Doesn’t work 1/5
Bought Fitbit Coach. It hasn’t worked from the start. I have contacted support several times and each time they say I will be contacted via email. I have not heard from anyone. Do not buy this app.
Great App..However, 4/5
This app is wonderful. I love how the workouts are easy to follow and how it tracks your process to your Fitbit. It is helping me greatly with my weight loss. However, when it comes to app, it is constantly crashing now. When rating my workout, the app crashes on me and freezes up. It’s frustrating and I hope it gets fixed.
Can’t log in with Fitbit login 1/5
I don’t want to use my Facebook account to log on, and the app won’t take my Fitbit account login, which I copy into the field to make sure it’s correct. Very annoying.
this is annoying DONT GET 1/5
first of all u have to pay to do almost all of the exercises and second of all the ones that are free aren't helpful. it is terrible dont waste ur time
The app is missing appropriate exercises for the over 65 group They are a significant user group and currently Fitbit functions as s pedometer and sleep monitor. Coaching for that age group would make much Fitbit more functional.
Didn’t even get a chance 1/5
I cant even log in and when i make an account i still cant log in.
Didn’t work 1/5
I was ready to spend money and work with a Fitbit app to help make my workouts more creative, but it wouldn’t let me login. I tried to delete it and download it again, I tried my email, Facebook, and Fitbit. Nothing worked. I’m sad that this app didn’t work for me. Hopefully I can spend my money in a different app.
Just OK 2/5
When the app finally loads, or doesn’t crash in the middle of a workout, I get what I need out of the programs. To pay for a yearly subscription and get unreliable app performance is frustrating!
It’s ok 4/5
By Molluna 18
This app has really good workouts, but if you don’t want to pay, you don’t get many. As I was exploring the app, I realized I could only do a few. Personally, I don’t want to pay for this, but if you are willing to pay, this app is right for you.
These are the prices:
Love the app but having a problem 4/5
I can’t get the app to connect with MyFitnessPal. Besides that, I enjoy the workouts just wish there was a way to connect with a live trainer and better customize my workouts.
Worst coach app 1/5
No run coach at all, I wasted $7.99. Smh
good but can u make an option that allows u to mute the coaching audio because i want to listen to spotify and when i go into a workout it’s automatically shuts off
Great app 4/5
I like what’s here so far, but I’d like to see a setting to tell the app which workout items you have like bands and a ball or hand weights, etc, and it will throw in some of those moves as well.
I’m challenged but not too sore the next day 😊
I like the music- there’s different choices. It’s family friendly so we can work out together. Also you can turn the music off and listen to your own if you want.
I have definitely gotten my money’s worth. 👍
Nice concept 2/5
This is a great idea. It just costs too much. I am retired with a fixed income. Tacking this on to the cost of a gym membership puts Coach out of reach for me. It’s another in a list of items I am discovering since I recently retired. The world works against fixed income folks. It takes money to be healthy.
Complete waste of time 1/5
Unless you want to fork over more $$ don’t waste your time. There are very few workouts you get for free and not one for stretching at all. Doesn’t seem to be anything for beginners- everything says medium or hard. Not enough here to charge extra for - these workouts should be free if you own a Fitbit.
The app really wants you to go premium, you can’t do anything for free, if you really look you might find 1 or 2 thing you can do for free. If u actually want a work out just do it on YouTube this is nothing special. Overall completely pointless
Ok but 2/5
I think the program is great but being a student athlete trying to get in shape during the off season it doesn’t work. Most the workout especially all the running ones which are the ones I need for track are locked unless you get premium.
Workout Settings Terrible 1/5
This is the first time I’ve ever wanted to throw my phone during a workout. Video workouts based on repetitions are incredibly frustrating, because—rather than giving the user the ability to go at their own pace—the workout video is always either faster or slower than me, with no way to program your own pace or check a box once you’ve finished the reps.
