    No customer service. If you need assistance or have questions .... TOO BAD FOR YOU! The only option is to file a dispute online (if you have a dispute), then wait for response that it has been denied to which you receive a letter stating if you want whatever information or documentation they used to reach their decision then just write to GOBANK. I did this....I was sent a copy of my transaction history. No option to speak to anyone. No option to re-file a dispute either once it’s been decided. Just complete nonsense. I want to talk to a person who can make decisions and fix problems or I will close my account and file a complaint with the BBB.

    I think Go Bank is Great ‼️ I haven’t had one minute of trouble or inconvenience. I use direct deposit I’m a government retiree. My money is always there before the first I pay my bills with pay bills. I have never had a problem with bills not reaching the payees on time. Never an over draft fee & I love the stash saving account my money is right there when I open the app I can see everything. Speaking of opening my account. I love the face ID. I know no one but me can get to my money.

    I like the idea of having Go as my bank account, however. There is one major setback that is holding me back. The app! It fails miserably. I would leave less stars, however I generally like using GO. It’s convenient as an Uber employee to get paid and use it to save money and pay all my bills with one account. But unfortunately I can not trust it enough, not yet! Maybe once you guys work all the kinks and bugs out of the app and I can access my account every single day when I need to, then I might come back and change my rating. Please fix the app. I would love to ditch my regularly used bank account.

    Can’t use my app to deposit check since the new update the green circle to take the picture is off the screen now and I’m sitting on a 300 dollar check that I can’t cash anywhere because I signed and wrote for mobile deposit only and the help or support section only has a limited selection for issues and no actual person to help

    I really do like this card.... but there’s a bug that needs to be patched in the mobile check deposit option on the app.... my iPhone will not let me take a picture of the check because the capture button is not on the screen...

    I wish I could give them (minus) -5 stars! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 This card & the service offered is a living nightmare!! PLEASE do yourself a favor and DON’T get it! They will hold your money hostage & claim that they “can’t verify” you, so they also won’t be issuing you a permanent card — I’ve never had that problem anywhere else!! And the topper is that you have to SPEND whatever money you load onto the card, but ONLY for face to face transactions, despite calling themselves a “debit” card. You cannot spend it online or get your money back at an ATM or ANY other way, for that matter. If accessibility to YOUR OWN CASH is important, you will not get it with this card & they will make all the 💩excuses they can muster up, “apologize for the inconvenience” & essentially not help you. If you like getting screwed by companies who operate in this manner, particularly in these super tough pandemic times, then go right ahead. They honestly couldn’t care less about you. And if you do, don’t say you weren’t warned.

    Editing review again. Adding a star because I’ve actually been able to access my account (though I still receive errors from time to time). The review I wrote below still stands as my sole reason for an imperfect rating. Accessibility to funds is a MUST. Now that I’ve had to endure a week where I was utterly UNABLE, I will now think twice before utilizing this bank for anything significant. __________ GoBank needs to consider upgrading their servers or other hardware. I have been unable to access my account, even to check the balance, for days now. Given that financial institutions such as this generally cater to individuals who do not have exhaustive resources, it’s shameful that GoBank can exert the effort to send out near-daily emails “ensuring” all sorts of promises....yet what good is anything if we cannot access it? I simply want to transfer funds from my “vault” into my account (a two-click process) so that I can buy groceries. I have plenty in here, yet can not access it because apparently when funds are in the “vault,” a debit transfer won’t simply pull said funds out, but instead overdrafts the account. It’s not like the “vault” is an actual savings account accruing interest FOR US (for YOU, yes), but it is very much is MY money. Alas, I cannot access it.

    I have had go bank for about a year. Never have I had any issues but now I am having an issue and can’t seem to reach anyone at any point. I understand with what is going on contact is limited, but I am having a major issue with my account and some inconsistencies with transactions. I can’t speak to anyone I can’t find an email this is insane. I would love for someone to contact me as soon as possible

    I am supposedly a valued Uber driver “diamond” driver. I was once sent an Uber card with gobank which was subsequently closed with no explanation. It was closed before it was activated. I somehow miraculously got a go bank rep on the phone who told me to change my phone number & try again. I could be getting gas rebates if someone would look into my issue. Uber is no help either. I love technology but it is a nightmare without real people involved. 😡

    I’ve been a customer of GOBANK for about 3 years now, it’s always been convenient and easy to use therefore I switch from Wells Fargo to support the little guys. Now I’m scheduled to receive a stimulus check from the IRS on April 15, 2020. Every time I open the app it’s crashing and said “there was a problem connecting with GoBank” whatever the issue is it needs to be fixed. I’m giving it 1 Star because of the incompetence from their team in this time of need.

I am using it again now since this week and I have had connection issues, my phone signal is strong, also while connected to WiFi I cannot login.
