Worst app I’ve ever seen. You try to login and reset password and it sends you in an endless loop of needing your password to reset your password. The site then asks for all kinds of unnecessary personal information (birthdate).

Since i logged in using google account, now I am unable to change the password to using other passwords. also, I am unable to share the app information with others.. This looks like it’s made for one person only..
Downloaded during a trip to France, tickets purchased were not recognized by the institution said tickets were purchased for. Three days later a little over 1,000$ was debited from my bank account. Weird right? I didn’t think so either, absolute scam. Mind you this was the only purchase I made with this account during the time frame stated. I never write reviews but this one is special. If there were negative stars I’d give them a million. Cheers

Booked easy enough. Was not able to get to destination because of rail strikes in Paris. They kept saying I needed to cancel 24 hours in advance. How did I know that this certain metro would not go that day there. Some days they would. Some days they wouldn’t. No even considering it or trying to work it out. All they want is money, money, money. This situation was totally out of my hands.
This app company is a fraud that scams you with tickets and then disallows you from writing reviews less than 4 stars. When I talked to their customer service they told me there was nothing they could do to help me and basically told me they had taken my money and were content with that. I lost my tour, and couldn’t even notify others about their fraud! My credit card company is aware thankfully. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I’ve been going through the procedure to create an account. The darned app won’t send me an email to confirm my email address. I have a trip coming up where tickets have been purchased through this, and this unnecessary complication is frustrating.
Update; finally got it to recognize my email address after I entered my phone number…..? The problem now, is that a friend we are traveling with has booked tickets for several events. I have an email verification of their existence, but the app can’t find them. Since our email addresses are different, the app will probably never be able to find them. I refuses to send the verification code to my friend’s email (because it’s different than mine?).
All-in-all, a very poor app.

I recently used this app abroad. During the booking I missed part of the prerequisites that would be needed. When I received the confirmation email on what to bring I knew that I didn’t have everything I’d need for the tour. I reached out to cancel immediately and was refused multiple times because I booked the day of the tour. The customer service wasn’t helpful and stuck me with a $270 charge that I couldn’t use. They could have at the very least refunded me back the portion that they received as the booking service.

They sent us 4 different meeting point addresses for our activity, all of which were incorrect. We were walking all over the city to find the correct meeting point, and called our provider multiple times with no answer. Unfortunately we missed our activity because of all of the miscommunication, or lack thereof, and they refuse to offer a refund, just a credit which I will of course never use.

At first things seemed to be going well, however, I made a reservation for a tour and set it for “pay later”. It pre authorized my card and later I was told by the activity provider that my reservation WAS NOT FOUND. It completely ruined my plans, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Oh my gosh: so much fun. Very entertaining guide and we missed the madhouse line. Totally use them again. So thankful we didn’t have to stand in line for 3 hours. Spectacular view & a great trip up the tower.

Do not…I REPEAT…DO NOT download this app. Every tour I booked had issues with them. I thought the app would make it easier to book tours, but I’ve spent more time trying to solve issues than enjoying my tours. I sadly recommended this app to others as well. I had to text them all to never use it again. Just do a little more footwork and find the tour guides online, since that’s what they use anyways, and save yourself some money, heartache, and hard work on getting some of your money back. Deleting this app after writing this review.
Good app, has a lot of extraordinary trip excursions 3/5
I enjoy using the app, but finally had to go elsewhere because on the day I needed to do two bookings, it could not accept my payment. There was something wrong processing it, and I couldn’t figure it out. I am sure that is not typical, maybe just for that period of time. But it is disappointing when you go through all of the selections and are ready to buy at the end, and an error occurs. The only thing to do was to start over on another site.

Attempted several times to create an account and login. Repeatedly got error messages for no discernible reason. Eventually hadTo login via Google. I did appreciate the fact that I saved a significant amount of money using the app versus booking online.

I bought my tickets via the company’s website. I got an email that I needed to download the app to get the tickets which I did. However there were no tickets there. I hit the button that indicated if you were having trouble with tickets. I did and entered my email and the app said they would send me a code which they never did. I went to the museum and had to pay the museum because the app never provided the tickets despite paying Get Your Guide. I contacted customer service but they said I did not meet the refund policy! Never going to use this app again
Charged $30 more than original booking 2/5
All I wanted was to change my payment information and could not do so on this app. I had to cancel and rebook but was then charged $199 vs $168 for the SAME TRIP for 2 adults.
This is a rip-off.
There is no satisfactory way to update payment information. I should cancel but my travel companion had recommended this app. Now I am being charged extra!

Get your guide came through with every promise. All the details were clear and easy to understand. We knew the details of every excursion, easy to find pick-up points, your voucher is in the app, and more! Even during not great weather when some travel groups would cancel, get your guide partners came through while making sure we were safe! Love this app!
Easy to use and a bit frustrating 4/5
I received four vouchers each worth $500, and wanted to book a tour for six people
BUT… you can only enter one voucher per order and one didn’t cover it.
So I thought okay, I’ll do separate reservations and the balance will carry over. Well I thought wrong!
After I entered a gift card voucher it’s not captured in their system and I have to keep entering it until it’s used up. I can’t combine the remaining balances from different vouchers to use on another activity. So kind of a pain, and probably designed so you leave a balance on each voucher. Bottom line if you don’t have a gift card/voucher this isn’t an issue. I would not give this as a gift like I was planning on doing.

The app seems to keep your browsing history and when you check out it it books 2 trips on the same day with conflicting times !
An invitation to unauthorized bookings and conflicting cancellations arises because if complete inability to deal directly with operators who modify offerings or qualify products with no ability or interest in updating user app experience.

This has been an absolutely amazing resource for booking my trip! So glad there is a review system for excursions. But it was a bit frustrating that I couldn’t reach the original itinerary/photos etc. from my booking (instead I had to search for it by name and pretend like I was trying to book again to see details… could there be a link to each activity’s original post in the “My Bookings” area? Thanks!)
