Easy to navigate app. I only wish I could order deli items in less than a pound. I would give it 5 stars if I could order deli items in quarter or even half pounds.

I’ve used this app many times. I especially enjoy the feature where I purchase my items and pick them up curbside. Now, however, if I start my list and buy in the store, or add an item only to delete it later when I choose a different brand, it adds the previous item back on to my list! And if I don’t carefully scrutinize the list, I wind up buying both items! Not cool! I’ve tried emptying the cart to start over but again, it just adds everything back. At this point I’m so frustrated I may find myself shopping elsewhere.
By far the worst grocery app I utilize. It appears this is oriented towards those who use pick up because trying to process a shopping list in store is maddening particularly if you are trying to utilize digital coupons. The last update did not improve the experience. Avoid shopping this store now as the frustration negates any savings

I hate the new site. Where are the promotions? Where is “my sale items and start my cart”? Not all participating items are listed in the coupon descriptions... Also, I tried 7 times to remove an item from my cart, but it kept adding itself back on. I took it off again right before I hit check out, and by the time the process was over, it had been added back in and I paid for it. This is awful. Please bring back the original and better site!

They app is fairly well organized, but the shopping list feature is kind of hidden. And putting things in the cart instead kind of works. It is nice that you can add coupons to your card from the app and see the adds.
But the most annoying thing about this app is that it is not functional without logging in AND it logs you out every couple of weeks when it updates. Either keep me signed it when it updates or make at least the shopping list feature and the ad feature functional without being signed in. Because of this I am looking about switching to another app. Which might be nice to avoid them pushing their pickup and delivery groceries.

The app for the online shopping was very good before. Since the latest update it is a little bit glitchy (sends me to other screens when it shouldn’t), tells me the store has an item when it doesn’t etc.
Overall I will continue, but it would be nice if they field tested it a little bit more before they introduced updates.

App is difficult to use sometimes. When deleting items from cart they tend to repopulate very frustrating.

The more they “update” the app the worse it gets. It is hard to navigate and you have to go through all kinds of hoops to simply get things on a list. The default is their cart which assumes you are ordering items for store pickup. Not pleased with all the changes.

The newest app update has a huge glitch. If you put items in your cart, it will not remove them. I’ve tried many different ways and finally gave up. I tried remove all. I tried removing each. I tied reducing quantity to 0. I give up.

One of the best features this app had was you could add things in your list and it would tell you and sort by aisle! It also would give you a subtotal which is great when budget shopping. Now they are pushing the pick up feature and the app doesn’t let me add items with out it assuming I want them delivered. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Update Glitches 1/5
I can not get an old order in my cart to delete. If I push the menu to empty cart it past for a brief second then repopulates in just another few seconds. I have subtracted the items one by one and in another moment it returns right back to the cart. Nothing I’ve tried has fixed the issue. I have been unable to build a clicklist of any kind because of this. Very frustrating as before this glitch the app worked great and I was very happy. Now I’m really sad about the loss of the inconvenience.

Used the delivery service for the first time. Our shopper Dwight was amazing! He texted before replacing anything. Was courteous and just downright nice.
Grocery list isn’t saving! 1/5
I honestly love this app and love the convenience of using the grocery list while shopping. It puts everything in order of isle allowing me to get in and out of the grocery store in record time. I also love the list because then I don’t deviate from it and browse things I shouldn’t be buying on my tight budget.
The reason for the low stars, and honestly I would give negative if I could, is because recently when I make my grocery list it isn’t saving. I spend hours making it just to get to the grocery store and find out none of it was saved. This has happened a few times randomly and recently consistently every time. Fix this issue and I’m back to 5 stars!

Sometimes I don’t know what to select when asked for quantities of produce. I feel as though if we could say exactly how many we would need it would be a better experience.

Several times I’ve found that the app doesn’t work when you’re in the store UNLESS you use their WiFi or turn off WiFi on your phone. I NEVER use public WiFi. I’m also tired of getting emails that invite me to download coupons but don’t take you to their app (where I’m already logged in). I’m looking for another store that doesn’t make you jump thru hoops to use their coupons. 😡

I have praised Kroger/Fry’s for having the best app for grocery shopping (and I still think it is!) however since the update before the last, my app has been glitchy in that when I remove items from my “Cart”, several keep appearing when I navigate back to the Home page to look and/or add more items. I have been trying unsuccessfully to remove two items prior to sharing the Cart with my daughter so she can go shopping for me. I also have one suggestion which I realize may be difficult but the last thing that I think this app needs in order to be perfect is to show when items are out of stock at “my” Fry’s location.
This has truly changed my life and helped me with my schedule

I used to love this app, now it’s just annoying. It has too many pop ups and no longer lets me make a list without constantly asking if it pick up or delivery. I can’t even pick my local store because it only has a pick up option and I know I can shop in store. It needs fine tuning and the pop ups need to be limited. It needs to ask what you prefer shopping and then let it be, not constantly and I mean every time I click on an item, it asks if it pick up or delivery. Seriously, I have “in store” shop chosen and I still asked this with every single item!

You can spend a day there between household goods, clothing, Starbucks, the BAR :) with tastings, great selection of food and amenities like pick up or delivery, cooking your meats for you, deli, bakery, awesome VIP member perks! This store is a DREAM!! We love them and I purchase the majority of our household groceries/goods here but I also buy quite a few work related gifts and decor items! I don’t know what I would do without them!

There is a troubling lack of contact between the grocery/delivery service and the customer. No place to call if circumstances have changed after the order is placed.

Now we are forced to manage multiple lists - one for in store shopping and one for clicklist pickup. If you change your mind, you have to start over. With the prior versions, I was just putting items in the cart. Then I could pick clicklist or use the cart that was in aisle order for my store if I chose to go to the store to get the items myself. I have had bad experiences with produce so if I need a lot of it or meat, I shop myself. The cart is now an unorganized mess, can’t be easily used in store and is barely usable for pickup to check over and make sure you have everything covered. At least in aisle order, items were basically by category - dairy, produce, canned, etc fell together. Please organize the cart in the next update!

Why are coupons separate from search now? 2/5
Until the last update, if I did a general search for “cereal”, for example, I would get a list of the cereals available for sale, but also a tab would populate to see the coupons available for cereal, so I could easily see and add a coupon. Sometimes I ended up buying brands I Normally wouldn’t have because of the coupon. Now, a user has to go to a completely separate area of the app to look for coupons. Seems like a way to prevent people from finding the coupons and best prices on the things they actually need and are buying.

I used to rave about this app/service, but it hasn’t been working lately. Please fix these issues!! First, it wouldn’t let me submit my order and now it won’t let me remove items from my cart. Very frustrating when I have really enjoyed the service... until now.

I found using your app more difficult than using Walmart’s. I don’t like that there is not a general search bar and Walmart has no pick up fee. I will be going back to Walmart for my next grocery order.
I would like you to consider changing the service charge to reflect the amount purchased. Anything more than $200 is free. Just a suggestion.
