My kids love FuboTV and mention how much better it is from the old cable system. Enjoy the sports available and have more than enough different options. The format of finding shows and movies is so easy.

Customer service and streaming quality is not very good especially on my laptop and it won’t stream the football games from my zip code and that’s why I have the service and I’m constantly clearing my cookies. Once the football season is over I’ll never subscribe to FuboTV again. I gave them a second chance because they were horrible the first time and they failed again. At 45.00 per month they’re definitely not worth the money. I’ll be going to Sling TV and Amazon Prime. VERY Disappointed

Your network channels streaming ability is horrible. Unable to watch news or sports uninterrupted. As soon as the NHL season is over, I will be stopping my service with FUBO!
Began watching the army vs. navy game. All of the sudden the app closes out of the game. I restarted the app and according to the app the game was not taking place until Monday at 7pm. I had already watched the first quarter and it said that I had nothing in “continue watching” 1 star would not recommend to a friend

Honestly I would probably rate this a 3-4 except that it interrupts me with these idiotic requests to rate the app in the middle of the match I’m trying to watch. You’re literally ruining your product to get my opinion. Side note: a goal was scored while I was typing this. How stupid can you be? Can I rate this a -10? Jackasses.
Amazing No use for COMCAST since FUBO & Sling Apps became Available!!!!! 5/5
Best App yet to replace cable or dish. I use to have have Comcast and had the highest package possible. I obviously don’t have as many channels but I can deal with it when I’m literally saving $210 to $265 a month. I’ve also used Sling which was great but FUBO happens to be better for me specifically for New England and College Sports as well as some local channels as well. If your looking to save money or feel like you have been Robbed get rid of your dish or cable provider and go with FUBO-TV or Sling-TV. I personally just switched from Sling-TV to FUBO and myself and my family couldn’t be happier and they both seem to be making great progress almost daily.
Thank You FUBO-TV for finally giving myself and my family a way out of the highway robbery of Comcast.

I canceled my free trial two days before it ended and I still got charged 49.15. I know my subscription is canceled so how do I request a refund? And how can I make sure I won’t get charged again?

I’ve used other Internet TV service providers in the past and only use them for football. I became frustrated with other providers as I was not able to watch my hometown team and would not get very many games. With Fubo I get my hometown team every week and at least four games on Sunday as well as Thursday night. Good provider.
Decent channel lineup but not as user friendly as YouTubeTV. It also lags well behind real time when watching sporting events. More so than YouTubeTV or Hulu.

What a waste of time. I set up the app so I could watch the Packers vs Cardinals on my phone. Went through the set up, sign up, and installation process. The game starts and...nothing. I proceed to get “something went wrong! Let’s try again” messages through the entire 1st quarter. The 2nd quarter starts and Hallelujah! I can see it...for 2 whole plays. Then a boatload of advertisements and then “something went wrong!” all over again (it was NOT my WiFi signal, that was fine). It starts the 3rd quarter and yay! I can see the game! Except...it’s 3 minutes into the 2nd quarter that I’m being shown. I finally gave up and exclusively listened to the radio. Waste of time, thank goodness it was a free trial. I’m not paying for garbage like this.

I have been trying to cancel this subscription off and on for months. If I call I get left on the que forever.
If I log in there is NO My Account button. The help pages are terrible.
I feel like Fubo has deliberately made it difficult to cancel.
Hate it. Doesn’t matter how good the content may be.
I don’t use it. And haven’t used it for quite some time. They keep charging my credit card.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE- STAY AWAY 1/5
I cannot express how terrible my overall experience was with not only video quality on iPhone X and iPad Pro but customer service. I canceled service within the trial but was still charged $45. Get this, this company will not issue any refunds for any situation, even if their fault. Their entire business model is complete joke and you must read they’re fine print especially if consider canceling your current provider.
I will never even consider switching from DIRECTV after this BS. Please do yourself a favor, save your money, stay away. I do highly suggest Netflix or HULU for your best cost of entertainment.

Along with lagging and glitching which also brings the resolution down to 720i the movie selection is basic at best. Even the sport selection isn’t that great. I watch, football, hockey and basketball. You get a few game but not a lot.

Loving the app. Decided to give up Comcast. Image is clear and sharp. The app freezes for instants or even seconds at times. Would like to b able to watch ABC
I recorded a game. Watched the first quarter on my phone with what I expected, the ability to Fast forward. I got home. Now I have to rewatch the 1st quarter and I have no ability to fast forward. And when I went to my phone it was at the second quarter and then reset. Stupid and I am canceling tomorrow. I may hate the customer service was of cable but once you get past that you don’t deal with this!

Bad Service and slow or no connection to channels 1/5
To be clear, I have tried this an IOS (iPAD) and AndroidTV/Android phone with poor results. BeIN Sports channels frequently can’t connect usual with an error stating to check my internet connect. I have a 1gb connection with 0 connection issue to any other external services I use. The frustration goes on as when I find time and want to watch live tv I am greeted with extremely slow tuning or failed connection to the content. This is a FuboTV issue with their content delivery and I wish the luck. I will take my business elsewhere until they have something usable.
Many Flaws 1/5
1. Fubo buffers frequently. I don’t have this problem with YouTube, Amazon Prime, or Netflix, ever. You have to constantly reset to the guide and the-select the program.
2. SO MANY COMMERCIALS. Fubo incessantly repeats commercials until you want to throw your device across the room.
3. It’s frustrating when you’re watching a movie and you can’t rewind to watch a scene you missed.
4. Every movie is listed in every possible category. It’s tedious. Just list movies under their PRIMARY category. For example, just list “Angry Birds” under Family, and not Comedy, Action, etc. as well. Users aren’t stupid.
5. Too expensive. With all its flaws, it’s simply not worth $49.99. I quit cable for the same reason. And why so expensive? There’s no equipment rental and Fubo is still running paid advertising.

Much better than DTVNOW 5/5
Switched from DTVNOW to Fubo three months ago after months of frustration and have been much happier. The streaming platform is much more stable and we continue to see more improvements every month. Channel lineup has everything except ESPN and Disney and my husband likes NESN and doesn’t miss ESPN. I have all the news and movie channels I like to watch. One thing I really appreciate is that if there is a break in the stream, it reloads to where you were, or a little before where you were so you don’t miss part of the episode. Right now the only glitch we have is that when we have the tv and my iPad on, I will sometimes get a “too many devices” msg but it doesn’t boot me out. It only happens with one of the two TVs we have and I suspect it may be because of the age of the tv tweaks something in the software program. I’m hoping that Fubo will soon add the ability to go to the last station without going back to the guide, but I’m sure they’ll continue to add options.
This app is a complete scam they charge you for a free trial and do not refund your account. I Highly recommend not getting this service. If you like quality customer assistance. I’m appalled at how poorly the customer service is, it’s honestly a shame.
The fubotv app has great potential, but at this point it is very inconsistent.
It would be appreciated if Fubo shows much more Portuguese

I like the app and all but like y’all seriously need to fix the network problem. I can be watching a game and then out of nowhere it loses connection for a bit and I miss a good play or they score a touchdown and I miss it that’s very inconvenient. If y’all can’t fix that then y’all should consider lowering the monthly payments to like $20 cause I’m not paying an arm and a leg to see “sorry something went wrong” on my screen.