I hate that the active windows in the video don’t stop at 0 seconds (and instead continue on for a second or more). I hate that there’s not a category for low-impact/apartment exercises. I hate that half of the “body weight” workout videos expect you to have a step box in your house. I hate that “6 reps of side plank pushups” actually means “12 pushups, 6 planks each side” and i would MUCH rather be under the impression that i have to do 12 reps rather than 6 sets of 2 reps each.
I will not be using this app again.
Fairly good 4/5
I really like this app so far. The guided workouts are very good. I am a beginner and I am trying to complete and get comfortable with the ones offered for free before moving on to the premium account. They have so many that is hard to get bored. Nevertheless, I am struggling with having to watch the videos from my phone. It doesn’t let me connect to my smart TV like YouTube does (I’m doing some routines at home). It doesn’t have a help/feedback/contact us menu to figure out this sort of things with developers. Also, you can’t add videos to your favorite list unless you have a premium account. That is being greedy! Giving the costumer facilities to personalize the app and streamline their routine can only encourage them to go premium. In the end, they only have a few videos that are free.
I hope they add these feature soon.
Kinda a scam. 1/5
If I bought your FitBit I think I should be able to have access to all the workouts. Not pay extra.
Loved it… When it first came out 1/5
I saw this app on shark Tank and I immediately downloaded it. It was fantastic! And then all the sudden there was a huge jump in the price and I was unable to get out of it.
I just paid my membership again and now the website and app aren’t working for me.
Won’t allow log in 2/5
Just downloaded the app, and it will not let me sign in. I reset my password to make sure that wasn’t the problem. Even after resetting the password, it says I have either an invalid email or password.
By Nicole Kale
I have tried multiple times to log in with this app using my Fitbit account. And every single time it tells me validation incomplete or I have the wrong password/username. Funny, since the Fitbit app accepts both of them just fine.
Definitely wouldn't recommend this app.
Paid for subscription, was not allowed access to premium features 1/5
I loved this app back when it was fitstar.... nothing but problems since.... plus, I was forced to have to create a fitbit account.... who owns a Fitbit? Please enjoy the most recent $7.99.... after many years of use, I’m over it...
Limited Options 1/5
I wouldn't buy again. For a beginner, the routines were too advanced. Seems like I was given Medium and Hard workouts when I wanted Basic workouts first..Does not allow unchoosing or changing your level..The videos are otherwise good quality with pop music..No help page. one of my downloads locked up and I had to restart my iPhone. Not too happy overall. Don't get the one year subscription until you try it at one month..No trial period either.
Can’t sign in 1/5
I’ve tried over and over to sign in. I always get a frozen screen. I’ve talked with tech support. They just give me the same instructions over and over regardless of how many times I tell them it doesn’t work. And they are even so rude as to say “I’m going to tell you this one last time”....
Felt misled 1/5
This app is only useful if you pay for the premium. I downloaded this app in order to log my workouts on my Fitbit. But you need to pay for the premium in order to even access any of the workouts.
Can’t log in 1/5
I’ve been trying to log into Fitbit Coach for at least the past 3 months with my Fitbit login and cannot get in. I keep getting a validation error code. This needs to be fixed ASAP!
Can’t log in!!! 1/5
I’m a Fitbit user for 3 years! I downloaded this Fitbit coach app but couldn’t get logged in. It always says error and “validation failed”.
I changed my Fitbit password, and it didn’t work. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and it still didn’t work.
I also noticed many people experienced same issue. Wish someone can really solve this!
Good but... 5/5
I love the app just you have to go premium for so many workout. Otherwise I love the app.
I started the app today and can’t get through the initial fitness test because it freezes the crashes. I liked what I did until that point.
I downloaded the app and it won’t let me log in using my Fitbit login. I even reset my password and my phone. I’ve tried many times. There’s no update for the app shown or I’d do that also.
Can’t log in 1/5
I’ve changed my password 3 times now and even tried logging in via Facebook. It won’t let me log in at all. Says everything is invalid.
