I have eaten my fair share of five guys in the last five years. As someone thet maintains a keto diet for health reason, this location in particular has always provided five star food, service and professionalism. I’m not sure if it’s inherent to give guys or just this owner/operator but these guys are fantastic. Thank you for all the great food!

Ordering on their app was so easy! Staff were incredibly friendly and we received exactly what we ordered and it was juicy and very tasty!
Price was a bit stiff but the food was so satisfying!

There food always hot and ready and delicious, wonder why I rated it a 3 star because my first experience not getting my 2 burgers and I was very disappointed! My bf paid for it and he got his biggers but I haven’t got mine. And we called up there and a guy think we was lien and we wanted him to look at cameras but he said he will and will send a gift card in the mail and also call us back but he wasn’t true to his word and I usually checked but Idc if I’m rushing next time I will check in front of the camera !!

I order online just to wait in the same line as everyone else just to tell them to drop fries?
So it never saves me time. I’m always waiting as long as if I ordered in store.
Why doesn’t it give me a confirmation number or say to tell them my name? I show up and have a 16 digit confirmation number.. why is t it 3 or 4 digits? Why isn’t it my name and a number? It’s so awkward.

There is no way to get support - either from DoorDash who they contract with - nor from Five Guys. My experience was 2 hours of 15 minute delays followed by a soggy bag of food that had been somehow left in the rain. The app is good for pickup - Learn from my mistake and do NOT use delivery EVER EVER EVER

Good Lord the update has made the app terrible. Ordering is a chore, and good luck getting to actually, you know, check out. I had to reload several times to actually be able to get to the friggin cart. I will never understand why companies want to make it difficult to give them money.

Years later, there’s still that one missing ingredient - that ONE thing I have provided feedback on to multiple individuals. It’s crucial to the cheeseburger being its very best at your locations, and yet the app won’t allow it.
Grilled jalapeños. That’s all we are asking for. The ability to add grilled jalapeños to our order.
The internal productivity time you’ll save is going to be incredible.

I don’t know how this app got set up without the ability to add a proper address. I live in a condo, but to order delivery I cannot add the unit number of my condo. As a result, my food did not arrive. Please do not offer delivery if you can’t deliver.

This must not be happening with other people, but my app does work like over half the time. I often get this “Error, operation could not be completed (NNOlo.OloError error 6)”. I’ve tried to look past this, but it happens so often it’s just annoying now. Reinstalling the app doesn’t fix the issue. I’ll update my review to be more positive if they fix this.

Ordering from app is no faster than going in person to order. The trick might be to click “I’m here” when you’re 10 minutes out. I ordered, arrived and it still took 10 minutes. People that got there while I was waiting received their orders before I did. What’s the point of this stupid app if ordering ahead does nothing???
