So to start off I had to wait 3 hours to get my items my favor runner was not helpful favor support never responded to me and when I finally got my items I didn’t get everything I ordered first and last time I use favor

I try to support local stuff to Texas, but Favor really has missed the mark as far as pricing goes.
$19 in total for my $7 Taco Bell order. Auto charged a tip at $5 (I had tried to submit a tip within 12 hours and found I had tipped the guy $5 for one mile and 30 min delivery) $2.50 delivery fee, $2.50 in “service fees” and then tax. Will be sticking to Uber eats.
App design and functionality is good.

Service and app have gone downhill lately. Orders are constantly wrong or items are forgotten. Delivery tracker frequently stops working (indicates food is still en route long after delivery was made). Their customer service people have always been nice but drivers just don’t seem to care about getting the order right or making sure all the items were included. Get DoorDash instead, if you can.

I filled out food order. Went to billing filled in credit card number. Got to billing address where there were two blanks to fill in one for street address, other for zip code only! Filled in street address alone, no good. Filled in city and state with address on first line , then zip code, which does not allow city and state on second line!
No go! Says need billing address again! No phone number to call to report! No email to favor! All on iPhone and ipad!

I have used this app basically since it came out. The app is very user friendly, however the drivers do not care and do not read any of the additional instructions. The last 5 or so meals have taken over an hour and a half to get to me and none of them have been correct. I feel as the app grows, the drivers are getting worse. If I do not see a drastic improvement in my next order or two I will be moving to a new app to order my food.

It used to be able to add little instructions on your order but now with the new update you can’t. What if a person doesn’t want pickles on their burger and there’s no option? Ridiculous, this just happened to me on a similar order and I had no way of telling the driver the specific instructions.

I was attempting to order from one of my favorite stores and the app said they were permanently closed. I called the store and they were very much open. I tried to find a find a way to contact customer service and I was I rerouted back to my runner. I had no runner since my order did not go through. True customer service would be helpful. Now I’m off to Uber eats.

Had a few experiences where the driver will cancel my order without explanation. The last straw was when my order kept bouncing back and forth between drivers until the app finally told me “no driver wanted to take my order but they were working on it” I looked up what the issue could be and I came across a Reddit page warning people that favor drivers will actually talk amongst themselves and blacklist customers. I don’t even know why I’d be treated that way. I always tip $8+ and never had a bad in-person experience.

I would love the app but I think it’s overcharging and you can’t adjust the tip... they wanted me pay $27 for a few items. I was like nahhh then I took off couple of items to bring the price down but it didn’t. I’m not cheap or anything but these prices are ridiculous, then you can’t call customer service like do better with this app.

It’s raining and cold outside so I decided to use this app for the first time.
This is how my first experience went:
- It took over 2 hours to receive my order.
- The items I received were not what I ordered.
- I was overcharged $40.
I’ve submitted a complaint and expect a refund.
I’d rather go out in the rain / cold and get the items myself than use this app ever again.

I feel like these drivers cannot read. We’ve had multiple problems with the drivers because they can’t properly read everything we got. I understand they can have mess ups, but the WHOLE ORDER?!
Then, they always deliver it at the wrong house.
The menu is always messy, and it’s hard to find everything you want. It’s very much aggravating.

I had to uninstall this app...if you want notifications about your deliveries, you must also be subject to several notifications a week with sales, promotions and marketing. I’ll be choosing a different delivery service from now on. It’s not enough for Favor that you are paying them for their service to begin with.

The app is fine when it’s a slow day and you want to get food delivered within a few mile radius. However on the busy days, like holidays, the drivers take too long and the restaurants close by the time the driver gets there. Out of 6 orders I’ve placed, three were canceled from slow drivers and the restaurants being closed by the time the driver showed up.

Lacked consistency and was never totally upfront with prices. A $20 order would quickly become $40. If you have excess money to spend this is the app for you. I wish I would have just gotten the food myself.

Say bye bye to not being able to order from restaurants outside of your area!! Favor brings you unlimited food options with the convenience of ordering straight from the mobile app. It’s hard not to tip the drivers extra!! Great, fast and friendly service. The upper echelon of food delivery!

I have tried this app on three separate occasions and it’s always the same terrible results. One runner didn’t bring all the food items another was tampered with and today the runner failed to deliver the food. Favor’s customer service line is nonexistent and the online troubleshooting is unresponsive.

Very convenient. I love how I am able to communicate and see the actual person who’s delivering my food. With working and hardly being able to leave it’s easier for them to deliver ALMOST anything I want. Love this app and definitely use it almost everyday 🤣🤣 Thanks favor !!!

Clearly they don’t have enough Runners anymore. Orders routinely take hours to arrive or just don’t get picked up. Then, you get kicked to a bot for their customer service who will just send and resend the exact same message! Save yourself the hassle and go directly to the restaurat with your business.

Look I placed this order over 2 hours ago. I have been trying to get in contact with a runner since then. This is ridiculous I'm ready to leave and they still aren't here my delivery time expectation was 36 minutes it's been 2 hours and I cannot cancel ask her where she is nothing because every time I call it says they are out running another favor. It said 3 minute eta 15 minutes ago and i am now waiting outside.

They have a phone number that you can find after 45 minutes of searching only for it to answer and say “We don’t take phone calls”. There is no way to talk to a real person when you have delivery issues. My delivery person never showed up, no explanation, and the app automatically populated a 35% tip. There is no option to cancel an order that was never delivered and I had to send upwards of 20+ texts/ emails for anyone to respond. At that point, they told me they would “escalate my case” and someone would reach out, but no one ever did. I finally got someone to credit my account for the amount they wanted to charge, but still no food or explanation of what happened. It was a very unpleasant and shady experience.

I have no way to call you I called the two or three different runners that didn’t call me back! I don’t know how my order kept going from one runner at 539 said I would get it in 30 minutes! I got it at 7:15!

I did not receive my order form whataburger tonight tried contacting my runner and she did not respond tried contacting favor they did not help at all they just said “there is nothing I can do to help at this time” so I’m supposed to be stuck paying for food I did not receive that’s some great management right there...
