    These people are a bunch of crooks, misleading bookings and then refuse to refund you once you realize what you booked wasn’t what you thought it was. Lol just some friendly advise, do NOT book anything through them!

    BEWARE! Get Your Guide - the company- failed to refund my Money when they sold me an invalid ticket - a ticket to Disneyland Paris that was invalid for the date it was purchased for. Do not trust this company. Try another travel app!

    Update-After reviewing my claim, GYG realized that I was not at fault, and reimbursed me for the extra charges. Thank you for following through and making me feel like my business with your company is valued. Tried to book a tour 4 times through the app, only to get to the end after I’d entered my credit card information, and was told there was a technical error and to try again later. I was actually charged all 4 times, and the company is refusing to reimburse me, even though it should be obvious that I do not want the same tour 4 times, for the same 4 people, on the same day. And should be obvious when only 1 voucher was redeemed!!! Terrible customer service!!!

    I used this app over the weekend to purchase tickets for our local riverboat cruise. Later that night and the next few days, my credit card and all of my personal information has been hacked overseas. Beware!!

    Terrible app …have to check out all your purchase separately … online there’s a cart BUT you can’t get the discount unless you purchase on app. So if I go to the grocery store for milk, eggs and butter…I have to buy the milk and pay. Buy the eggs and pay again , buy the butter AND PAY AGAIN! 3 transactions instead of 1 . Very frustrating.

    It is the worst application I have ever worked with. They are not reliable people. I bought some tickets and the same thing happened. I talked to the operator and trusted them and it turns out that the day came and it was not the tickets and they did not return or solve the problem after that. That same day I had spoken with an inerator and he had told me that he would return me, the days passed and nothing was done, thank God, I was able to solve it with the people at the attraction, this application is useless and they are not the right people, do not use it.

    We chose the 2 day pass and were unable to use it anywhere the second day because things were not accessible on a Tuesday, the company had no affiliation with the pass (despite what the app said), or the ticket place closed before closing time. Customer service was unwilling to provide a refund for the second day. The app was confusing…save your money and do not get the pass. Use the app to find places to go and avoided the the Go City Pass/Get Your Guide pass. Waste of money!!

    I showed up for our morning tour to find I was at the wrong Hard Rock Cafe. Knowing we were not going to make it to the correct one on time, I called the office, and the representative informed me there was nothing she could do. I asked for a refund since it was an honest mistake. - We are staying in Ontario, and there is a Hard Rock Cafe; I thought this was the one to meet. I did not know NY had one too. - until it was too late. I asked the rep. for her supervisor, and she informed me one was unavailable. I asked when I could call back, and she said she didn't know when one would be available for me to talk to. I felt stonewalled and evaded by her. I am very disappointed in this company and how the representative handled my situation. If the tables were turned, I would have refunded the guest and taken note to make it crystal clear to future customers which Hard Rock Cafe to meet at. I will never use this tour company again, nor will I ever refer any of my friends to use you.

    I tried to book tickets to NASA in Houston for July 22, 730am. I used their app to purchase 3 tickets for $92 and when it was time to pay it read invalid error , can’t process. So I logged out and went thru the process again to purchase 3 tickets and at payment time it read Invalid error. So I logged out an logged back in and went to try a 3rd time and boom, they did process the first 2 sets of attempts I had made even though it had said it didn’t process! So they charged me double amount. I called them immediately and spoke with a representative at 730am. My tickets were for 1pm that same day. They said they would look into . My wife an I called back a few other times and they gave us the run around each time. This all happened on a Friday . I called again today ( Monday ) and they gave me run around some more, they said they would look into it. I received a email on Sunday stating that I wasn’t going to get refunded my $92 that they over charged me. Also the 5 different people I spoke to from costumer service for this app was from India and could barley speak English. They all gave my wife an I the run around. Do not use this app!!!!!

    We did tried to do three separate tours through this app and they were all bad. The first at the colosseum in Rome, and the English translation was very poor. The second, Duomo in Florence, guide John did not show up with tickets. The third, we went to see statue of David in Florence with audio guide. Had to pay extra for audio. Find a different tour group to use.

    Just updated the app. Trying to book multiple adventure days and it lets me select my tour, number of people, days - says there is availability but won’t take my money and complete the transaction help please. UPDATE: My original review was 2 stars, changing it now to 5. Less than a day after posting the review above I received an email with apologies for any inconvenience, offers for help etc - seriously, they couldn’t have been nicer and the problem was quickly resolved. All set now, this and other tours booked. Have used this app in Italy & Poland and have never had any trouble at all.

    Using this app to explore excursion ideas & purchase tickets is SO easy! I wish I would have discovered this app before we had a couple of things already on our itinerary! We did the Paris Chocolate Factory Tour & the Opera Garnier Tour & both were wonderful!!!

    Stay away from this app!!! In my opinion they were the only Pickpocket in Europe that we experienced. Never received our tickets as expected, got nothing for our money. Difficult app to navigate. Customer service that was of no help, only apologized, sending us in many directions to no avail. Explained this to them and they refused to for refund and they refused. Would never consider this company again. Only disappointment of our three week trip.

    I have had a mixed bag experiences using this app. Overall, my tours have been good, but lately they haven’t been what’s advertised. I have left both good and bad reviews. My critical reviews are nowhere to be found. This is frustrating for many reasons. I read reviews and use them to decide if the activities are something that is a good fit or not. Three rest stops at shops selling Fake Designer items would have been a “no, thank you” for me, but the only reviews you see are the glowing ones with no mention of that.

    This app filters out bad reviews. I left a two star review of a tour I took, but it was never posted. Reviews from days after have been posted, which is highly suspicious. Book at your own risk, I don’t believe the platform is trustworthy. Most, if all places are rated “5 stars”.

    Easy enough app to use but having bought 2 adult tickets and being advised by the app that children did not require a ticket I am now standing in line to get a kids ticket as am unable to enter the museum without one. I tried to “buy” a ticket for headcount but app did not even allow a free purchase which seems like an error.

    This was one outstanding tour into the real Madrid beyond the building facades into the neighborhoods behind the scenes history. My tour was led by Pablo who shared the meaning and significance of Madrid’s neighborhoods. I truly got a deeper glimpse into this huge fascinating city!!! Thank you guys! And I thank GetYourGuide fir turning me on to the Tuk Tuk Eco private tour scene!!!

    I had a reservation for a bus tour and snorkeling at the Keys. First of all, GYG did not send us email confirmation for the snorkeling portion. Causing us to be embarrassed at the place in line when they told us our reservation did not EXIST. Absolutely ridiculous. Then we cannot get a refund until they do an “investigation” into the matter when they KNOW they messed up, which could take up to 3 days. Mind you.. this cost $260. 1/5 Stars is generous.

    Arrived at the O2 roof climb to find my 2 tickets purchased through Get Your Guide were in fact just a ONE person reservation at O2. And the time slot was full up. Ruined my holiday outing and now I’ve got the hassle of trying to get a refund while I’m supposed to be enjoying my holiday.
