I have tried installing and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Every time it gives the error message that it is experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later. I get this error whether trying to sign in, create an account, or use without an account.

During covid I was skeptical going out but this had made things so easy and I love this service. I don’t even have to get out of my car! I don’t have to spend an hour grocery shopping and my social anxiety being spiked by being around people. However, there have been a few times where groceries were forgotten and even though I can come pick it up by 8pm, it makes me upset when I don’t have that kind of time and I have to call Kroger to get a refund. It would be easier if I didn’t have to call Kroger, I didn’t mess up on this. It should be that the click list team scans all the groceries back and whatever is scanned can be refunded to those people. Other than that, convenient, fast, very easy!

This app would make a great in store shopping list if you could sort by department or aisle. Unfortunately the items are all jumbled up when put into the shopping cart. Please make this improvement. Also, suggesting items as I enter them would be helpful. Many common items do not pop up.

Really loved using the app. It gave the aisle #s and put them in order, so shopping was easy. But along comes Covid-19, and we decide to reset the store and now it’s a toss up. So just leave the store without items, because in weird places and patience gone. Please restore this.
I had a very hard time ordering from Fry’s for pick up. I spent 45 minutes on this and had to keep going back and trying to change things and it wouldn’t let me😩

Deals upfront - Save Big! 5/5
I love that the app prioritizes the deals at the front of the page. It helps me specialize what I want to buy and save! Makes pick up way more manageable and easier. The people at pick up are nice too 😊

Something is wrong with the app. Trying to place a delivery order and the wrong store is populated. It’s an hour & a half away and is not allowing me to manually choose the store that’s just down the road. I’ve been ordering from this app for over a year, nothings changed. It won’t allow the delivery because it’s so far away. Hate to shop somewhere else but your app just isn’t working. If it starts working again I’d be happy to switch back.

I feel the app could be much more user friendly. I would like to have the ability to view the weekly sales add and add items directly to my cart instead of the current option of adding to shopping list. Also shoppers miss a lot of items that are available in store and are marked as not available and I do not receive. After receiving my groceries I will go inside the store and find many of the “ not available items”. However pick up is better then spending an hour doing the shopping myself so I keep using.

I used to love the app but for about the last month it will not work in the store. Keeps giving an error when I try to use the pay feature which used to work every time. The aisles are all wrong when searching for products. Sometimes it won’t connect at all. Very disappointing.

I love that I can see the actual pictures of the products I want to buy and the option to pick up, deliver same day or Ship the goods to my house!
I’m a touchy-feely kind of gal and having the ability to see pictures and a detailed list of ingredients makes it that much more easier for me to order online!

Shady “bait and switch” coupons 1/5
Buyers beware: Fry’s/Kroger is now using coupons in the app that can only be used for pickup or delivery. That’s not the actual problem, though. The problem is that they make it difficult to even notice this by “hiding in plain sight” through the use of deceptively small text below the coupons, with the “mode” being ever so slightly bolder. The text is small enough that it’s not immediately obvious which “mode” the coupon works for (in store/pickup/delivery.) They could simply highlight the “mode” with a color but that would make it easy for you to ignore them. No, their intent here is to make you think there’s a coupon available and purchase the item when in fact you can’t use that coupon for the particular way you’re shopping. This is extremely shady and is meant to confuse customers.

Don’t understand why items that are always stocked in store are not available to order online for pickup. I can walk in and pick these items up, yet I cannot have them brought to my car. Ridiculous!!!

I tried ordering online for pickup because I’m 8 months pregnant and it was the wildest goose chase I have ever been on. I tried calling the store and they couldn’t help. I tried calling customer service and they were incompetent. This app is garbage and so is the Fry’s website and so are their customer service representatives.

The app is great but beware when choosing fresh meat and produce. All too often I get product that is dated to expire same day or next. I’ve gotten multiple bananas instead of a bunch. The last trip I ordered one filet mignon as shown in the picture at $10.88. What I got was two uncut filets for $32. I’m not a butcher; I don’t want to trim it or even pay for all that extra when I ordered one. Ordered three oranges and two potatoes; got two oranges and three potatoes. If you need exact amounts for recipes do yourself a favor and just go inside. Had maggots in the bag from one store. Second store kept texting em order was ready but after staying in line for 15 minutes they hadn’t even started. The steak mishap was my third store.