Get The Synchronization with Fitbit account squared away! 1/5
By Charlie Sierra VT
Maybe this is a good app, but who knows? It asks for login with Fitbit, and when I do, the app REPEATEDLY returns with reply that says unable to authenticate login. After playing along and changing my password and login with Fitbit login (even changing passwords 3 times to ensure that it wasn’t a typo on my part) the dang app will not synchronize or even recognize the correct login. What a waste of my time.
I can’t even login, repeatedly get a validation error. You would think that if you’re already a Fitbit user, it would log you in. Frustrating!
Fitbit Coach 1/5
In my opinion it’s just a glorified front end for an in-app purchases
I started to do that fit in this test and was in able to complete it because of an interruption and couldn’t restart it good and delete it and it was just there
Crashes too much 1/5
The app crashes when you try to take the workouts. Over it...
Good but has “known issues” 2/5
The app is great for guided workouts, but if you have a versa and run coach from the watch it double records your workouts. One entry for “fit star” and another for “coach”. I contacted support and they basically told me it is a known issue and they have no timeline to correct it. I have had the issue now for almost 8 months. It makes me wonder why they aren’t proactive in fixing bugs, especially for a paid service. If you just use the coach app you won’t get accurate heart rate readings (I was in a cardiomove and the reading was much lower than my actual heart rate). If you partner it with other apps it won’t transfer accurate calorie burn data because it thinks you did 2 separate work outs. Buyer beware.
This is a wonderful service provided from the app, personal coach is really helpful when you are trying to get back into fitness.
Nothing free 1/5
By Phoebe LM
There is no way I'm going to pay a monthly fee to do the same workouts over and over. If I could purchase each workout and have access to it, like if I were to purchase an actual workout video, instead of a monthly fee. I wish I could make my Fitbit app STOP spamming me trying to make me get this!!!!! Also there are barely any workouts in the free platform, so there is no benefit to downloading unless you are going to pay.
Excersise for people with excersise induced asthma 5/5
By Ms.T, aka JenJen
I don’t see beginners low impact excersises for people with asthma and heart diseases.
It’s good but you have to pay 2/5
It has good workouts but you have to pay money each month to do pretty much all of the workouts I miss the old version
Not for older folks 2/5
With baby boomers being the majority of people, I’m surprised that the exercises are geared to physically fit young people. Even some workout videos had the older person on the side doing a modified version of the workout, absolutely no option here. Very out of tune to people with limited abilities who need to be active and exercise.
Can't sign in 1/5
I am unable to sign in with Fitbit credentials, even when I try to open the app from inside the Fitbit app, where I am already signed in. Have reinstalled, no luck. So confusing. What a waste of time.
It’s OK, but the coach is too loud and you can’t hear any of the background music. Not really too impressed with the coaches either. There was one who was using being a rock star as an analogy to get through an interval walking workout on the treadmill. It was so bizarre I had to just take my earbuds out and just watch the screen for when to switch. Plus, I wanted to listen to my own music, so I had that playing through an external speaker. But it did give me ideas for making the treadmill more bearable.
It won’t let me login 1/5
Every time try to login to my Fitbit account I get an “error: validation failed” message. It’s frustrating because I’ve had an account for a few years now and it won’t let me login for workouts. HELP.
Good workouts but could use more for the price 3/5
The workouts are pretty good but for the price I don’t understand why there is no family sharing plan. My son uses it also but we can’t both have a plan on our phone bc we share an Apple ID. It’s kind of silly to not have a family plan or sharing option. Also I was very disappointed that the yoga wasn’t a part of it, that has to be paid separate and that program is definitely not worth paying for at all. I had to subscribe to a different program which is disappointing since I was hoping to keep everything synced with the Fitbit I paid good money for and my whole family has one. I’m going to keep checking it to see if changes take place bc I would like to join again but right now just seems ridiculous to join when the price doesn’t match the benefits you really don’t receive. Here’s hoping!
Great 😁 5/5
This is a great app I get all the exercise I need and I get a lot of steps with this too get the app
