    So who’s ever responsible on improving or keeping up to date with the application software needs to be reviewed and or canceled, being that we are living in the cancel culture. When it comes to updating your card information be prepared to blow your mind you can’t update your existing card expiration date (kind of common occurrence) how about allowing you right there on your billing screen to update or delete a existing card and one more item how about modernizing card info such as making your gui the same as everyone else familiarly is a good thing no need to be different to stand out “keep it simple Simon “

    Charging me almost $3500 for me getting hit twice. both other drivers admitted 100% they were at fault. I am a retired person living on social security, this is by far the most stressful matter I have as far as money concerns in my life. Pretty soon I’m just going to have to drive without insurance.

    So many years I heard; go one the website for your needs from love other competitors! Of course like National grid and Verizon.... the sites confused you and you have to call anyhow which is a total waste of time. Love this app, every time I get on the site. I find what I need, make changes. If I do need to talk to someone they are right there!! to realize the importance of costumer service??? You guys nailed it, thank you for making my day better today.

    I added my son to my insurance, since then his car died and he is not driving. I tried removing him or the car on the app and it would not let me complete the action. So I called to remove him, after waiting for a long time on the phone I was met with the rudest representative I’ve ever encountered. I was told that I cannot remove him unless I provide other insurance or proof of new address. He is NOT DRIVING. He has no car. Adding him quadrupled my payment. I asked for supervisor and he said that they were busy but they wouldn’t do it for me either. I then said I would cancel my policy if they wouldn’t remove him and he said ok?!?! I’ve been with Geico for 15 years. I’m DONE. You are keeping me and my money captive. I’ve never claimed anything, no accidents, nothing. You are the worst. How can you force me to keep him on when I VOLUNTARILY CHOSE YOU. I’m switching, ASAP. Thanks for nothing

    How lazy of a company do you have to be to completely stop mailing out auto insurance cards when the customer renews their policy? Does anyone else do that? I’m pretty sure that things will get VERY awkward if you’re ever pulled over by a police officer who requests to see your proof of insurance and you respond that the only copy that you have is on some app on your phone. Fire whoever’s dumb idea it was to stop mailing out renewal cards and get with the program by mailing these things out a week or two before the customer’s insurance policy expires!

    The app appears to be having some issue unable to load anything after logging into the app, I deleted and downloaded it again from the app but the issue appears to be the same. This issue is happening from last 3 months

    I had to go back 3-4 times to reset my password entering multiple times my email and birthdate- then re-set my password. They sure accepted my payment fast enough however.

    Put the explanation PLAIN AND SIMPLE why I’m paying a higher rate. Don’t send me to FAQ that won’t answer my question. If my policy RENEWED just remind me on my bill: ”Your policy has renewed causing a higher bill this month. Next month your payment returns to normal.” That way I don’t have to waste my time calling trying to track down a number for an operator. James J. Johnson
