Your website and app are very confusing to use. Multiple prescriptions for the same medication causes great confusion on which prescription is valid. Every 90 days we have to worried about my husbands Dexcom diabetes supplies making it to us on time This is extremely stressful for us.

The app is great minus you can never click on the cart using an iphone. I put things in my cart, click the cart icon, and it never brings me to the cart. It will click on whatever is underneath the cart icon. This needs to be fixed or provide a link in the menu to view the cart.

Created an account. Double, triple checked my password was what I specified. Tried to log in with the password. Said the user name or account was invalid. No way to reset the password because I had no memberId

I’ve been trying for over a year to get urgent prescriptions to both of us before we’re out. It’s an 8.5 hour drive to get a short term supply every month. Now for 4 months they don’t have the prescription in stock! I’ve called up to 20 times trying to straighten this out. No one told me anything when I called in to deal with the problems. My son has a brain tumor this is a medication he desperately needs and is not supposed to go off of without tapering slowly. He’s put into withdrawal every single time he needs a refill because express scripts will not even start processing his prescriptions until 2 days before he is due to have a refill. Which when you’re out of stock doesn’t give us enough time to get a different prescription. Even if they let me know they didn’t have it. When I call in to find out why it hasn’t processed then they tell me it unavailable and give me the name of the replacement which is out of stock to. This was 10 days ago on a prescription that was supposed to be filled the next day and shipped over night. This can put him in ICU and can cause death. I’ve been dealing with this for 14 month now and I’ve had my fill of the chaos it creates. I sincerely hope someone that can help us reads this. I’m begging for help. Please please help us before he ends up dying!
I don’t like the fact that every time I log in to the app I have to wait for a code to be emailed. I know it’s for security purposes but I should have the option of setting it up that way.

Terrible app, rarely isn’t glitching. They will call you at weird hours and not leave a voicemail about what they were inquiring about. Awful.

The latest update requires the use of two-step verification — something I don’t want. Each time I try to open the app, it says it’s starting the process by sending an e-mail, which never arrives. (This is the same e-mail I receive updates at.)

If the same drugs have been prescribed and filled together for over a decade, what would suddenly (arbitrarily) trigger a delay to check on drug interaction possibilities with my doctor? Why is it a concern meriting delay this month but not last month? If it was a concern meriting intervention then your pharmacy has been derelict for over a decade in waiting to THIS MONTH EXCLUSIVELY to decide it’s a concern….same drugs..same dosages….over a decade. What makes this particular combination a concern JUST this month? Pretty unimpressive.

Your log in process in not user friendly not intuitive. Your business model is being more convenient and less costly. When every transaction is different and more complicated you lose one connivence and I’d rather pay more. Oh and I know no human will read this so go piss off.

I see no advantage of this app over a web browser. The app doesn't allow you to paste your password into the field, you must TYPE it manually. This does not work for me. I have all my passwords in a separate app and all my passwords are long with multiple special characters. I always copy and paste my password when logging in. Express Scripts requires the retrieval of a verification code via email after the password is accepted, so there is a two step process to login already. Why do you not allow password paste in the app?

The login portal is very poor to say the least. Several times in the login process I get rejected.
Secondly, why was there a problem with the facial login process? I have the same face. This was not of my doing but the way you worded the notice made it look like it was my error. Shame on you for not owning up to the problem.

They have made it almost impossible for me to get my refills. They won’t communicate with your doctor about what is required and even when my insurance company called them and said they approve the medication they still tried to tell me my insurance company denied the request. The medication I take I have to have or I will have severe withdrawals. I was told to goto the hospital. My question is are you gonna pay the bill for the hospital because of there fault? I don’t have a extra $1000 for someone else’s incompetence. If your insurance company users this company I would change insurance companies.
I repeat do not use this company if you want to get your medication on time. You will run out. They also charge $21 to over night your medication even if it is there fault and the normal delivery is around 10 days. Just use your local pharmacy so you don’t have problems.

This works so good. I don’t have to go to pharmacy, get asked a bunch of irrelevant questions and don’t have to talk to a pharmacist who tells me things I could care less about. My Dr and I have discussed all of this and made out decisions on how to take prescription!

This seems to be an ongoing issue despite having tried to solve things several times. My prescriptions are permanent, concurrently run out, and I always seem to have at least a month or two of pills when contacted with notification that I may have as few of five days of medication left. Exasperating.
