This is an amazing app. It is easy to use and results in fantastic, photo-realistic images. Because I am working on a series of books with racially and ethnically diverse talking actors, this app will greatly improve my actors, from cartoonish looking actors to realistic looking actors. When you update the app, it would be useful to have some African (Black) hair styles. Also a white background color would be useful.

I used to be able to use 1 or 2 filters from each category, for free (not trial). But today, I checked back and now basically everything requires the “pro” purchase. I mean, it’s a fairly neat app, but not worth real money. I had fun goofing off with the free filters, now that everything on it costs money, I’ll be ditching it for the storage space

The stuff is so awesome that I can take a picture of anything except baby dolls and stuff like that but like I can take a picture of my family and go to the age section like the age section is the most favorite thing of mine and if you don’t have it you should really try it sometime.

I would give it a zero if I could. But I had the app for three days never used it and now I have a subscription for a year… for 39.99 and which I didn’t even apply for. And now I can’t get a hold of them to see what’s going on… I did not even get a message about it or anything they just took it out.

The advertised video shows a lot more than what is actually in the app. after downloading a photo of me (a female) and going to hairstyles they only offer male hairstyles. I wish I could post screenshots and I would show you.

My 11 year old daughter purchased the year long trial of $40 by accident and we cannot get a refund. This is very unprofessional. In todays world $40 is a lot of money and I need to speak to somebody who is able to get me my money back. My daughter is distressed and our relationship is pending due to this arraignment.

TLDR; Do NOT download this app and expect for anything to be free.
I don’t have $40 to pay for an app, so I appreciated that most of the basics (face morphing , aging, all the funny stuff, etc.) were free use. Not anymore. I looked at the app today and everything other than basic photo cropping and things you can do in your own camera app have to be paid for. F%ing ridiculous. Don’t waste your time downloading this and expecting any fun photo edits unless you’re willing to give them $40. The only free use items on this app are ones your camera app already has installed.

I downloaded this app & was offered a free trial. I clicked the free trial and was charged INSTANTLY for the year subscription. I did not get a 3 day trial just an instant charge. I have not received any info back from FaceApp support.
