    Was looking for an alternative to Fitbod. Only on day two of trial so may add more to this. But why are you not able to add exercises mid workout. Also why I can only add a list of selected workouts not my own custom. Really poor idea that you can’t leave the app and return without its even. Will update by end of week. Looks like I’ll be going back to

    App is great, sends notifications when it’s time for the next set, plans my workouts, gives recommended weight. The small issue is sometimes it dosent track my workout after I completed them. I make sure the final timer runs out it gives me the badge and then the next day it will be gone. There’s zero way for me to go back even if I wanted to and add in the workout I already did.

    This app has been great. I love that I can customize my workout based on the availability of my gym’s equipment. The app is easy to use for those who are tech savvy or not. And the weight adjustments/recommendations have allowed me to see the changes I always wanted.

    There has to be a way to add a workout in during the week AND add sets to an exercise. It’s annoying that you can’t track more when you’re able to do more than what the app sets for you.

    I got an email saying that I could get a discounted rate on a yearly subscription. When I clicked on it and filled out the information I was charged full price. I contacted customer service and they told me the "promotion expired before I paid" and since I didn't "read the fine print" I was on the hook for the full price. I could literally go online right now and get a discount but since they have my money they will no honor it. They scammed me. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

    I’m currently only using the free version and I love it. I can create my own workouts and track weight/reps easily so I know where to start in my next workout. The more I use it the more I think I will probably end up buying the premium version soon.

    I love this app I’ve been using it around 2 to 3 months and it’s great knowing all I have to do is walk in the gym and follow the workout plan. Take the guessing out of it at least for me. The only thing I wish this app had with it is pre/post stretches, but other than that I love it!

    So far so good. The workouts have been great and I love being able to track my progress so easily. Only issue so far has been a few times where I finished the workout but forgot to log the last exercise. I go back in a little bit and it has reset, erasing the entire workout. Now I have to try and remember what weight I used for each set and rep… I wish the app would save this information automatically.

    Great app. Been a huge help and motivational tool. Only suggestion would be the ability to edit workouts after you finish. Sometimes I forget to add all the exercises I do.

    Their exercise selections make no sense. I said that I wanted pure strength and the available equipment was a CrossFit gym. I actually workout in a commercial gym but did not want them to use cables and machines in my programming, so inspected a CrossFit gym honking they would board more towards a barbell. 1st programmed set of squats? Wanted me to use a smith machine lol. Smith machine is a horrible squat trainer and I’ve never seen a CrossFit gym with one. App does not appear to be of any help at all for reaching actual goals. If you just want some random exercises auto generated each day then I imagine it will work fine for you.

    App is solid with good videos and recommendations. One thing that needs to be added is changing which days you do certain workouts. I like to do leg day first in the week ( to ensure I don’t skip it ;) ) but you can’t do that. Simple updates like that would be a good add! Also, need the ability to rearrange workouts. My gym has a lot of traffic and it’s better for me to arrange high traffic machines first.

    I like the workout plans that it has and the alternatives that you can pick if you just don’t have that equipment available to you. On the other hand you can’t add exercise during your workout and it does take some getting used to while doing the workout. I am only on day 2 of using the app. I will update after 6 weeks to see if there is a result of any kind. My goal is to lose 20 lbs and get toned. I am also dieting and taking supplements.

    This app has changed my life. I went from being weak and fat to strong and lean in 6 months, at 50 years old. I added a little more cardio the last few months to really tighten up but I can honestly say I’m in the best shape I’ve been in the last 20 years. 3 days a week is all it takes. I threw in a few extra rest days here and there due to soreness, especially in my legs after some workouts.

    I have used other app none compare to this app. This is a very personal app that keep track of your reps and set and suggests your your next week work out. This app is not random work out like most app. I would go as far to say this app is on pare with a personal trainer without the cost.

    First off this is a great api truly enjoy using it. The only two things I see that could be changed is where it show’s total weight lifted. I cannot change that from kilos to pounds and when I do the conversion for that workout it shows a way lower number for total weight lifted. The second is I travel a lot so I’m not always at a commercial gym or even have any equipment to use. In those case I use body weight,bands or my TRX system. It would be nice if in the middle of a week on the plan we could swap from commercial gym to to whatever type of equipment we have available without have to start over completely.

    This app gave me structure when I felt like I was just wasting time at the gym before. Since I’ve started using this app I can definitely see more results. My only suggestion is that I wish there was a way to superset some of the workouts. Either way, the app is still a 5 for me and definitely worth the purchase.

