This is literally the worst app to stream things on. I was trying to watch the BBMAs and it was non stop glitching where it was skipping back in forth through the video. It never stayed in one spot and let me watch it. It kept switching back and forth from bad quality to good quality. It also kept stopping randomly and refreshing my page. The most annoying thing in the world.

Expensive. Quality of the cycling coverage, which is what I signed up for, can be very spotty at times (poor video, drop outs, choppy, etc). I’ll be dropping my subscription after the Giro. Compared to NBC Sports Network..: well, they’re really not comparable. IMO, NBCSN Gold is far superior in quality. - John H

I’m paying somewhere around the $50 mark. My package includes Cycling. I’m watching, better trying to watch te Giro D’Italia, what happens? I watch 4 and close to 5 hours of the stage and when it is in the last 10 km (the real reason why bicycle races exist) the signal goes away!!!!!! No images no nothing !!!!! What the [email protected]
This is unacceptable. I am going to cancel the service. I’m just shopping for whoever offer the World Cup, La liga, Bundesliga, Tour de France and Giro D’Italia.

I signed up and subscribed just for it to confirm in my App Store that the subscription was successful and for the app to continuously tell me over and over that I was not subscribed yet. But when I went to manage subscriptions what do you know, it shows the subscription was active. Lol immediately deleted and removed payment information. I’ll find something else.

The most recent update appears not to ‘understand’ portrait vs landscape very well on my iPad.
Still very laborious to add more than one item to the dvr. The recent updates have all been downgrades for the user, other than looking prettier. Others may not use the app mostly to view recorded football, e.g., EPL/UCL soccer, games and could have different experiences.
Looking at other reviews it appears customer support is still in need of improvement - I gave up trying to get a useful response from them months ago.
Originally, I chose this service because I liked their app better than the apps their competitors had. Perhaps it is time for me to consider the competitors again.
Compared to my previous reviews dvr streaming has improved and now appears to be reliable, at least that is my experience. [Never mind, back to delivering random content followed by parts of games. Since they want real money I expect real service. 7 May edit]

The latest “update” is a serious downgrade in functionality. Used to be easy and simple to add a list of football games to my DVR now it takes several screens just to add one. Pathetic. App is now a one or zero star. The service has improved.
Update: Problem still persists. I think my problem is a specific DVR video. This is my conclusion. All other content, live or DVR, I have sampled works.
Costumer support has been completely useless. All I have gotten are generic responses (probably copy/paste) that do not address the very specific issue identified in my original request for support. Why does it take approximately 24 hours (perhaps longer) to give a copy/paste type response that does not address the specific problem identified by a paying customer? My problem will of course "disappear", since the DVR's are time limited.
Generously now 3 stars instead of 1. In my opinion a paid service should just work and when there is a problem, at a minimum, support should be prompt and useful. If they can't/don't fix the problem, I think, the costumer should receive a free month of service.

Seems their serves are not up to delivering streaming content, except at non-peak times. Do not have problems streaming ESPN, Netflix, etc. So this is the only explanation I find reasonable. Update: Waited 4 hours for reply/fix support is not available, responsive, or just don't care.(Automated generic response doesn't count, of course.)

Content is really good, but there’s better options out there. Watched 1 half hour show, had at least SIX 2 minute commercial breaks. Makes sense for a free service, or an expensive one, but this is $45 a month to watch commercials 50% of the time.
Plus the audio didn’t sync, but that could be my connection.
Latest Update All Bad 1/5
Your most recent update (as of 4/30/18) makes no sense to me, there’s a picture at the top of each category section that you have to scroll down from to see the channel/category content. There is no ability to get a tiled view of all content/shows that are available for rewatch you have to just scroll and scroll. And if I’m browsing the channel guide I have to click 3 separate times just to change live channels? Once to select the channel, once to select the live show playing and once again to select “play now”? That’s such a horrible UI, fix it please!!! Your content is great, getting to it is a pain in the ***!
Edit: Developers, your newest update you’ve changed the app again so that you have a TV app that force loads directly into portrait mode and cannot be flipped to landscape until you have content playing and switch it to full screen. I don’t think I could come up with something dumber and more frustrating if I was trying.

