Been wit this company for years I add a car and my insurance is 800+ and over 500 a month. Something is very wrong

I signed up all 3 (home/auto/boat)on the same day. The mobile app is not integrating all my policies on the app. Not sure if it takes a few days? Will update in a few days. Aside from the great policy prices, the website was a breeze to dial in the customized policies I wanted, so I am very surprised at this mobile app seeming to be so clueless about all my policies on the day I joined!

My car was stolen by set up and informed them that I knew who did it but no one ever listens. My car was held at the dealership for 3 months. I got a rental for a month and then they took it away and I was charge $360. By the rental and now I just received another bill from the rental company and i missed a lot of my appointments due to that. And now I can’t get my car because they’re charging me $1,075. For MY DEDUCTIBLE WHAT KIND OF INHUMAN TREATMENT WAS THAT. WE WERE WITH THEM FOR OVER 20 YEARS WITH NO CLAIM AND I NEVER WHINING ABOUT THEM TAKING OUR MONEY. NOW THEY TREAT ME LIKE A CRIMINAL. TYPICAL INSURANCE BS THEY DONT HAVE PROBLEM TAKING YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN ITS UOUR TIME

Just got off of a 3 hour horrible quote call with GEICO. I got a quote for my cars and then I wanted one for our house so they switched me over. After that quote I agreed to take the home policy so then patched me back over to the auto. I had a reference number but that didn’t help. The lady went back over everything. I mean everything. What a frustrating experience. I took out both policies. This company needs to stop giving their potential customers a headache. s cole

I’ve had GEICO going on 25 years. I’ve had one truck stolen, and a car totaled. I’ve had numerous windshield replacements, all of which were painlessly and quickly handled. I’ve added and removed family members and a wide assortment of cars, vans, and trucks, numerous times. Throughout all that I’ve never had a grievance or complaint about the service I received, or my treatment by the staff at geico or their adjusters. Geico is probably the ONLY company I’ve dealt with over the phone where I didn’t end up asking for a supervisor. I’ll probably be with Geico another 25 years. I love the app, once you get the hang of maneuvering through it. It can be a bit confusing at first, and it’s regularly updated and improved.

It’s been entirely retooled and is not without bugs. It’s sore I’m writing this review with white in white text so there may be spelling mistakes! The app is slow, and crashes a lot still. I hope they get it fixed!

Our car was in an accident and the 8 days turned into 8 weeks. When I called to see about getting credit put on my policy for the time they just couldn’t do it. Sorry but you can and you are choosing not to do it. So if you ever need work done to your car either drop to minimums or cancel if you have multi car instead of paying for it to sit there.