I love how easy the app is to use for pickup orders and to shop aisle by aisle in the store, has a great feature where I can send a shopping list to another person and they can find the items on the exact aisle in store. The only improvement I would like to be made is the Kroger cash back savings category-is there a way you can add a search by feature on KCB tab?

I feel forced to get this app for the digital coupons. Why not just give us the sale price with the loyalty card? So I download the app, and I can’t see the digital coupon pictures well. You can’t enlarge the picture with your fingers. And names of what you are looking at are mostly cut off. You have to open the coupon to really see what it is. Very inconvenient. I hate the process. Bad bad bad...
Cannot add to Regular’s List Again 4/5
Dear developer, I cannot add new items to my “Regular’s List” yet again. The error message reads: “The operation could not be completed. KrogerShoppingList.KR-ShoppingListLogicStatus error 0.” Please fix as soon as possible as I keep having problems utilizing my Regular’s List weekly when ordering for grocery pickup. U fixed a long-term problem of duplicates for me awhile back for which I’m very grateful. Please continue your assistance with this. Using iOS on iPhone. No issues adding to cart directly though. I attempted deleting app & re-downloading it as well as logging out & back in to my account. Both failed.

I was doing a pickup order and the app wouldn’t let me select a location and kept on changing the location list every time. The list of locations would pop up on its own. I ended up using the company’s website but I’m disappointed
Please add a feature that would allow modification of your order up until the time an associate begins shopping without the risk of losing your reserved time slot. Adding a forgotten item to an order shouldn’t delay your grocery pick up by days. Makes no sense. Thank you!

Just downloaded the app. Ordered what I needed & when choosing the store that’s near my house, it chooses it, loads, then just shuts down and asks me to do it all again but then the store is not there. I re do everything and try another store & same thing. The app NEEDS an update with that but I won’t see that because I gave up ☹️ thanks

I was happy to see an item on your app that is not available in stores even though the app said it was in a particular store. However, when i got to the store the belligerent Customer Service rep checked and it wasn't on his stock app. My biggest complaint is that the app is very difficult to use and not really intuitive.

This app doesn’t work the way it advertises. It won’t let me chose my way to shop. It gives the option. I choose pickup and it goes back to telling me I need to choose. I pick location and NOTHING. I went to the browser from a computer and it was fine but when I go to check my status and log back in says the email associated with the account DOESNT exist. This has been the most frustrating experience. Walmart makes it SO MUCH EASIER.

They have changed the time on the receipt survey to military time and not on the website. Therefore the receipt surveys are useless. Gas prices going up. I guess this is how they will save/make extra money.

We were camping and went into town to the fries on Carefree highway to get some of the things I always forget at the checkout I realized I forgot my wallet so I called my friend to loan me the money till we got back to the camp when a man named
Who is I believe an assistant manager walked up slid in his personal debit card and paid my bill it was $62 by his actions I was blown away I have done it for other people but never has anyone done it for me as I told my friend when he got there we tried to pay Ted back but he would not except it he just said pay it forward
So with that being said I have and I will continue it gave me a whole new outlook on people

Going to check out after completing my store pickup order doesn’t work. It asks me to pick a location, then when I do the page refreshes and asks me to pick a location again. It’s an endless loop that makes the pickup feature unusable.

We just LOVE the Fry’s APP! Been using it for a few months. So very simple and accurate. I’d say 98% of the items, including substitutions, I would personally pick out. Two minor issues with short expiration dates, but still able to use the food. I plan to use this even after pandemic. Time and energy saving!!!

When ordering items show to be in stock than half the order or more is actually not in stock. Also it’s funny how soda never is in stock. My theory is the shoppers partnered with Frys don’t like carrying heavy items so they say it’s not available. I was at the store 20 mins before our last order and the 4 types of soda we ordered were in stock in large quantities. Placed a delivery order right after and magically they aren’t. Hmm.

I'd technically give this 2.5 stars right now.
I like the app. Allows me to create lists, navigate the store and use my loyalty ID without carrying a physical card.
My problem is that the app freezes and has to be restarted consistently while I'm trying to use it.
Whether I'm home on wifi building my shopping list or at the store on data checking items off of the list, I have to close and reopen the app several times throughout the process.
Fix that and it's a 4.5 star app (because nobody's perfect).
UPDATE - No, eff that. I tried to reopen and use the app right after posting the above review and it immediately froze. 1 star until it works correctly without freezing...
