Great game as long as you don’t engage with the community who are never satisfied with what the game offers.
As an AR60 player who cleared everything including 36 starring abyss within the same day the new cycle hits, I would love to see more content in one patch in the future. I love the fact that the story are voiced so well and the quality of the lore never fails to disappoint. You could tell the devs, writers, voice actors, and the artists responsible put a lot of care and payed a lot of attention to details when it comes to developing the game.

Genshin is amazing and got me ADDICTED.I love gambling for my wish😻But Hoyoverse sometimes needs to fix some of the wishing systems and events….First off wishing.My system is so broken that I keep getting my 5 stars at 81 pity😭even in the standard banner and EVENT ONE.I keep on crying because I’m f2p😿😿AMAZING GAME THO.Second, every event requires primos.Amazing Chef Kiss mwah.But I really want an event that gives us like a new something something like a rare character they made!Or pick your own 5 star for an event or AR awards.Talking abt AR awards, the awards are so dookie🤡Like the trees in Inazuma and dragon spine have like good awards and they don’t require so much.(beside the inazuma tree)And Last, Hoyo…I know you want me to have a good artifact, BUT I HAVE TO MUCH OF THOSE I NEED MY CHARACTERS.Like Hoyo rlly said: artifacts>wishing there you go!But all of that, this game is AMAZING!!

So, I was a little hesitant to get this game at first. I saw someone playing it, and it seemed kinda fun, but I didn’t actually get it until around a year later, when another person was playing it. I decided, since it was free, to give it a try. I started the game, and at first I was kind of confused, since some stuff was a little hard to understand without other people explaining it, (wishing, artifacts, enhancing weapons) but once I got the hang of it, I fell in love. This game has cured my boredom so many times, and I don’t usually do this, but I love it so much, that I have spent a good amount of money on it. It’s such a fun game, and if you are debating getting it, I would really recommend getting it. Genshin Impact is an amazing game, with amazing graphics, story, and everything about it. I even recommended it to several of my friends, and they love it just as much as me. 10/10 would recommend you get this game. <3

I LOVE THIS GAME, i really love this game and it saves me from boredom but the only thing that is more annoying than farming artifacts is the pity system, I don’t want a 4 star weapon on a character banner because you already get some but it’s so freaking frustrating when a new character comes and you wish and you get a freaking weapon like it’s so annoying pls fix this when you can I just don’t really like it.

The only real flaw I see in this game is how the company dedicates each nation in the game to a place on earth, yet there is still a lack of diversity among playable characters. So many people have asked for darker skinned characters but instead we’re greeted with very pale skin. Whiter than paper. If a company can put so much effort into characters like Yunjin, do the same with the Sumeru characters. Also, some of the Sumeru character designs depict harmful stereotypes. It is not hard to give melanin to characters especially if enemies have much darker skin than playable characters. If this doesn’t change, there won’t be a lot of people playing this game. The ones that are won’t be good people and they’ll just give this game a bad rep.

I really like the game! The animation is beautiful and the characters are super creative but PLEASE lower the amount of storage this game takes! I had to delete 20 apps just to play the game. Please fix this, thanks!

1.Change the map and mini map so it’s easier to navigate the different layers of the newer areas. (In the game, not just the interactive map) 2. Let us choose our own daily commissions or let us make a shortlist of the commissions that we can cycle through. Everyday 3\4 are the same ones that I do every single day. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for the ones that either have achievements or recipes that are tied to them, that sadly never come. 3. Update the artifact system to get rid the 6 different elemental damage, and just replace them with elemental damage so that we don’t get so many artifacts that are unusable. (I.e Instead of getting a Cryo cup, you’d get a elemental damage cup) 4. Expeditions should should be able to find the rarer regional specialties (I.e. In Sumeru, they could find: Scarabs, Rukkhashava Mushrooms and Sand grease Pupas 5. The resin system should recharge faster. Instead of getting one every eight minutes, it should be one every five minutes 6. Give us a dark mode for the loading screen (when the door opens) opens) 7. Please improve security for our accounts. I’ve been seeing a lot of people saying that their account was hacked and had to wait 1-3 months to get it back! I can’t imagine what I’d do if it happened to me. Please give us Passkeys, or something. 8. Please improve your customer service, every time I make them aware of a mistake or give them ideas on how to improve the game for the players, I basically get a copy and paste response that boils down to "I’m sorry that happened, we’ll make the developers aware of this issue right away" meanwhile it’s been a few versions later and none of them were fixed. I feel like I’m talking to a wall.

