It’s great that T-Mobile offers us rewards that result in cheaper gas but it’s no fun when every time I go for gas and try to apply said rewards is says “no rewards available”. I enter my ALT number in store and at the the pump, same outcome. I can’t even get excited for fuel rewards any more.
I’ve requested an actual FR card. Hoping the use of the card as opposite to an ALT number will prove to function.

This is one of the best programs for saving gas money. My program is linked to Stop & Shop for extra savings. The Gentleman at my local station, on Innis Ave in Poughkeepsie NY, has always been so helpful and friendly. I always seem to forget how to use the machine.

So I stopped by the shell on hwy 53 in Huntsville,al for a Lowe’s gift card to save $ .05 off gas and they stated there machines are down, so I drove 15 miles north to the shell in Ardmore,al and they had Home Depot but no Lowe’s and stated the gift can not be activated by a cashier....so I’m asking why offer points or sale gift cards if the store employees are untrained on how to sale a gift card. Minimum discount of 3 cents per gallon usually 5 cents. Eating out adds to FuelRewards have had up to 30 cents per gallon.

I think what is truly being missed on this great program is linking it to your digital wallet you can not link this card I have tried every way to do so and with no success so the developers need to add the code to link to wallet and I think that would make this better and for some reason I get .10 more per gallon thru TMOBILE Tuesday and lately it shows up and disappears and unable to retrieve this is already burned me of 50.00 dollars fix this issue And I will rate higher after you fix this problem

I have emailed them to figure out why my fill ups aren’t being counted and haven’t heard back from anyone in over 2 weeks.
I exclusively use Shell gas for my motorcycles (everything else makes them bog down and out) I fill up once, if not twice, a week. But it still shows that I have one fill and I can’t get back to gold status.
Someone please reach out to me in regards to this!

Only works at the pump about 1/2 the time and customer service is worthless also most Shells have older pumps so you have to go inside. Lots of hassle

This process is more complicated than other fuel station rewards programs. And there are never any rewards. The scanner at the pumps do not scan the codes. This system saves me no money and wastes my time.

App does not work for the main purpose it is meant to serve, which is allowing for mobile payments. I’ve logged in previously but now instead of being able to use my Fuel Rewards account I receive an error message telling me to call a 1-800 number for help. I’m able to login to the desktop website but not the mobile app. Frustrating to say the least.

Very frustrating, sometimes a station doesn’t show in the app has a Shell station. I save my points to use them at the Shell station for re-fill end it doesn’t take it. I contacted Shell who sends me an immediate email saying they’re going to get back to me but never do.This is happened three times to me.
