Decent app, one big flaw 3/5
By eric Tr.
I’ve emailed the company twice, the app has good workout but the main reason I download and PAY for this app is to track progress. You enter in your weights you use one week and when you come back to the workout, there is no weight recorded. They said they have been working on this for over two months now.
Rewind and fast forward? 4/5
Unfortunately you can’t go back or forwards in the videos at all would be useful at least to me In case you missed something in the video and don’t want to restart the whole thing. Besides that really good fitness plans.
I have been trying to unsubscribe (not because it’s not a good fitness app) but because of the money right now just isn’t right for me. But when I touch the gear button to do it, it just keeps loading. It won’t ever bring anything up for me to unsubscribe.
Great app! 5/5
It’s like having a personal trainer for the cost of Netflix. I am hooked, I have always gone to the gym but sometimes I couldn’t think of what work out I wanted to do,This app makes it so simple to have a game plan when you go into the gym.
Great app 3/5
By Mrs. Ramirez.
I wish the app had monthly plans. I’m interested in the one for the year but having to pay a year in advance is too much.
Paid for a the quarterly subscription hadn’t used it in awhile went to renew and said “can’t contact fitplan server” phone is perfectly fine. Was happy with the program but if this is how it’s being run on their end... I’m not happy with it at all
Blatant stereotyping. 1/5
By Golpari A.
On the app when u first download it, you are prompted to select your sex (not a problem, male and female body types differ and you can also opt not to answer). However, depending on the sex selected, body goals differ. Specifically, female body goals include: 1. Shred fat, 2. Tone & Tighten, 3. Build & burn, and 4. Booty gains. Male body goals include: 1. Shred fat, 2. Build muscle, and 3. Athletic performance. If you do choose to opt out of stating your sex, your fitness goals include: 1. Shred fat, 2. Build muscle, and 3. Booty gains.
Now, unless I am morbidly mistaken, which I am not, women have the same capabilities as men, and also can have the same goals. Furthermore, anyone can have the same goals, so no matter what option is selected for your sex, the goal options should remain the same. There is no reason to have the goals differ, and there is even less reason for the goals to be limited (and not all of them given) when you opt out of sex selection. Goals do not depend on your sex. They are what people strive for. Men and women can equally have the same goals in mind. It is presumptuous and naive to assume otherwise.
It is also quite distasteful and horrific that the female body goals are all oriented towards body-sculpting. The options themselves are completely acceptable, because body-sculpting is a goal for many people, not only women! However, the fact that ONLY body-sculpting goals are given to women limits women from their potential, and keeps them from completing their real goals. It may also make them more self-conscious, because it seems that they should be body-sculpting rather than pursuing other goals according to the given goal options.
Additionally, men are also perfectly able to have a goal of body-sculpting. They deserve to have the same options women do, as well as the other way around. Assuming what goals a man or woman may want simply based upon their sex is stereotyping and it is sexism! Here is the definition, if needed, “sexism”: prejudice, stereotyping, or discrimination, on the basis of sex, against either women or men.
I am a woman and I originally downloaded the app for many reasons. Sadly, my fitness goals originally in mind were to improve my athletic performance (most important) and build muscle. Apparently, this app does not deem those to be female fitness goals. I guess I could choose the Build & burn option and still use the app, but I prefer not to support a system designed to discourage me from pursuing bigger muscles and athletic ability.
Now, if you want to use the app to track workouts, or anything else at all, I have no comments on that. I deleted the app as soon as I saw that the choices for fitness goals differed upon sex selection. Other aspects of the app may be perfect and quite helpful! The fact is, the app opens with blatant sexism. If you subscribe to the app, please know that you are supporting a message of inequality and that you are continuing to support athletic stereotyping.
Barring any justifiable non-stereotyping reason for having different fitness goals for different sexes, I stand by what I have said.
No free trial 1/5
I was interested in the app but they want you to sign up and won’t offer a free trial. I deleted it.

Am I getting charged $6 per month, or one fee of 71.99?? It’s not clear, & I’d rather be charged monthly. If I’m charged monthly, I will purchase the plan.
Great plan！ 4/5
Great star plans！
If Apple watch app offered， would be better！
This app has been so easy to use. There’s plenty of different trainers and workouts to choose from for all different levels. The app is formatted nicely. Definitely worth the money!
Now My Fitness Goals Feel Within Reach 5/5
By Brotha Beige
Lots of variety when it comes to the athletes. Workout video demos are super clean and easy to follow. Now I can do less thinking and more work!
