GardenSage asks for a leaf close-up before adding to your garden. • Pest & disease diagnosis (Source-Trace differentiator): photograph a damaged leaf, get the top 3 likely pests or diseases, with every care tip carrying a citation to UIUC Plant Pathology, RHS, or another public-domain source. Long-press any tip to highlight the source quote and Reject / Edit / Approve. AI never invents. • Pesticide safety firewall (4 languages): any tip mentioning a chemical product passes both a client-side and server-side 15-word filter, then shows a dosage-aware safety disclaimer in English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, or Japanese. • Smart care calendar: water, fertilize, and repot reminders auto-adjust if you ignore a notification twice in a row (we add +2 days, because real life).