I love this game very much. It’s so fun and the concept is very interesting. However, I do wish that there was an option to switch the travelers. I chose Lumine but I find myself wishing I’d chosen Aether instead. Maybe it would cost primos (like 100 primos to switch) or something but I do wish there was an option to switch travelers. That’s all, thank you :)

Best game I've ever played! It has great Quality and story Plot overall, but, a few things I’ve encountered that Left me a bit confused and a little annoyed, I was going to log in and I put in the email and password in, And I logged in and did the Puzzle quiz, But it said "Account or Password error" So, I’m not sure if it is My device or is it something like a Bug in the Game? It had worked last time, But even so, Keep up the good work! I hope this game goes a long way.

I was logged out of my account and can’t get back in. I accidentally pressed the Apple ID button and it created a new account. I checked my account still existed and it did. It just seemed to of disconnected from my email. I am very upset about this and don’t know what to do as I love the game but I can’t get back in.

This game has the best graphics I’ve ever seen on a MOBLIE game, and it’s even more surprising because it’s a open world RPG.
I first played Genshin on PC and wanted to see what it was like on mobile, so I could play it on the go and I was surprised by the performance. Genshin impact is a high GB game, I know… but it’s worth the space! I have a 128 GB phone with 6 other high GB games and my phone still runs perfectly fine; even though it may make my phone extremely hot and is a battery-depleting game. The space is worth it, and did I mention it is 100% free to play!?!?
Even if people spend money and look like they progress far, don’t take that on you to spend and get addicted into the gacha (yes, this is a gacha game…).
The characters are so relatable and funny and the voice actors are really good, not to mention the language(s) are well managed! Customer service isn’t the best, and if you get hacked it’s hard to get your account back, but it’s in your possession to do two-step verification.
All in all, great game, little cons more pros and you have a perfectly well managed time-wasting game at your disposal!

Ok, so I love the game with my heart and I play it a lot. I recently got it so I’m not the best. Though even when you start out with a lot, it’s does take a while to get more. One thing I dislike, is most characters you have to get from the banner thingy. And, sometimes you work hard to get the wishes and then you don’t even get the thing you’ve worked hard for. Like, I would love if you could make it so that you only get characters. Like maybe you could make it so that the characters are rarer to get than others. Or the wishes are more expensive. Things like that. I’m really disappointed that I tried 20 times to get Shenhe, and never got her. I got 1 character and was Diona.
I was only lucky to get Dehya at 2h remaining. I also have a request that you add a schedule of which characters your running for the month. Like Ives searched for days trying to figure out when yae mikos coming again, I never found a single thing about it. So if next month, yae Miko could be the next run, I’d never stop playing.
Anyways, those are my requests.
Another thing I do love about genshin is, the graphics! I love it! It’s also a beautiful game. The most characters are very strong and unique. I just wish that I COULD GET YAE MIKOOOOOO. 😁. This game is highly recommended by me if you like battling. Ofc, this is a great game, but, it just needs more help and ideas for the wish area. Other wise this would reach the top for me. Great game. Pls add what I have asked. If not, I hope I have good luck getting yae Miko! 😂🤣.

It’s a good game but it is way to big! Because when I got it I was like “oh 3GB I think I can do that” but then after I play for like 20 minutes you are like “you can’t play anymore unless you add 11MB” what are you trying to do? Make me delete every other game I have? Trash my system? Jeez guys. Good things come at a price, but this game is to good to be true I guess.

Don’t get me wrong, the game is amazing and beautiful, but it’s just not fun anymore. It was fun when I first started, but now it’s just tiresome and grindy. I don’t mind grinding, I just don’t have enough time to grind enough to make it count. I can’t get the characters I want, because by the time I have enough for one ten pull, they’ve already left. And if they are still there I don’t get a 5 star, or I lose my 50/50. It would would atleast be better if you gave 1 free ten pull per banner, then I wouldn’t need to complain. But instead you either have us spend hundreds, or make us spend months of grinding. So if you are reading this devs, please make your game actually better 🙏

I’ve only gotten one limited 5-star character, Raiden Shogun, but I’ve had so much fun with the gameplay itself, the elemental reactions, to just animations, this game saved me from boredom, amazing game,(I am also very glad they put a rerun for Kamisato Ayaka).

So I first go into the game and it’s the darkest night alibi were you have to defeat a bunch of monsters with a Diluc. but then once I finish it, I go back to the bar and it restarts the quest. I complete it again my game crashes and I do it another time it happens again and then finally I finish the quest after 3-4 times finishing this quest. can you please fix this for other people that probably also have trouble on this?

I can easily get board when playing games like Roblox, Minecraft and more, but this? This is what I call epic! I love there background details, the story, and the animations are just chef’s kiss :) when I first downloaded and discovered this game, I immediately fell in love with it and it’s one of my favorite video games out there! The updates are pretty epic too! When I even showed my sister this game, she really liked it too and it’s one her her favorite games as well! Good job Genshin Impact!
