I have loved this app for years but something is not right with the new update. Can't select tomorrow's date for a flight. Airline choices had trouble loading. This needs to revert to the prior update.

This is the coolest app ever! I’m so excited about it! We get to watch my husband fly and have a great idea where he is what elevation he’s cruising at and how fast he’s going! And let us know when he’ll be home and when he has safely landed. we love seeing all the airplanes in the sky! Thanks for making a great app!

Requires an sign up ‘account’ to use. Apple password sign-in requires two factor which 1) I don’t use, and 2) Isn’t a password, it’s a procedure. No login of any kind should be needed to see a map with publicly available flight info superimposed over it. Immediately deleted.

Why does Flight Aware not show Jet Blue flights? There’s a non-stop flight from Boston to Bozeman but flight aware is totally unaware! Please fix this ASAP

Absolutely fantastic! Live on a ranch 70 miles east of Austin Texas and enjoy watching flights from Houston to the entire West Coast and several cities in between! Work One day I saw Los Angeles to Miami and Miami to Los Angeles crisscross right over me! One at 29,000 feet in one at 32,000! Very enjoyable and informative.

Really like this app, I can keep up with my friends who fly. It’s easy to use and when I going flying to meet up with friends I can tell when they depart and land. It’s really good to know when everyone is home safely.

Why would you take out? Where is my playing on the update like me I would imagine is the second most viewed thing on your app other than the flight being in progress makes no sense and devalues the app quite a bit for me.

I like the app, and FlighAware, however after after upgrading to the latest version of the iPad app my airport is broken. I click on recent CXP, which says Carson City, NV, and it sends me to CXP Central Java. If I enter KCXP I get the airport and CXP shows up as the first item in recents. When I click on the new CXP it sends me to Java.

I have been told that my password needs to be changed and yet I am not finding any place that I can make that change on the website whether it’s under my account or settings or help. I find that unacceptable.

In checking today for my daughter’s flight from Doha to IAD, for part of the day it said flight arrived at 16:30 and then for a while it said 15:30. So, we left for airport…and 20 minutes ago it changed back to 16:30. I know that at midnight we changed to DST in the US (which is a pain all by itself) but if I’m counting on you for arrival times, they should be accurate.

This is a great tracker. Easy to use and updates super fast. I only wish they had a paid version so I could get it without ads/tracking. But I guess you can’t have everything. I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to know what’s going on with their flight. But also for people who are picking people up at the airport. Which is mostly how I use it. 5 stars.

5 stars for following a flight. Yay.
1 star for setting up the dang account.
Set up account on iPhone - was clunky, but got it done.
Went to download app & get into account on iPad, but when I try to log into my newly created account, repeatedly get messages saying there’s no record of said account. So, I thought I’d try setting it up again on iPad, just in case the iPhone version didn’t actually “take” after all. However, now my username is “taken” (that would be - by me, on iPhone a few minutes earlier. 🙄). Wacky.

This app is amazing. When my family visits or travels this is very helpful. I also love guessing which plane is flying over head with my daughters. At first they thought I had magical powers because I guessed every time. I have also heard from people that this also helps them with their flight anxiety. It is simply a game changer.

This used to be a 4 or 5 star app, but now it’s overly complicated and the pay to play to confusing. I wouldn’t even mind having to pay for the older version, but this is ridiculous.

Availability of useful information now buried under repeated and excessive levels of irrelevant ads. I have been a fan of this site for many years, but today’s experience, six ads covering up entire data set I was interested in, is the breaking point site no longer manageable or useful to me. I work in air medical. I use this app to see where the plain I work on has went. See how many flights it has taken and such. My kids love watching all the places I get to fly, while taking care of critically ill patients. Works well for me.
