I used to buy closing from H&M online all the time and I love it so much but now it’s seriously impossible, the app is terribly very slow , each item I wanna see says something is wrong , I delete app and went to see in browser and still very bad , I was able to see items that I liked and when I was about to check out it didn’t let me says that website is not secure my wifi has some protection from bad websites and it didn’t let me at all , very very disappointing I always was shopping H&M online only

This site never disappoints ... just be careful with removing items from your cart. It happens so fast that I’ve accidentally removed more than what I wanted because my finger was still on the screen lol. Other than that I love this app it’s one of the best out of all shopping apps!

Love h&m and surfing the app but lately it’s been working so bad! It will always redirect me to the first page when trying to get into my account and also my screen gets freezed and i have to close the app. Hope you get it fixed because i am always ordering new stuff

I had a coupon code discount for my next purchase (25% + free shipping valid on everithing) and it never worked, I wrote to the live chat for help and the agent was super rude. Poor online service.

Much improved over the months. However, please stop removing my saved/favorites. I logged in a month ago and added a whole bunch of stuff to my favorites. I logged in again just now and all of my saved favorites have disappeared. Like.. i spent a lot of time working on that list and then you just put it in the shredder :(
Major bugs 1/5
This app has major bugs. Currently it would not load my cart despite saying it should have 20 items. Logged out and tried to log back in after also resetting the app and now it says I’m using wrong password. Reset password three times and no matter what it will not log back in. Uninstalled and reinstalled app and still had issues. Clicked link for app support which took me to the mobile page with an error nothing found on page. Also hate that if you have the app installed and try to open mobile version on the web it automatically redirects to the app. Incredibly frustrating and these recurrent issues are the biggest reason why I’ve stopped shopping h&m because I do most shopping from my phone.

What is going on with this app? It seems like every update just creates new problems. With this update, all of my favorites disappeared. Really?
Previous Review: After the previous update, users couldn’t get to their shopping bags. Everyone complained about it in reviews. When I updated my app today, I thought, Surely, H&M fixed the shopping bag issue.” Boy was I wrong about that. What’s the point of having a shopping app if it won’t let me buy anything? Thanks for saving me some money, H&M.
Previous review: There’s something wrong with the latest update. I put some items in my bag, but didn’t purchase. I went back to the app a few days later. The app knows that there are items in the bag, but it keeps getting stuck in an infinite loop. This is saving me some money.

I can’t even go into my bag or even look for clothes without it saying “page not found”. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded and it’s just more of the same. FIX IT!!! Then I go on the site through safari and it does the same thing. What is going on H&M? Do better!!!!

I have experimented hard times with shopping online. First of all there were transaction failures when I started using the mobile app. I tried, tried several times without success, which made me lose a lot of hope and patience as there were good promotions. It was a pity. Then for another transaction I tried to add a coupon code to reduce my purchases and again unsuccessful several attempts. H & M can do better and should fix this problem. Otherwise expect these issues I was able to successfully order online and take advantage of the free shipping that worked pretty well. Besides I wanted to share an order that was a gift for my birthday, arrived the day before my birthday without any error of order. I was satisfied! Another thing that I care about is the circle points leading to customer rewards. I think that if the online shopping thing works well this should not be a problem and I think it would go in favor of H & M also because this system attracts customers and ensures customers loyalty.

Used to be great/ not great anymore 2/5
I used to shop via the app all the time. Now it’s constantly crashing and giving me error messages. I tweeted hm and they said to delete and re-install the app, I did ..... it worked for 2 minutes and then crashed again.
I absolutely love H&M, but the app is horrible. It often crashes and has no “H&M Club” section in which I recently discovered by browsing online, not through the app. It kind of upsets me that I’ve made plenty of purchases through the app and I won’t be able to get points from them since I had no knowledge of H&M club. Please make the app better!

First of all I search for hours to get all the clothes I wanted and put it in the shopping bag. Then when I come back to the app to go pay for it it says there is nothing in the shopping bag. So I decided to make an account then I search for the clothes AGAIN. I found all the clothes I wanted and didn’t clothes the app this time to make sure it would say. That didn’t work and signed me out and removed everything from my bag. I DO NOT recommend this app and I will be deleting. What a waste of my time.
New app worse than the old app 1/5
Ever since launching the new app, it has been laggy, codes never work unless you clear out your browser cookies or your entire shopping cart. Then there are log in issues. I used to periodically add things to my cart for future purchase convenience and use discount codes with no issues. Even back then the old app sometimes do not update prices/current promotions for items already sitting in the shopping cart. But the new app is even worse. Nothing works well. H&M need to hire a new IT team to update this app.

App needs some improvements 2/5
I like shopping on H&M but I don’t like the app. A lot of improvements need to be done. Example when I delete an item from bag it takes forever, while with other app like asos it is much easier and faster, you slide and it is deleted. Also when I go back to my bag after watching one of the items it does return back to the top of the list of the bag!! Another thing the list of favorites has a limited number of items. I hope my opinion will help improving the app.
Scan and buy feature amazing! 5/5
I was in the store today and saw a few items, but they didn’t have my size. One of the employees let me know that you can scan the tag with the app and it will find it on the website for you. I did it and it worked! I was able to order all the items I needed, plus a few extra. Way to bring shopping into the 21st century!

Previous app had regional support as normal for my country (Serbia). Which is expected consider we have a bunch of their stores here. This "new and updated app" has no regional support. Which means I can't really order from the app, I can't look up which stores stock which items or what the price is here. Horrible downgrade.

App not capable of saving recently scanned items in store anymore. Once I scan something in the store and plan to purchase it. Once at the register I have to scan again. Or when I get home and decide to purchase I can’t view item again I have to search online for it trying to remember the name of the item
- Tracking number doesn't update in a timely manner. It also doesn't link to an actual shipper, like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. I had to copy, paste, and Google the number myself. Dumb.
- Cart reloads every time I click on and off of it, and takes several seconds to load. Highly annoying if I'm clicking through each of the items in my cart. This information should be cached somewhere or something.
- 'Feed' of items repeats the exact same item in the exact same color a lot. Also, repeat listings for the same item, just a different color are irritating. I don't want to have to scroll for five days to see my options. If I like the style, I'll click to see color options. Less is more.

There is nothing on this app that you can’t do on the website. The app says you can scan a barcode & find out if the item is available in another color or size but the only thing that happens when you go to the trouble is a link to the website to order it ONLY online which you can do without an app! Thanks for the waste of a good 2 hours H&M. W O R T H L E S S.

Created a account to order some clothes offline today, put them in my cart but didn’t have my card. When I got to my card it had logged me out and is now saying I have the wrong password but I logged onto the actual site with no problem.
