Incredible how in the span of five minutes it goes from allowing me to sign in and then telling me I can’t because of security reasons and then back to letting me sign in (all without calling a representative, which it prompts me to do). In addition, this is my only banking app that I have issues with Zelle, every time I try to perform a transfer. Finally, I am not impressed with the backend of how long it takes for a deposit to clear through the mobile app versus if I go to an actual ATM. Again, this is something I don’t experience with my other mobile banking apps so it’s quite a nuisance.

Great App....but It would be awesome if you added a graph to show daily, monthly, 3mo, 6mo, YTD balances for all accounts listed that are not hidden. This graph would help save more money and give visual to how your balances change over time.

Touch ID - Where did you go? 3/5
I’ve never had issues with the app before but I noticed one day last week that Touch ID is no longer there?? There’s no way to even bring it up during login. I don’t even know if I remember my password to get in because I’ve always just had Touch ID enabled and saved. Guess I’m not getting into the app now.

There 50 percent chance that when I try to sign in it’s always under routine maintenance at night in the morning or on Monday and Thursday mornings! It make me want to change banks soo bad

ALWAYS.....always right as I’m about to do something financial. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. This is a 2.2 BILLION dollar company, because of the fund of morons like me that must be gluttons for punishment. I store a large amount of money in this bank. I’m giving it another month, and if it’s the same, I’m going to Chase. It’s been like this for years and is ridiculous. Can you people please allocate some funds for the IT department? PLEASE.

I have had nothing but issue with this app. Every time I try and log in I get “sorry but we are having technical issues try again later or call...” and to me that just defeats the whole point of the app. I am extremely unhappy with this app and system.

The banking mobile app has been saying experiencing technical difficulties a lot. This interferes with using Zelle as well as cardless transactions at the atm or other purchase methods. Can you all figure this out ASAP!
So many issues with the app 3/5
I have only been able to log into my account twice since I opened my account. It's always the same thing. This app is so bad, it makes me want to switch banks. I shouldn't have to call in every time I want to check my balance or switch money over. It's horrible.
This app is convenient & easy. I’d say fun too, 🤔although I suppose I’d have to be a rich person to experience that aspect of banking. The app is cool though.

I really enjoy the app, it’s easy to use and navigate. However, I rely on this app to make transfers between my accounts regularly and it’s irritating when I can’t log into my account because of “technical issues.” Happens way too often. If this was not such a frequent issue I would give it 5 stars.

Mobile deposit error 3/5
The app is great but it still has flaws. Mobile deposit won’t work for me, I’ve used it multiple times and it worked fine but all of the sudden it won’t let me make a deposit. It continues to say there is a security error and to contact customer service. I’ve called about 10 times now and they still can’t figure out what is wrong, I’ve restarted my phone, deleted then reinstalled the app and looked for updates but nothing will fix it. That is the only issue I have with this app, it just gets frustrating.

I get this error message at least once a week. Some times it works on my next log in attempt, and other times it takes a couple hours. Always super inconvenient. Please fix this.

What happen? Touch ID has been down on this app for over 2 months.
This app won’t let me transfer money after 11 pm sometimes. App gets stuck and I always have to close everything out and restart. It’s annoying

The app is easy to navigate however I often get a pop up stating you’re “currently experiencing issues” and to call customer service if you need assistance. The app also just force closes on its own often. Work out this bug (that never seems to be resolved even when I download the newest update available) and I’d give you a higher rating.

I love Fifth Third but you’re mobile and website apps are terrible when it comes to figuring out your balance! There is no running balance next to any transaction making it unclear as to what your balance is ! There’s a pending total displayed above the header but who knows what it relates to which transactions. Nor do you know what’s already gone through ?!
This is the worst bank app I’ve ever seen , and it may force me to change banks since it’s not user friendly!

Can you create a way to password reset in the app? People can type their ssn, their Pin, their Security Answer & their Zip code & then they can reset their password.

Sign in Bug 1/5
You have to fix this sign in bug. It keeps saying my credentials are wrong but when I go on the site it logs me in just fine. Worked before the update.
Always having “technical issues” 1/5
The layout is alright, not as great is BoA or credit union apps. It has the options to do what most people need to do such as check balances, pay on credit card, schedule transfers, etc. However, it seems to be consistently having “technical issues” and many times I end up having to call Customer Service for support to make sure my transfer was actually scheduled or ask them if I need to try again. It’s so frustrating that I have decided to stop using Fifth Third products AT ALL, because if I can’t log in to view transactions or schedule a payment on my phone app, I don’t have time for that. I told customer service on the phone yesterday I’m done with the app and I’m done with this bank. It’s not just a 1-2 time thing, it’s consistent and annoying. BoA will now get all of my banking.

From the face detection never being fixed to the widget just freezing constantly to see your account quickly. Not sure why they have to constantly update and tinker the software when clearly it’s not working in other areas.

The cardless feature is pointless. The thing try’s to scan and read it the second it is on the screen. It doesn’t matter if it’s blurry or at an angle it messes up. Then it won’t work no matter how you try it. Honestly quite annoying because when you leave your card at home you’re like oh I can use the cardless feature. NOPE

App view is misleading 1/5

App view shows positive available balance even if you have a negative balance. This is misleading and will make the customer think that their account is solvent when really they have overstated.
