I love the app and I love the clothing h&m offer, I just wish they would allow customers to put an unlimited amount of items in the favorites space. now I have to screen shot products I like which just makes going on here a hassle. i don’t wanna delete items off my favorites because I HAVENT BOUGHT THEM YET

It asked me to choose a region at 1st usage. I scroll down trying to find USA. However the app picked up one random country as I use my finger to scroll down the list and then the app showed a language that I don’t know. I can’t understand it at all and can’t change it back to English. This design is totally unnecessary. You can simply detect our location and automatically pick the right region for us.

There are some clothes that I‘ve bought and when they came I love them & I want to be able to buy some other colors, the app won’t let me check the ones that I’ve already bought it makes me go back to search them I think the app should let people go to the stuff that they’ve bought so they can just click on them to either buy them again or chose other color without search them. And also add the ability for people to track order that’s mark as ship through the app

Chat wasn’t working when it sent me to a live agent. The screens kept freezing. You locked me out of my account after just a few attempts to log in and did not make it easy to reset the password.

I love shopping the app, it’s come a long way since it was 1st released. It’s so easy to find what I’m looking for now that there’s a search box & Find in Store feature. I’m able to save favorites & add things to my cart easily. The payment process is seamless & lots of shipping options. H&M fan!!

I added items to cart then I chose to pay with PayPal. I tried logging in to PayPal and the login failed. I didn’t see any button to go back to choose a different payment method. Add a button to go back in case PayPal login fails.

This app doesn’t take into account most H&M’s are inside of malls where there is no internet connection so the app never loads when you’re at check out. There should be an offline option that just shows your rewards code. Otherwise it’s pointless

Placed my order and after getting stuck on the loading screen for over 15 minutes placed my order again and 2 of my items had sold out. Happens constantly. Try having more items in stock so they’re not constantly sold out perhaps?? So irritating. If I’m not up shopping online at 4 am I miss so many items in my children’s sizes. At some point I’m going to wash my hands completely of H & M and just stick with Target and kohl’s. Half of my daughters 4-6 yr long sleeve shirts are like tissue paper they’re so thin. They shrink and the neck line rolls. Shoes are weird sizes too. Either too big or too small.

The app is super slow and moreover the payment processing time takes forever. Neither their website nor app works. I want to buy things but I simply can’t finish my check out. Please fix it otherwise you’ll lose one of your regular customer.

I like how i can shop on here very easily. But the all has its issues still. The “track package” button doesn’t work. I had to retype all if my billing/shipping info 4 times because it kept saying I needed a phone number even though it was already entered. And my “points” aren't accurate.

This is the worst application known to online shoppers. I had to say the word ‘disaster’ does not completely describe this. The whole it team should be fired with no possibility to ever work in the field I swear.
I don’t have time to list what’s not working, it would take weeks. But two main concerns are: filters simply don’t work. They either eliminate clothes from the search you would not expect choosing specific features, or does not eliminate the ones you were hoping too. Considering gazillion items on the website it’s just plain awful. And second one is actual paying. They tell you ‘it may take few seconds (I would say minutes) please have patience’. Jesus. I tried to pay three times. Just go see and explore Zara website, honestly. You guys would love an actual working website.

My best place to shop for tops and jackets and or coats. Sadly I’ve shopped many nights to find that my items were taken rite out my cart with no alert which is very frustrating! MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS PRIOR TO ENTERING THE MALL AND OR STORE I CAN ACCESS MY HM MEMBERSHIP REWARD POINTS. BUT THE MOMENT I ENTER THE STORE SHOP AND IS READY TO CHECK OUT, ALL OF A SUDDEN THE WIFI ISNT WORKING. HM WANTS TOU TO SHOP BUT NOT SAVE IN STORE! THANKS TO THE EMPLOYEE WHO ALLOWED ME TO LINK UP THE WIFI SO I CAN RETRIEVE MY DISCOUNT! Sadly today’s visit was the same smh I’m over shopping in store it’s not worth it! When the stars align this app is amazing for finding what you’re looking for. But when there’s a glitch, the whole thing is crap. Like not even being able to pull up your member barcode at checkout crap. And then it’ll give a message like...” please change your country code” and blank out.
Ordering on the app NEVER works 1/5
So irritating that each the I try purchase items on the app, it goes to process and appears to be working on the order and then NEVER goes through. Not even one time has the app worked for purchases. Even tried to go on Safari directly to the site to order and even THAT didn’t work. Could only get the order process to go all the way to purchase when I used an actual computer and not a mobile device. Super frustrating and, if I’m being quite honest, H&M is missing out on a lot of revenue with this infuriating glitch.
