Charge $520 an year to send a few faxes? Metro fax and other such online services charge $120 an year. I can imagine lot better ways to spend my money. This app and similar apps are created by people with no business acumen.

I send a few faxes a year because medical still uses ancient tech. My previous rating on this app was 5 stars. I am uninstalling the app forever once I submit this review.
They used to have a pay as you go style model but now it’s a subscription. Why don’t you offer both?! Sure, I’d pay $1 - $2 per fax, but in no way am I going to spend $9.99 to send a single fax!!!!!!!!
You need a daily subscription. Sadly, goodbye and I no longer recommend this app.

With this app; it doesn’t work. I was charged over $10 And a auto renew policy. I suggest you learn from the donkey and not download this app and save yourself some carrots.

I subscribed for a monthly package yesterday. Money came out of account and still have not been able to use app. Keeps saying buy subscription. I purchased on App Store on my phone I never log out of phone. Customer support says I don’t have an active subscription. Sent them the confirmation email for purchase and reply was to make sure I was logged into account I made purchase with. Well duh I am logged in because I don’t have any other accounts and still not working.

I had to send 3 important faxes with lots of PDF files, all to the same fax number, and I officially have confirmation from that they received all! No joke, and it takes me too much to get to a place whose fax may or may not be working, as I’m disabled and dislike asking people to do tasks like running around and finding a place who will fax successfully for me. I have more important faxes to send around and am grateful I can rely on this handy app for those. Really, it’s worth every penny, just like the other reviewer that I see on here noted.

So thankful for this app. I needed to fax over some of my records asap and this made it such an easy process. Yes you have to pay a weekly subscription fee of $9.99, but I would’ve spent more than that using UPS, Staples, etc. to fax the records. Overall the app is very easy to use, and the office received my records within a few minutes of faxing them. Will definitely use this in the future as needed !

They are thieves I canceled my subscription and was charged 3 additional times after I had canceled it. I have a land line and a fax machine and can send all the faxes I can for $25 a mouth versus 9.99 a week. I would not recommend this app.

App used to be good where you could buy credits. I bought credits 1-2 years ago, sent maybe 3 faxes and now their new update appears to have set my credits to 0 and now they charge BY THE WEEK????!!!!???? Who sends faxes weekly? If you do, you’d already have a more professional and cheaper alternative.

Not all the plans shown are offered so I will have to cancel after the $9.99 for a week. I want credits to use for when I need to send a fax. Not another money siphoning subscription. Two stars but might have been five if this wasn’t another money siphoning subscription vampire. It’s seems to have worked. I don’t know yet.
I sent my fax yesterday. It will be 24 hours this afternoon. I verified that I used the correct fax number. The doctors office still has not received my fax. If they don’t get it soon I want my money back. At this point I’d give a - number stars if possible. Please fix this.

I downloaded this app to send a single fax back in December. It said it was free, so I sent it then deleted the app. Now I see that they eve been charging me $10/week for the past 2 months, when I didn’t even have the app installed on my phone! Customer service isn’t any help and won’t listen to me. They scammed me out of $80 and won’t try to fix it!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I composed my entire message, hit Send, and only then was hit with the Subscription options. If you’re going to ask for money, at least be honest and ask for it up front instead of sneaking it in, hoping that I’ll decide it’s easier to pony up than start over with another app.

I gave this app a shot and sent a fax I got a confirmation but the recipient never got it. I canceled the subscription through my apple subscriptions after I found out it didn’t work, just a few days later. 2 weeks later I got charged for the app again. What a rip off.

This application is very simple and straightforward; you’re paying for a service to send a fax. They offer several subscription options based on your needs, all of which can be easily canceled at any time. I enjoy being able to send a fax at 10pm while in bed instead of wasting one second of my time driving, waiting in line, and standing around while waiting for confirmation of receipt.
Here are some things I saw in the reviews that I feel obligated to address:
It’s not free, it’s subscription based.
You can cancel the subscription in your phone settings under ‘manage subscriptions’, not in the app. (iPhone users)
You can only send 50 pages at once. If you need to send more than 50 pages, chunk it up into smaller batches.
Bugs exist in every application. The developers do a great job fixing the bugs and staying active in the version history and constantly ask for reports/feedback.
You can send a cover letter. You can preview all pages of your fax. You get receipt confirmations.
You can get your own fax number and receive a fax (if you pay for this feature)
It is reliable. If a fax doesn’t go though it will keep attempting up to 6 times or so. If a fax doesn’t get received it’s likely the fault of the recipient, not this app.
On average it takes about 1-2mins per page of your fax to send.
This app is not a scam, you pay for a service and it works. It has made my life much easier and it is worth every penny.

The only option is a $9.99 weekLY subscription. I had to send 1 fax and thought $7.99 was worth it… but when I went to sign up it said $9.99. I thought that it was weird but just sent the fax… turns out I ended up spending $40 for the fax by the time I saw the charges on my account.

The app is free but you cannot use it at all without a $10/month subscription. I was getting bloodwork and needed to fax my orders to prevent having to reschedule. After subscribing, I was able to successfully fax my orders. The app minimized my document significantly and added random stuff around the image. The office still accepted it, but reading the numbers was very difficult.

It’s not readily apparent as to how to add replacement documents after deleting one or more. I had to poke around and accidentally came upon the solution which was to select “new fax” which THEN let me add another document. YvonneL

I needed a document from the IRS sent to me so that I can fix my business bank account. I download this fax app because I would be able to receive the document today so that I can get to the bank before closing. As soon as the IRS fax me the document, and I received a document, I began to try and open it. As I try to open it the entire app just continuously keep shutting down. It happened nine times in a row. I contacted the support team and they tell me that it was a bug and it’s being worked on at the moment, and it should be back up and running in a day or two. Now I don’t understand how on earth they have had so many bugs, and I must blame myself for this, because I did not read all of the reviews. In fact, when I went back and tried to read all of the reviews, I only see one review so I believe I just played myself.

I purchased the $7.99 Weekly “Unlimited Send and Receive”. I was then told by support that my 54 page pdf couldn’t be sent because I was limited to 50 pages a fax, and 250 pages a month.
