I like that this exercise app is geared towards women and women’s bodies. I’ve been doing 4 & 7 min workouts for 8 years and I use this one the most. I used to use the one from The NY Times then the Johnson & Johnson app which I also really like the customizable aspect of it but I still feel like the exercises in the app target areas and have done more for strengthening my legs. I do wish it had the option of a warm up and cool down cycle.

This app is great. I usually attend a HIIT/Boot camp class at my gym for 1 hour each session. I typically burn between 500 to 575 total calories. I completed two 30 min cycles on this app and burned 334 total calories. One hour would have placed me above my class goal!
As a working mom with little to no time to exercise, this is a great alternative to burn some calories and tone - up. All you need is a little time and you get to be in the comfort of your own home with very little space needed.

I hate exercise. I love food. Not a great combo in your 50s. So I’m getting pudgy. I heard this actually helps, so four minutes before a shower is something I can fit into my life. No excuses. Too easy not to try. And it’s not easy, but thankfully it’s not long enough to be torture.

I started this weight loss journey almost three years ago. I lost 15lbs when I started HIIT and saw amazing results from it. And it just keeps getting better from there. The blood is pumping, adrenaline is coursing, I feel alert, my lungs and my heart thank HIIT and from the apex of my heart, I’m glad this app exists!

I love the reminders to workout. The workouts are challenging. But doable. I love that it shows us how to do the workout. And gives plenty of time to get ready for the next workout. And also that it lets you know you’re half way there what’s next and when you’re on the last thing. I love it. 5 stars from me

HITT Workouts is a great way to do a quick workout that’s not too hard, but not too easy. Very simple and fun.
