I love this app. I usually go to the gym every morning but as a college student, and a human being it is hard to go every day. I use this on my off days when I’m home and it really gets me sweating!

I work from home and it’s hard to remember to get up and exercise. This is a no-brained: I get caught up on the news and follow instructions. Just enough for me.
App is god overall not too many ads and can try out for free I enjoy it a lot.

I was going to the gym, with a personal trainer watching what I eat. For certain situations I wasn’t able to go to the gym. Like other people I need to workout and this app reminds me so much of the exercise performed in the gym. Make me sweet soo much I really recommend this app for all those people who want to lose weight or maintain their weight.

Title says it all, it was a quick workout, got me sweating. Not too hard, not too easy. The cobra at the end however I probably would not of held normally for 20 seconds. I did a modified version.

I like this app because the workouts are well organized and the timer and audio is loud and precise. It’s not super fancy but it works well. And it’s FREE. The exercises in the workouts are pretty basic and I can sub-in a Pilates exercise or weightlifting round if I want more variety.

I like that this exercise app is geared towards women and women’s bodies. I’ve been doing 4 & 7 min workouts for 8 years and I use this one the most. I used to use the one from The NY Times then the Johnson & Johnson app which I also really like the customizable aspect of it but I still feel like the exercises in the app target areas and have done more for strengthening my legs. I do wish it had the option of a warm up and cool down cycle.

This app is great. I usually attend a HIIT/Boot camp class at my gym for 1 hour each session. I typically burn between 500 to 575 total calories. I completed two 30 min cycles on this app and burned 334 total calories. One hour would have placed me above my class goal!
As a working mom with little to no time to exercise, this is a great alternative to burn some calories and tone - up. All you need is a little time and you get to be in the comfort of your own home with very little space needed.

I hate exercise. I love food. Not a great combo in your 50s. So I’m getting pudgy. I heard this actually helps, so four minutes before a shower is something I can fit into my life. No excuses. Too easy not to try. And it’s not easy, but thankfully it’s not long enough to be torture.
