This app stinks 1/5
Created a card for Mother’s Day. Waited and waited and nothing arrived. Check the app and it says “attention required.” Never received a notification. The app offers no reason why attention is required. I email support about the issue and then I get back a canned response stating they don’t know where my card is because they don’t track the mail. My card never left!! Crappy app and crappy support. Really made for a poor Mother’s Day experience.

Just wanted to drop a note to say that I love Felt - I love the ability to add photos, use my own hand-writing, and the fact that I don't have to go shopping for cards/to the post-office!
I used my iPad Pro yesterday for the first time to send a card, and I was a little disappointed in the quality of the app on that device - the handwriting didn't work fluidly and it was very easy to create little dots of ink all over the card while writing that had to be erased. It would be so great to be able to have as good of an experience on iPad as it is on the iPhone!
The only other piece of feedback I have is it would be nice to have an even wider selection of cards and a grid view to scroll through the options (on iPad) would be great so you don't have to swipe forever to the left and right.
Thanks again for such a great app and I look forward to more enhancements!
Horrible Customer Service 1/5
I recently purchased a lavender, tea and bath bomb set for my wife on Mother’s Day, to which only the lavender arrived. When I expressed this to felt, the COO, Gracie, reached out to me telling me she received conformation that the products shipped out and would promptly send me tracking info for it. Well, guess not, since that was a month ago now, and Mother’s Day came and went without the rest of my order. No one even bothered to reach out and update me in the last 3 weeks, it’s almost as if they were just hoping this situation would just disappear. Like the subject line of my review says, horrible customer service.

T-mobile tuesday promo code didn’t work, charged my account twice. I have emailed customer service reps for two weeks, and haven’t gotten in contact with anyone. Felt app owes me money.

I do like the app. Although I know it’s intent is for handwritten notes, I just do better typing. However, the app only lets you type in landscape mode... this is annoying. Also I created a template hoping to write a bunch of thank you’s on a flight, only to find out it does not work in airplane mode.

I absolutely love this app! Incredibly convenient and easy to use. I just placed my first order. I don’t need to go to the store and buy paper cards anymore. It’s such a pain to sift through the card section, weeding out those with lame wording and cheesy phrases. The coolest thing is I can use my Apple Pencil to write my messages. It works wonderfully! We are a few months away from having our first baby and I will definitely be using the photo frames to send to out of state family and friends.

At FIRST, I was super impressed with his app. Sooo easy and fun to create a pic card.
BUT, I ordered on for my Mom MAY 1st!!!!!! It was a Mother’s Day surprise. STILL NO CARD. And they use a regular postage stamp, so NO TRACKING AVAILABLE. Then after I complained, I got a generic “SORRY FOR YA, HOLLER LATER IF IT NEVER SHOWS UP.” Well....17 days later, still no card. I had high hopes, but it all went to $#*! I’ll see if they remedy the situation, but for now...save your $6...you might never get the product you ordered.

It's great to be able to send cards internationally for $4! Haven't found a need to do domestic mailing yet, but I look forward to trying that, too. The designs on the photo cards are fun and beautiful. The pre-made cards are nice, too. My only complaint is that the country selection menu isn't in alphabetical order, so I have to scroll slowly to find the country I want. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this app and happy it exists.

I love this app. Not only is it easy and clear with instructions, but allows the individual to use their own photos to customize their cards. I sent my mother a Mother's Day card with my own pictures and she loved it! It made her feel special. Also, I'm not well and don't have a lot of money to work with for cards and gifts. However, for LESS than a store bought card, I made one! Prices include mailing it to your destination! This will be my standard app for all my future greeting card needs! Everyone needs to try this one to know how cool it really is!

I was very disappointed with my first time using this app, I got something for Mother’s Day and it asked what day I wanted it delivered by, I placed my order on May 3rd and I chose that I wanted it delivered the day before Mother’s Day as mail doesn’t come on Sundays, it still never got to my mom to this day and it is now the 16th. I was very upset about this, it ruined my gift and was a waste of money because it never came. Never using this again, undependable.
My order still hasn't arrived after 4 weeks. Unable to connect customer service

When I first placed my order I was very excited, the card looked virtually appealing and thought it was going to make my moms Mother’s Day even more special. When she failed to mention receiving the card I went to find out what happened and it looks like they cancelled my order, even though they had sent a confirmation email. They didn’t inform me of the cancellation either. Very disappointing!

Update after following the suggestion from developer in the comment: 0 star. After deleting the app and sign on again, all drafts were gone except one that worked in Feb. If I had known, I would have at least taken a screenshot prior to deleting the app. Now we don’t have a card for Mother’s Day, not even a picture to show that we tried.