Not saving work out 3/5
For some reason when I finish a work out it doesn’t give me the option to complete it. It’s says hold to cancel and it doesn’t save my work out .. this is the first time I’m having this issue . It’s annoying.
JEFF SEID 5/5
It’s zyzz’s brah, keep it up guy you the man.
Login is a hassle 1/5
Really wanted to try this app but their is to many bugs when trying to login. The chat isn’t helpful at all either because they don’t even respond back to you.
Not free. 1/5
It has a subscription plans. That’s why I deleted my account.
Needs more 3/5
Needs more athletes. Also some of the how to videos are really bad at showing/explaining what to do. I also think it should show alternative moves in case you can’t do a specific move.
Amazing trainers!!! 4/5
I love these workouts you just have to eat clean follow the plan and you will see results. I had to pause my subscription. Prices keeps going up it’s ridiculous :/ it went from $9.99 to $15 in less than a year.
Needs to be updated 3/5
Would give it 5 stars but my subscription renews late for some reason. I just did the monthly but I feel it takes a week later to take the money out of my account and let me use the app again. Be pretty nice if y’all could fix that.
Love the potential of this app but tech issues for months 2/5
Pros (5 stars starting point)
- great videos, easy to follow to reduce chance of injury
- app very easy to use and a lot of plans to choose from for any level of fitness and goals
- motivational with weekly streak notices keeping me on track to get done
- friendly customer service
Cons (lost 3 stars)
- 1 out of 40 exercises it remembers my starting weight which was main reason I installed app so I don’t have to remember the weights to use. This is my biggest complaint and I’ve been asking for this to be fixed for months.
- past 2 months very slow response time for support with my last ticket still has no response from over 2 weeks ago with issues I’ve found such as a wrong video tied to an exercise.
- app continues to turn off my music but with last update seems to have been resolved.
I can’t express how much I love marissa rivero’s workout plan on this app. I love that the app gives you so many different fit plans to choose from. Compared to apps like sweat where you do the same thing over and over and get bored this app gives you so many options. Best money I’ve spent in awhile
Fun app 5/5
By qtr m
Antell now it has been months i was using the app its really great app to use
These workout plans are a lot more effective and efficient then the majority.
Best workout plan app around! 5/5
I only started using this because for Mike O’Hearn’s workouts and I must say it is the best app around! Easy to use, logging in your exercises is very simple and the videos help a lot! I’m telling you it is worth subscribing to. From beginners to advanced gym junkies, this app is for everyone!
Good. Not perfect 4/5
Couple of tech issues with the app. It doesn’t remember all of your previous weights. Only the starting weight on your first set. The timer can’t be easily changed. Overall pretty good tho. And of course mike ohearn is very motivational
IM IN LOVE 5/5
The app is great, but what’s really great is Linn Lowes’ plans!! i’ve been on it for 5 weeks and have never gotten such great results so fast. i was scared to lift weights and do it wrong/pull something. but the videos show and tell you exactly what to do. i’ve been working out for a while now, but this made me step out of my comfort zone and pushed me & that’s when the change started happening. you check off as you go so it’s easy to follow. try out the 7 days free, and you’ll absolutely love it!!
Best fitness app NO QUESTION! 5/5
Love this app! Taken my fitness to the next level! Every update keeps getting better and better. Truly recommend it 🔥🔥
I’ve finished two of mike o hearns plans , nothing but gains
Great workouts 4/5
Workouts are great! Definitely worth it
Great work! 5/5
Workouts are great, love the diversity between different options of workouts to do!
So I really like the app but I was lied to. I signed up at a rate of 7 and some odd dollars a month.... however, a week later I was charged $101.64 for the annual plan which I did not agree to. I don’t want to give the app up but I’m going to have to because now the 7 dollar plan isn’t even offered only 15 dollars monthly. Really upset with the fact that I was miss charged.
Charged as soon as I downloaded the app and started the trial 1/5
Downloaded the app less than 15 minutes ago hoping to start a 7 day trial. I opted for the annual subscription with trial over the monthly subscription with trial and was IMMEDIATELY charged 121 dollars even though the subscription is 95 dollars? Apparently there is no support over the weekend either so now I’m just out a hundred bucks. I’m disputing the charge and wish y’all no success. Out here stealing
Can’t load anything 1/5
Training plans won’t load!