    It’s so dysfunctional. Reps/sets don’t save Can’t delete reps/sets that were mistakenly entered or entered because of a glitch in the app Can’t superset workouts in the trainer portion Sometimes the timer lowers the volume of your music and you need to quit the app to bring your volume back to normal. When you need to do this, your workout does not save. When using the trainer feature, you cannot see your progress or ALL previously lifted weight/reps. Worst money I’ve ever spent

    Has great workout demonstrations and visuals! I just wish you didn’t have to “start workout” and have things timed, etc. in order to log the weight and reps you did. It would be way better if we had the option to just log reps and weights like a list. And go back during the week and edit other days if needed.

    I have been looking for quite some time until I was introduced too this one. Trying APP after app, I saw a guy using this at the gym and now I’ve been using for months and love it. Timer, workouts, exercises and customizable. Done with the note book, note in the new age. Just scratching the surface on the features but love it none the less! Cheers!

    I’m always on the road and don’t always have access to a gym or time to go to a gym. The one thing I would add is creating a workout to do in a room with no equipment available. I can still get a workout in when the equipment isn’t available. And I wish I could pre create a workout based off the equipment that I only have instead of the app assuming I have a full sized gym waiting for me. Maybe I only have dumbbells so stop throwing in workouts that need bars or weight racks

    I like this app and use it, but it needs a way to opt for a completely different exercise if none on the list are suitable for you. Also, it needs a place to leave notes on exercises you complete. Then it would be 4 stars.

    I have tried several different apps and this is by far the best one. I am a realtor so i like structure, this app has it all! Keeps you honest and helps to push you. Not to mention it shows proper form and allows you to adjust your form while at the gym.

    I was going to give this app a try for a week then I changed my mind on day 1, I canceled before the trial ended and these people still charged me, but my bank did not allow that transaction to pass. I don’t trust this app if I cancel on day one

    Doesn’t allow to skip exercise and come back to it later. Doesn’t allow (or is unintuitive) to go back to previous days to see what and how I did. Also, requires pricey membership for workout programs, otherwise it’s useless. The wizard only allows to select 2 or 3 days per week for the program.

    This will check all the boxes if you are looking to gain strength, increase your body aesthetic and fitness level, or just want new exercises as a seasoned gym goer. Just wish they had a notes options within each workout for reminders on the next go round on that exercise. Great app.

    There are tons of workout apps, this is one of the best. It has been well worth the subscription price. There’s a bit of a learning curve to really figure it out, but not too much and the app is easy to use after that. The preloaded routines are generally pretty good, though usually lacking on core exercises, but those are simple to edit in. I especially like the well done interface with my Apple Watch.

    I am the biggest cheapskate and I HATE paying for apps. I almost always find alternatives to any app that charges. But this is an exception. THIS APP IS INSANE!! It optimize workouts over the course of time, you can choose the type of workout facility you have access to, you can choose what you want your body outcome to be, you can swap workouts that it recommends for other recommended workouts to hit the same muscles groups if you don’t have the equipment mid workout too. It has mini videos each workout showing you correct form. It has notes you can use to document height on machines etc. it has a timer for rests between sets and everything you’ll need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Now with all that being said, I would love to provide feedback. I’m a business systems analyst and I understand the nuances of coding and how tricky it can be but one thing that irks me, is it doesn’t distinguish between bar and single weight loads and dumbbell loads when recommending weight. For example, dumbbell curls. I log in one workout and lets say I did curls with each arm with 20lb dumbbells in each hand. Do I log that as 20lbs or 40lbs because it was each arm? I did the full load and said 40lbs to help myself remember. I come back next workout and it’ll optimize and increase it to 45lbs and now I screwed the optimize up because I can’t find 22.5lb dumbbells. I request the developers to make it clearer on 2 individual handed workouts what weight we should be logging or account for total load when optimizing. Such a small minute detail but my notes have been filled trying to track this and my 10-week plan isn’t necessarily following the optimization fully currently because I screwed it up week 1. (Still 5 star app though).

    It drives me insane that this app constantly recommends weights that do not exist. At the time I got the app I was using three different gyms. Finishing a contract at one, my new gym and going to a friends. I’ve never seen a F’ing 17.5, where the F has this. Makes me think they really don’t give a shot about the app and just set it to increase weights without questioning if they actually exist in the real world.