I wonder if the developers of this app knew that beautiful GUI isn’t everything. If user can not get the card uploaded to print and mail, it is nothing but an app with beautiful interface. I tried to upload a card for three days without any success. One time I even left the app running overnight to see if it was just slow. Nope, it didn’t help.
The app cheerfully suggests you save a copy in draft, delete the current card then submit again. It just DOES NOT WORK!

This company has done this twice to me already. Where i buy a card and request it on a certain day with plenty of time in advance and i never receive it by that date. Very disappointed, i don’t recommend it if you want something by a certain date.
Card wasn’t delivered 1/5
I ordered a card and it wasn’t delivered. The app states that it was mailed, but since one is unable to track it, there is no way to know for sure what happened to it. This is a real disappointment! I had higher hopes for this app and its services. What good is an app if it can do what it ultimately promises?

I have TMobile so I got a free card and apparently the recipient address didn't save and when I went to re-enter it the app just sits at a loading screen. I've disconnected and reconnected to data and wifi, even reinstall the app and same problem.

I was able to get a free card with T-Mobile and that came before Mother’s Day for my mom..but the card I PAID FOR didn’t arrive today..and tomorrow is Sunday I would like my $3 back!

Night before Mother’s Day and the custom card I designed never showed up. May 2nd I received notification that the its in the mail and that it’ll take 2-6 days. Well it’s been 10 days! I doubt they even shipped it. So disappointed it’s not even funny.
Customer Service Lags and Bugs 1/5
I understand that May is a busy time but I have yet to receive a response from an email I sent almost two weeks ago. I used to hold a subscription until it was having issues and when wanted to renew it but it would not let me pay. There are always bugs in ordering.
Never received my order. Ordered weeks in advance before Mother’s Day and nothing came in the mail!! Not a pleased customer to say the least.

I got a card for my mother three weeks before Mother’s Day and I just got a notification now that the card wasn’t delivered and that I was refunded my money.
Mother’s Day is tomorrow and I live miles away so now I have to explain to my mother on why she didn’t get her card and her flowers and truthfully I don’t know why it was canceled and my money was refunded
So do not rely on this app for anything special
If I could give this 1 star—trust me I would. The app interface is irritating and glitchy, but the worst thing is that the developers can’t even decipher their own fonts! I never received my cards, probably because of an error in reading my address, an utter disappointment. Don’t anticipate much, you’ll be sorely disappointed.

Quick and easy 5/5
I downloaded this cause I wanted to make a Mother’s Day card with my kids who are away from me for a while due to work. I started a card and then saved it and my kids drew on it and wrote their own messages for grandma. It worked perfectly. I was expecting a premium price for the service I had used but it was 4$. That’s cheaper than at the store and it was customized. I’ll be using felt exclusively from now on. Good app
My 1st card still haven’t came recently message them and they said it will be here 2-3 days still never showed up. My 2nd card still never came I’m guessing it won’t come either.

I love Felt. I’ve recommended it to many friends and family members. But there are so many glitches. I try to pick a photo and it freezes. Force quit. I go back in and it won’t let me customize the back. Force quit. I just want the app to work.
I have been working on this car for three days on two different devices and when it came down to the back of the card and I wanted to save the app and Kyle force close. I couldn’t effectively capture all I the wanted to say to my mom in the card because this app is glitchy. I love the concept though.....!

While the app was decent and slightly easy to use; the customizable parts were difficult to use and maneuver. Also I used the feature to mail my Mother's Day card to my mother on Mother's Day in a week; but instead it was sent four days early ruining the Mother's Day surprise. If you want a basic card sent use this app but any other Type of card should be sent with another company.
I think this is great. I always buy cards, forget to fill them out or either forget to mail them. This app is super quick and easy to do. I will continue using this instead of buying cards. Prices are great to $5 for a customized card you cannot go wrong or even signing up for the monthly subscription works too.

Loved the app and worked great first time I used it but now every time I go to check out it says there's an issue and then never works.
Nice app until it stopped working. I probably spent close to two hours troubleshooting a simple Mother’s Day photo card, but ultimately it would not load to checkout.

I haven’t sent cards in years, but this app makes it so easy. I love being able to grab some candid photos, write something on the back and it gets mailed. The quality is great and my friends love getting them.

I got a free code through T-Mobile®️ Tuesdays and it came through the mail a week later. Pretty decent quality, but I do worry about privacy and security. I wouldn’t use it again, it was a one time thing but I enjoyed having the free code.

On the iPhone 7 Plus the keyboard would go to the bitmoji keyboard every other letter. I deleted and am going to use a different app