Worth the buy! 5/5
I have lifted for years but started becoming bored with my routine workouts and hit a plateau. Fit Plan is a great way to change things up and keep motivated. I also feel like it holds you accountable for skipping sets. Overall I think the monthly fee is worth it
Everything I needed 5/5
By sarah bechyne
I’ve struggled with keeping the motivation to workout but this app perfect for me. You have so many plans to pick from. I love that you can keep track of the weight you use and the reps. It’s the best workout app I’ve had and I have tried a lot. This one is the best of the best
Forgot my login details 5/5
I was automatically logged out of my app and forgot the email address I used. I’m using iPhone. Don’t know how to access my account.
Won’t let me create an account 2/5
By No NoNo.
I’m hearing a lot of cool things about the app, but literally every time I try to create an account the app says it can’t connect to a server.
Below average customer service 1/5
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 6 weeks with no success. I have sent emails to customer service asking for my membership to be cancelled and explaining the issues I was running into. I never received a response (like others have mentioned) and I just got charged again for October.
Awesome workouts! 5/5
This is a great app for keeping your workouts organized and fresh. There’s a great variety of fitness plans and athletes to chose from. Workouts are challenging and on trend with the latest exercises options (weightlifting, HIIT, plyometrics, at-home training). I like the rest timer, ticking the box with each completed set, and the before/after pictures features. Best $15 a month I spend!
Feedback - Fitplan App 4/5
I love Fitplan. Fitplan motivates me to work out regularly because of the variety of trainers and workouts. In the past I’ve used multiple fitness apps but I must say that Fitplan is the best Fitness App
Feedback: However I would like to give some feedback
1) There should be a Favorites ❤️ tab to select our favorite to go plans/single workouts that we would like to use on days when we are least motivated, feel lazy and want to do just a quick workout.
2) Just like the Zumba Freestyle can you also include a Freestyle Cardio Step Workout.
3) Can you also design an exercise regime for spinning/stationery bike workouts.
Not gonna pay for something until I get a sample 2/5
By Kyle Barner
Especially with workout apps, I’m not gonna pay for something until I at least see the plan or a snippet of it. There are plenty apps out there for free that will give you workouts. Maybe give a free week trial, then there would be more users of your app.
I’ve been using this app for about 9 months, and I was upset when the app froze while doing my workouts. I deleted the app in hopes of completing my workout only to find out my whole workout plan had been lost. Even my progress pictures were lost. Another time the app logged me out and when I logged back in, again my workouts and pictures were lost. I hope they fix these issues since we’re paying money to keep track of our progress.
By Xavier Rion
The app kept saying that it couldn’t connect to iTunes when I subscribed to the yearly plan. I’ve tried countless times and continuously unsubscribing, but nothing would work.
I’m confused about this app 1/5
I subscribe but only able to do the free workouts. I think they charged me twice too . Please help
Great app, but pricy. 4/5
The fit plans are good and effective
I had high hopes for this app 2/5
I guess I’m the only one who likes the instructor to do the workout with me instead of just demonstrate? I want the gym feeling and feel like I’m in a class, you will get good exercises but you will have a 30 second video showing you the set and then a stopwatch shows telling you the amount of time left to finish the workout. Once the time expires, you must STOP the clock otherwise it counts AGAIN???!!!! I found it not motivating enough for my taste.. I want to play the video, workout and forget it but with this app I’m forced to press the “stop” button every time for every exercise.. ridiculous!! Maybe you guys should pay more money to the instructor so they can do the whole workout like other apps? I do not know whose idea was to set it up like that, but it was a bad one. Sorry.
Please add AI 4/5
Love the app for great professional trainers, variety of fit plans, level of details. Gave it 4* only because I miss AI feature that would calibrate my weights and reps based on the previous performance. There is an opportunity to input reps and weights so why not start calibrating future workouts based on this info. I’d also add exercise swap feature within the same muscle group in case features equipment is not available or a person is not comfortable with the exercise.
Make these updates! 4/5
Love love love this app, had previous use of it through a friend and decided to go ahead and buy it for myself. A couple of recommendations would be:
Allow user to go back to previous workouts to view the weights they used. I know for me I like to maintain/increase every week to two weeks so it would be helpful to go back and see what weight I was at the previous time. OR have the app auto-fill what you should be doing each time (for example, have a setting for “I would like to increase 5lbs every week” and the next time you did that exercise it would tell you the goal that you should be lifting at.
Also put in a place for your weight—like a weekly weigh in, I would put it where you can upload the photos at.
Also include a time stamp on photos- like at least a date so I know when I took the photos!!
