge me and other consumers is greed.
HUGE SCAM 1/5

Fix fico score 4/5
By Jerry LZY
When outstanding debt in the credit utilization section is $0, the fico score drops for about 30 compared to $100 outstanding debt. Please fix this.
