We have had to use go fan for most of our kids sports this year. Fine with me if that’s how we keep doing it! Super easy to order, so glad uses Apple Pay! I accidentally double ordered not long ago when WiFi glitched and they responded and refunded my error in super short period of time!

So bought tickets for my son’s game. Game time 5:15pm. The app thought game time was the following day at 12:15 am. Thankfully I could access my ticket through the email link I had been sent but what is the point of the app if it doesn’t save my info and thinks I am somewhere in Asia instead of California? Tried clicking the app support button in the App Store and it only linked me to their purchasing website with no way to contact developer.

I didn’t realize the school was only selling tickets online. I was told I could either buy through the website or the app so decided to download the app. Super easy to create an account and search the school. Once I bought the tickets they were saved in my account and easy to access when I got to the gate! I even “❤️” the school so I can search events faster!! Told all my family members to download and use moving forward!

As a 57 years old man it’s hard to use an app where I have always paid cash. BUT I can say that the GO Fan app works well and when you have a problem the customer service is prompt to respond and resolve an issue.

After the last update, Only half the events listed for my school have shown up in my app. To get the tickets, I have to find someone who can see the event listed on their app and have them send me the link. This was never an issue before, but now it’s a huge inconvenience, especially with limit ticket sales.
***I have updated. Refreshed. Tried the website. Deleted and redownloaded the app. Everything. I’ve called the schools directly to make sure they are available on the app when I don’t see them. There’s currently a game available now with tickets that I can’t see through this app, but someone sent me the purchase link to from their phone.

I purchased tickets for my son’s baseball game. Later in the day, I inadvertently deleted the e-mail with the ticket links. Panic set in as we neared game time. I sent an e-mail to GoFan customer service for assistance and they responded within 20 minutes with the ticket link — crisis averted! This app makes ticket-purchasing very efficient. SO appreciate the ease in using GoFan and the quick response from the customer service team!!

I bought tickets to a livestream event for my best-friends musical. The app didn’t send me any information to where to go and when I redeemed it, there was nothing that showed up like it was supposed to. I bought a second ticket and it did the same thing. It was a waste of money and their customer service wasn’t any help at all.

I find it extremely frustrating that I can’t find a ticket on the mobile app; but the ticket is available on the website. You would think it would be available on both platforms. I got the app so that I wouldn’t have to access the website.

Seriously, this company “earns” 20% on top of the ticket price so I don’t have to bring a $5 bill to watch my kid? I don’t know who to be more disappointed in, GoFan or the school for getting suckered into using it. Who’s brother-in-law works for this app that’s putting money in their pocket? 20%??? Really???

I used this service to buy tickets to an away game for my son’s baseball team. The service was fast and easy to use. What I didn’t notice when I purchased the tickets is that there was a softball game scheduled at the same time between the same two schools and I accidentally bought tickets to the softball game. I emailed customer service and they were able to cancel my purchase the following day. After I purchased the correct tickets, the baseball game ended up being canceled because of field conditions and the school issued a refund without issue. I prefer the ease of use of this service over the system that our school athletic program uses.

Awaiting tickets to go on sale for the rest of the family but with no notifications of them being on sale, it’s a crap shoot. Reward those of us who downloaded the app.

The app does not disclose these fees until the end of your transaction. Why is there a convenience fee per ticket as opposed to one for all tickets? My credit card is not charged per ticket. Not impressed with the Ticketmaster business model. I will avoid using the GoFan app in the future.

I try to contact the company Huddle Inc. for support and it takes five days. The game is over by then. Very frustrating!!!!
Schools are forcing this on us. We pay more and schools get no benefit. Terrible.
As for safety precautions, its all marketing by this app! it’s rather ridiculous that schools can’t take cash, but they have to get in close contact w us to tap on our germy phone. How is that safer?

This app does not seem to be ready to handle this enourmous amount of use. It doesnt have my school listed until the day of a game, does not allow ticket purchase or transfer. Everything must be done online. The refund process is horrible also.
I purchased tickets but was not able to redeem them. There was a glitch and other people’s tickets were canceled and money refunded. Mine wasn’t. I do not like doing business with a company that doesn’t have a phone number to contact.

My elderly mother downloaded the app, and it would let her log in, refusing to reset her password claiming she already had a log in. I downloaded the app, bought two tickets to screenshot and send to her. When I “redeemed” the tickets, wait for it..............nothing happened. It stated that I had redeemed the tickets, and took my money without letting her into her grandson’s game. Great app....

Trying to buy a whole season worth of basketball tickets and card will not process - have used two separate cards and get same “cannot process” for both which is incorrect. Both accounts have available credit.
Brittany in Customer service will not return call - replied “they prefer email”?! Too much trouble to get my money!

I have purchased tickets 3 times using this app. The first time I had screenshotted the ticket so I had proof and was able to use. The second time my had to purchase a new ticket. This last time - my son’s Sr. Recognition Night, I couldn’t get the app to work at all. I have deleted it now and wonder if I have had the wrong app the whole time. There is another GoFan Box Office - maybe that is what I should have had all along. Not sure I want to try again.