I got this app to watch pro cycling and paid $44/monthly. None of the channels stream cycling. Supposedly, there is an add on (another cost up) for cycling, but its not an option thru itunes. Their support page FAQS and how-to’s do not help you get past this problem. When I put in a request for help, their response was for me to go to the main channels. That’s the problem to begin with.
Fubo is great for more than just sports 5/5
I only stumbled upon Fubo cause of my husband watching sports, but I realized they have much more content than just sports. This app is def amaze and one of my new favs 😋👍👍👍.
Cycling fans beware 1/5
I signed up to get access to the giro. After spending time on the Apple TV app as well as the iPad app there is no content to be found. When I reached out I did get a response right away. The response was you cannot get that with your subscription it is an add on and not available through iTunes. So why do all the internet ads link you right to the App Store like there is no other way? Why does the app tell you nothing and make you go to customer service. Why can’t you add on cycling in the app? I am most upset about all the wasted time. Bummer.

My one star review had nothing to do with the television content or customer service, but instead the functionality of the app and the price.
Here is a list of just some of the issues:
- The DVR cannot be set to record a series
Example: You would have to manually set the app to record The Tonight Show every night
- The storage size of the cloud DVR is very small, greatly limiting the number of programs you can retain
- Further, programming which is going to be recorded in the future is included as a part of the DVR cloud storage, meaning your DVR could be completely full even if you have no recordings actually saved at the time.
- you cannot watch TV programs while you are recording them, meaning you cannot enjoy the benefits of the DVR with live programming
- The price is higher than competitors who have better software technology
- the schedules of future programming does not look forward far, only a week or so, which is below industry standard
- search results will not include items that should be included
Example: I searched "champion", looking for the UEFA football/soccer champions league, yet it did not return as a result. When I located it manually, the television program clearly had champion right in it's name, meaning it should have been returned as a result.
Ultimately, this app was forced into release when it shouldn't have been. The Fubo brand is ruined in my mind now and as a result I will likely never return to this service. I feel bad for the employees of this company, and maybe even the VCs finding the thing.
On a more positive note, once watching a program, the navigation was fairly easy and smooth, though I found myself have to click my Apple TV remote two or three times every time I jumped forward or back in a program. Also, streaming quality issues were minimal, but that may have more to do with Apple's app developer kit for the Apple TV than Fubo.
Lastly, my recommendation is to stay away. It is likely that most of these reviews are fake or paid (which Apple should be getting rid of), so just trust the facts above or you'll be thoroughly disappointed.
And if you're a Fubo employee, run for the hills! This venture is on the path of failure!

I was watching a soccer game in my Apple TV, and then I need to leave home, I tried to “continue “ watch where I left, but found that Inhad to start watching the game from the beginning!!!! No option to watch it “live”or where I stopped. Please fix and I will raise to 5 stars!

Just keeps telling me I need a subscription even after I subscribed. It even says I’m subscribed in my App Store.
I’ve had this for about a 2 weeks and I’ve missed 3 soccer games already because it does not show on the package I have. I don’t believe it is worth the price so I will be cancelling it soon.

App Display is Bad 4/5
Been a user for a few months and the recent change to the new display format of events on the app is really bad and hard to use. Previously, it was a list of events happening at that moment and one tap took me to that event. Now, I have to hunt to find events. The app was so easy before but now is hard to use. The online platform is still easy to use. I hope you don’t ruin that too by trying to copy the app format on the computer platform.

Im supposed to be able to watch all the soccer games but on Sunday April 28 LA Galaxy was supposed to play New York Red Bull’s at 10:30 eastern time and everyone where online said I could live stream it from Fubo so I sign up for the free trial and the game isn’t even on Fobu at all the only games that come up is the new club Los Angeles FC this is total crap don’t get this is doesn’t even do what everywhere online says it’s supposed to very disappointing

I paid 44.99$ plus taxes and I couldnt watch the soccer game I wanted. I couldnt even log in to my account through fubotv app, I could only log in through their website on my phone but I cant watch the game in there. So if I was you I would never pay to these scammers!
