I use Fandango every time I want to go to the movies. No shuffling through the newspaper or Google searches for movies I want to see. I buy mobile tix, reserve my seats at my favorite theaters and have a good time every time. The whole operation is "seamless", it's just called Fandango! Highly Recommended!!

Everything is great except if I mis-entered my password when I sign up, there is no option for me to view the password (when I entered)or change it.

This app is soooooooooooooooo slow when you are trying to purchase tickets through it. Like it took 20 mins to get to the payment selection and I never even got the chance to make a selection because I just gave up and did it through the website. The only thing this app is really any good for is looking at times and pulling up your tickets after you've already bought other than that I'm good on this app.

Fandango app is great for looking up movies and comparing times. Gets difficult when you try and sign in and can’t remember your password. App doesn’t allow you to reset or have a memory jogger. It just keeps telling you to enter a “valid” password.

I use it all the time to buy tickets... it's a great app. They had issues in the past with Apple Pay but they worked it out.
The only constructive criticism I have: Loading gift cards is a pain - especially when you have several. It would be nice if we could use the phone's camera to scan the code instead of having to type it in. Also, currently loading gift cards has to be done in conjunction with ticket purchase- it would be way better if we could upload multiple gift cards and save it in the app as credit for future use.
Hope someone reads this and makes the necessary changes- if they do, this becomes a 5 star app.

I tried at least ten different times to buy tickets for this Saturday and received an error message. I used my pc and phone app. Finally able to do it but it was frustrating. It is the first time I have had issues and I’ve been using Fandango for a while now. What’s the deal? I wasn’t able to use my reward either for a discount.

There were 3 different ticket types yet the seats looked all the same on the diagram. I wish there was an explanation on the fandango site as to what the difference and definitions of the ticket types are.

Fandango's refund policy is amazing. There were some occasions where I just couldn't make the movie. I've never had a problem with any of my refunds for any reason. I would highly recommend Fandango when purchasing your movie tickets.

The fandango app is always easy to use. I like to commute to certain movie theaters in Irvine and San Diego, so it’s nice to buy my tickets through the app early in the day and plan my movie later in the evening. Awesome must have app.
