    The food is good, but they are about 2X more expensive then they should be. (Small fry is 5?) (Small hamburger is 7?) Honestly only good once in awhile due to their massive costs.

    I just ordered using your app. Ine of the best burgers and fries you can find. Pricey but tastes. My issue with your app is a simple fix. There seems to be no place to request ketchup or vinegar or any other condiments on the side. Why order fries without any ketchup? Seems like an oversite. I hope this can be tweaked

    The food is fabulous the app not so much. Doesn’t give you an option to add extra Cajun to anything. Put in a gift card that has a smaller balance than what you’re ordering and it won’t partially apply it. And again very few options to add in any kind of special instructions about your order.

    It’s annoying to have your online order ready for you, but get there and have to ask for side condiments to dip fries in (Mayo, ketchup) Wish there was a way to add this to my order in the app.

    Pretty simple app and usable. But, it really needs the ability to use Apple Pay for payment. Entering a card number each time is a pain and I don’t want to store my card information with the company. Other than that, it works well.

    I tried to order through the app and kept getting a notification that it didn’t recognize my bank account number. Do I ended up having my husband go to the restaurant to order and pay. I then got a notification from my bank that I was charged 3times for the order. I can’t get anyone to call me back for my refund.

    The app works ok. You can place an order but once you scan your credit card it nitzes out and closes. Once you open it again, your order has vanished. Very frustrating.

    It’s very easy to use and navigate; however, for the fries section it doesn’t give an alternative or a note section. As someone who cannot have added salt I don’t have an option to list this for fries.

    I ordered food on the app to find out 30 mins later that the store closed at 4pm???? Any ways when I called the store to get my money back the manager said I needed to call DoorDash. I said I ordered it on the FiveGuys app and she said well not her problem and hung up on me!!!! So I called Door Dash and of course they helped as much as they could but since the store took the charge they have to be the ones to refund. DooDash was great with their Customer service EVEN THOUGH they had nothing to do with it. Any ways call the store to make sure you can order because they sure like to take your money when they are close and then close the door on your refund when they screw up!! So my bad lesson learned and Local burger shops will get my business. Which I should have done in the first place. LOW FIVE Five Guys LOW FIVE!!!!

    I love FiveGuys. Not only is the food hot, fresh and delicious but the FiveGuys team is also super friendly. It’s helpful that I’m able to customize my order/ build my burger with zero hassle. My son loves the fresh cut fries and individually made shakes. The app makes this process simple and fast. It’s your easy to order all your food and drinks on the app and be in & out quickly.

    This app is good. However, there are 2 items needed to make this App a 5 star rating! 1. Cannot order Ice Tea 2. Cannot add a tip to the bill Please, resolve these two issues to make this app a 5 Star rating Five Guys.

    I just spent $50.00 on food that was awful!! The fries were massively soggy, couldn’t even eat them! And the cheeseburgers were so greasy that the grease drips off! So disappointing and frustrating that I spent $50.00 on food that was seriously disgusting! Needless to say we won’t be back!!

    Why all the haters?! This is a fast food app. How fancy do you want it to be?? I want to be able to order my burgers in a quickly and precise way and this app allows me to custom order everything that I get. and the interface is simple. even a computer idiot could figure out how to order a burger with this app! So stop hating!

    The app doesn’t have fast food app basics. You are unable to use multiple payment methods or multiple gift cards. You cannot use a gift card if the order costs more than the amount on the gift card either. Then once I placed the order thinking it was on the gift card it charged my credit card. It does not offer an option to cancel the order either so I couldn’t redo it. Terribly made and needs a lot fixed.

    Account login options are clunky, no auto fill, and a password reset system that flat-out doesn’t work. I’d rather call the store and order over the phone than deal with this garbage.

    The app was actually fairly easy to use. However, when I submitted my order, I received a text instructing me to click on a link when I was on my way to pick up my order. When I clicked on the link, I received a message saying my order had been picked up and to call the restaurant. Upon calling the restaurant, I was put on hold for forever and then very rudely informed that my order was not picked up and that it wasn’t even started yet. Cancelling my $80 order now! Ridiculous and very frustrating!

    Cannot cancel and order, cannot alter order at all after placed. Also, calling the Five Guys location that you ordered from does nothing either, bc they “can’t change anything” in their system.

    An app is only worthwhile if the employees at the store pay attention to the order. My store: 1587 N Milwaukee st, Boise ID, does not bother to look at it. So, I order via the app, arrive at the scheduled time, call the store, and they start making the order. Basically pointless.

    I usually end up ordering from someplace else. Every time I try to purchase, I get a zip code error. Then it just tells me I have to call to place an order. I’ve had this issue for months on this app. Zip code is accurate.

    After placing an order, you’re sent a text link. Clicking on the text link to let Five Guys know your in your way and the order can’t be found. Hmmmm... ok so I have to go in now to pick it up? Kinda defeats the purpose of the app and curbside delivery.

    I downloaded this for the sole purpose of using a $20 giftcard I had saved for when I finally get out to a Five Guys. For feeding four people, the total is $40. But the app won't let me just use the $20 from the card and then pay the rest with a credit card. Obviously a gift card may not cover the whole charge, this is ridiculous.

    I love Five Guys fell in love when I lived in another state. The app is fantastic as it makes it easier to place orders pick up and make changes to any orders prior to placing orders. The only issue I have is that when you call to say you are outside to pick up your items they never seem to be able to answer the telephone. If you place a time to pick up, you would think it would be ready however it is not. I placed the order to be ready for 5:15 and it is now 5:24p and we were 4 minutes late! So do they make it when you get to the spot? If so say this and we will cal on our way in! Fries are usually great however this time limp and a little soggy seems they were sitting for a while how can this be when we were late and they were making our food or so it seemed. Seeing how the person next to us came and went and never got out of the car! Not sure Plymouth is up to par! I loved NY hence why I would continue on but man what is really happening here!

    The app works fine except that when you’re ordering a burger or cheeseburger, it doesn’t have the option for “All the Way,” yet it has the option for “Plain?!” It just doesn’t make any sense because if you don’t select any options, you will receive a “Plain Cheeseburger.” So why even have the option for “Plain?” I am frustrated with this because I tried to use the app today so that my order would be ready when I got there, but I couldn’t remember what the options for “All the Way” were, so I had to order in store instead. I will change my score if Five Guys actually read this and fixes this glaring error. I mean Jersey Mike’s makes it easy on their app by saying if you don’t select any options, you’re sandwich will automatically be made “Mike’s Way.”

    This application needs a covid update in order to differentiate individual orders, to minimize the exposure of handling food when ordering for multiple people under one credit card. Doesn’t help out when all the food is just dumb into one bag and to fish at the fries for every individual order placed.

    Got Curb side pick up. Got home and the shake my daughter ordered was MIA. I called store and told them they forgot to give me my shake. I told them I am not coming back tonight as it is 15 mins away. I asked if they could just refund my credit card and the Womans said ok and asked if she could call me back. Gave her my number and never heard back? Never received my credit also?

    Dude, if a location doesn’t accept orders past a certain time even if their hours say they do? Then adjust the hours. If a location only accepts “curbside delivery” as opposed to “in store pickup” then say that. You losers are so worried about making sure you are woke and ignorant to facts, you forgot that nobody cares what you believe as long as you make good food. Just make good fooD

    The app works great, fast, easy, intuitive. The burgers are terrific, fries are terrific. Employees mostly are terrific! What’s not to like? Well...the music. Who’s idea is a room full of hard surfaces and raspy loud music? I’d rate you 6 stars if you kill the silly music ;)
