Just had to order 2 times because the system told me my time expired as I was entering my credit card info and then it deleted what I just spent an hour on ordering. So I did it again and set up Kroger pay thinking that will store my info for next time. I then notice you have to clip coupons in order to save money...why not just put in your club card like at the store and it deducts all at once. It’s too time consuming to go thru each item to clip coupons. Wal Mart is way more user friendly but they don’t carry the keto stuff I need

They do not follow directions. They replace items you tell them not to (even when the items you do want are in fact in stock), and what they replace it with are not even close to what you paid for; and are often a worse deal as well. This is basically someone else shopping for what they think you should buy while using your money. Is it really that difficult to hire people who can follow a shopping list? It’s not as if there are any unrealistic demands being made - it’s literally just a shopping list with yes or no options. Delivery fee of $10 + tip for that? Why even bother?

For a few months the app won’t let me log on and keep getting error message even after reinstalling the app. Worst yet I get a forbidden message when trying to go through chrome on my iPhone, I worked around and got it to work on my old android. Shame the app is flawed

Kroger pay error 5/5
Kroger Pay is fixed. I upgraded to 5 stars. I like this app because it’s easy to create a shopping list either by search or from prior purchases. Then the list is sorted by aisle at the store. No more wandering around looking for things or forgetting things. Then just present my phone at checkout to enter my club card number and pay. So easy.
Finally chatted with helpful person who was able to confirm this is a known issue so I am certain it will be fixed soon. This app keeps improving as far as creating shopping lists and in store shopping.
Still can’t use Kroger Pay. I used it for a long time and it suddenly stopped. When I enter my PIN I get error Code kc2617. Have talked to customer service a couple of times with no resolution. The last one kept trying to direct me to the desktop website. Didn’t understand that I didn’t want to carry my desktop to the store or that Kroger Pay is only available in the mobile app. Said she would escalate it but I haven’t heard back.
I have used the Frys app for long time. I love being able to make a shopping list and use it at the store sorted by aisle. Kroger pay was great, but now I have error code kc2617 when entering my passcode and can’t use it. Very disappointed.

The app keeps crashing and I am unable to place an order, search for items or reserve a pick up date and time. I never had this happen before. I had to start using the Albertsons app for the store down the street.

Each time I have used Clicklist, it has always been so easy and convenient. Searching for items is a breeze and clipping coupons to go with the items is easy as well.

I’ve updated, deleted, reinstalled, etc. and cannot get the app to work. Very frustrating! I love shopping at Fry’s usually, but I’m more likely to go elsewhere now, where I can place orders online and access coupons.
Every time I try to order at my store which is in Arizona on Broadway and Ellsworth they try to send it to Twin Falls Idaho which is very confusing to try to straighten up. I read some of the reviews, but still gave them benefit of the doubt. My mistake! Fry’s called at the time of pickup stating, “Your pickup order is not ready, and we don’t know when it will be ready. We’ll call you when it’s complete.” Two hours later it was ready, however half of my Oder they claimed they were out of!! Out of Apples, Croissants, Hotdogs, REALLY?!?!
My app is opening the Kroger sign in 2/5
I cannot access my Fry’s log in. It opens the Kroger log-in and will not take my usual log in information. I use an IPAD mini and have for a long time accessing your Fry’s site with no problem. Now I can’t.

at more than one location i got a call or an e-mail to say that i would maybe consider coming in later at my convenience as a delay was forecasted; or, could there be a better item that could fulfill my earlier choice? in one substitution i originally requested Jif peanut butter and ended up with a 3x larger organic house brand peanut butter that cost less as Jif was out. of course Frys did not charge me for the sub peanut butter as a matter of principle. it was a surprise that was shocking. today a team member called three hours ahead of pickup window to request and inform if i would come later as i might have to wait due to unforeseen other guest in my same time window havin requests. i was relieved as i had made a commitment to deliver a donation to a clothing center and wanted to walk it which would take longer and make me force Frys to wait. so great they are about communication. the point is by walking the clothing it was cleaner than if i had taken street or enclosed transportation and i got exercise. very specific to today and to me but thats why i like frys. bc everyday frys seems to be the grocer that is not a struggle.
No coupons and unable to schedule pickup 1/5
App basically useless. Try to get the coupons that’s store are available and unable to find them. When I try scheduled pickup it just keeps asking me to pick a new location. I tried 10 different locations and it continues to do that. The only reasons I bother with the app it is unable to do those two basic things.

It used to work flawlessly, now i cannot access anything without getting an error message. I even tried deleting and re downloading the app and no luck. I was using on OS iPad and iPhone.l

I love how easy it is to use this app, my only complaint would be that some products do not have a picture of the ingredient label to look at or sometimes the picture is not clear so you can’t read what the ingredients or the nutrition info are.... everything else works great and I love doing pick up!

I appreciate what is done for me. Generally, I have no problems ordering or picking them up. A couple times I have gotten home and spoiled food has been given to me such as overripe Campari tomatoes on my last order which had to be thrown out. They were split and squashy spoiled. Strawberries and gold potatoes were over spoiled and not good either at two other times. The strawberries cost was refunded but I didn’t report the other two times . The pickup persons need to watch more carefully?? Maybe this will help the service to fully improve on what is chosen inside becore it gets to my car trunk. I do not see anything until getting home to put it away. Thank you.

The app doesn’t explain that the 9.95 fee will still show at check out so I called customer service and one person said that if I do get charged the fee they will refund me and called back again and spoke to someone else and they said once I check out completely the fee will come off so I’m not really sure what to believe. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

I am loving ordering food to pick up the next day. Most of the time everything comes out great. Once we did have a bit of a mess with some tomatoes so I’m hesitant to but those again (on two separate occasions I bought tomatoes on the vine, the first time I put 1 thinking I would get one bunch but instead got 1 tomato and the next time I put 4 and got 4 bunches of tomatoes! 🤣I guess that all depends on the person picking your food) but over all it’s good. I almost always get nice produce too!

App has set my store to an area that I do not live in or where I do my shopping. I have tried to change my store numerous times, but the app won’t accept the change.
This is an excellent service for me as a senior citizen and disabled it save me from struggling to get out of the house.

2. It would be great to have the search icon at the top right of every screen while shopping.

You would think after almost a year the Developers and I.T. Dept could fix this lack of continuity with the app and text messages. I use the Fry’s app so send text messages that reference the Fry’s app and not the Kroger app. Once this pandemic is over I will definitely delete this app.

Where’d Regulars Go? 1/5
You got rid of the Regulars section and didn’t mark that in your changelog?! And even worse, you didn’t give us a way to recover our data from that list?!
Let me help you understand why that was important — I like having a master list of things I’ve bought or want to buy (i.e. Regulars), and I build my shopping lists from this master list based on what I need or can afford that week. As an FYI, my master (Regulars) list has roughly 200 items on it, but my weekly shopping list created from it has roughly 20-30 items.
It’s clear that you want us to create our shopping lists from past purchases, but that’s not a great — or easy — experience. My weekly purchases do vary, and I have zero desire to go across 8 or 9 past purchases lists to figure it out. I really just want to open my master (Regulars) list, walk into my kitchen, and check items off as I go down that list that I see I need and then have those items added to that week’s shopping list.
Please bring Regulars back.
