    I used to love this app, I use it multiple times per day, but over a month ago the Touch ID stopped working and has been “temporarily unavailable” for almost six weeks! With that fixed, this would be a five star app.

    With good light and best on a market phone camera this app still unable to aquire check pictures. To make a deposit, I need to go outside (flash is not enoughh), put check stady, hold breath and make 3 to 20 attempts to "scan" check. This is just a disgrace. 🤦🏻‍♂️

    This app is extremely convenient, secure, and provides more features than most Bank apps. Over time, 5/3 has made several updates to this app, giving clients the ability to easily transition from their remarkable 53.com website - to the mobile banking app. Personally, I believe mobile banking apps are about convenience and security - and Fifth Third Bank has it! When needed, I’ll switch to their website for additional wide-based features & services. Try it... I’m certain that you will agree.

    The security questions need help. They cannot be answered without the questions disappearing. This prevents me from seeing my account. There should be a way to get around answering the questions if they cause so much problems

    The bill pay functionality of the app is terrible. The tiny navigation options at the bottom of the main bill pay are cumbersome to use. Attempting to make multiple bill payments in one session is frustrating. The options to view bill pay history is very limited. My sense is that Fifth Third essentially grafted a bill pay application on to the front end mobile banking app (balances, transfers etc.). The bill pay integration is poor and I occasionally sense that the system is missing payments but the sparse design makes it difficult to confirm. If you are looking for a new banking provider and mobile functionality is important to you, I would look elsewhere.

    After logging in I'm prompted to update security questions. When typing the answers everything moves off the screen and I'm left with a blank screen. So u can't actually log in to the app at all.

    Had to erase the app because it keeps changing my password. When I reloaded the app, it doesn’t actually appear on my phone anymore. I have to access my account through the App Store instead of an app on my phone. It says I have the app already, when I clearly do not.

    The font color on the widget is LIME GREEN on a GRAY background and is completely illegible. This has been an issue since October 2017 when the latest iOS was released. It is STILL NOT FIXED. Extremely annoying and useless. I don't understand how someone who develops this app doesn’t check that and FIX IT.

    When I try to login after the recent update, I am prompted to set up 3 security questions. After I click on the first answer textbox trying to type the answer to the first security question, the entire page is emptied and I have no choice but quit the app. It is currently useless.
