The app wasn’t bad when I was in my free trail, so I paid for 3 months. Now I’m pretty disappointed with it. The audio/video fall out of line daily. The workouts you have previously done disappear after the week and you can’t find them again. This would be fine if they had a larger assortment of workouts but they don’t. I doubt I will be paying for any more time after my 3 months is up.

I love the workouts but there are not enough. When i first started i liked the 10 minute workouts but now they aren’t long enough. I’ve been cycling through the same hard and medium 20-30 minute workouts for the past several months and there’s only about 10. The ‘new’ workouts are not always new. I’ve had to find other exercise apps/videos for new workouts.

Overall, I like the app. The workouts are good at different levels and great for someone who doesn’t have much time. When it says 10 minutes, the whole thing is actually 10 minutes (not 10 minutes plus warm up and cool down). With two kids under 3 at home and full time telework, 10 minutes is all I’ve got for fitness these days! That said I wish there were a few more short workout options.
Also as of May 5,2020, the data isn’t recording properly in Apple Health. Workouts are recorded but for only 10 seconds duration. It used to work correctly. Maybe a bug in an update? Please fix!

Audio glitches not worth the price 2/5

I have tried to use the workouts on this app. I download them to my device. Almost every time there is some kind of glitch. The most recent one is that I received a text message and then the coach audio on the app dropped out. I could still hear the music but not the coach. And there’s no way to “reset” without starting the workout all over. You can’t close the workout, open it again, and scrub to where you left off! I had to follow the written instructions using another gym timer app. I will not be renewing. 2 stars, not 1, because I really like the workouts.

HIIT integrates extremely well into the other fitness programs I do weekly. Great variety and intensity levels! Definitely worth it for me!
Frustrating features and contact ability 2/5
You cannot email from the app, even though there is a “contact us” option. It will say “can’t email from this device” (iPhone). Also, the workouts cannot be displayed to the tv or a larger screen, an option used with iPhone on YouTube and other applications.

I’m pretty athletic, and the first two workouts had me breathing deeply! I hope there are many workouts included with this subscription! So far, I’m hooked after two workouts!
I’ve now had the app for over a month and am impressed with the different workouts provided, which was an original concern of mine. I love that it tracks all your workouts so you can go back and see which ones burned the most calories to rock them out again! Awesome music! Great trainers that keep you pushing!
I wish this app had a feature that would allow me to watch it on my TV. I can only Bluetooth it to my surround sound. Other than that, I’m in love with working out because of this app!
After a year, I have worked all the workouts. I absolutely love working out with the trainers, but I’m ready for new 30 minute videos!
I love DailyBurn’s original app advanced programs with trainers Anna Garcia and Bob Harper. Unfortunately, this app only gives a limited selection for 30-minute advanced workouts. The app itself is good, very easy to follow, and includes a countdown timer for each workout.
It seems like a more on-the-go type of app for people who want to squeeze in a quick workout.
I tried to do two different 10-minute workouts back to back, thinking I could just do my own mashup, but some of the moves overlapped and were repeated.

I like the format of the workouts and the instructors. Price is ok. Generally I use this when I don’t have time for classes.
Two things that are driving me a bit batty:
1. There’s music but it’s not coordinated with the moves at all. This may be a pet peeve but it really throws me off.
2. There seems to be a huge gap between easy and medium. Easy is too easy and I don’t get much of a workout. Medium is hard enough that my form fails and it’s miserable. It’d be nice if there was something in between to work up to medium.
Otherwise the actual workout moves are good.

Hello, I’ve been trying out your app this week. I won’t be subscribing because I can’t hear the coaches above the blasting music. Also, the time remaining scales are helpful but the coaches suddenly start working out during them. They don’t give enough warning as to what the next move is going to be, and one morning in a time crunch I requested a 20 minute workout that went on for 26+ minutes before I had to shut it down.

I’m having a hard time hearing the trainer over the music. Also, the timer isn’t always in sync with the trainer.
I quit the gym because it was just too much of a big to do getting there with 3 kiddos. I can knock this out in 30 minutes. The instructors are all so likable and encouraging. And cheaper than the gym too!
Workouts are too short 3/5
As someone who has worked out for most of my life, I felt that these workouts were decent workouts but they weren’t as intense or as long as I am used to. I moved out of state and the gym I had been going to does not have a location here, so I was looking for a 35-45 minute high intensity workout to do in my apartment gym. There are a few good 30 minute workouts that really made me sweat, however, I don’t understand the point of doing a 10 minute HIIT workout because that does nothing for you. If I’m going to work out, I’m want something substantial. I would love this app more if it had a greater variety of options for HIIT workouts that were longer and more challenging.

Cece is the only one I can hear through the music who motivates me !! Do more workouts with her the thirty minute and twenty minute hard ones!
I really enjoyed this workout app. It has a lot of diverse workouts that keep your exercise program interesting. I also like that they have easy, moderate, and difficult workouts at various length of times. The instructors are creative, energetic, and motivating. Highly recommend.

I tried to contact this team at two separate times in their “contact me” with no answer. The workouts are great but there are very few to choose from after a few weeks. I can’t figure out if you can add more or if that’s it. Workouts are great. App and support are lacking. Not very many workouts to choose from and it will force you to pick a workout when you are done with them all.

I have been using this app for about 3 weeks. I need medium to hard workouts to really get my heart rate up, after 2 weeks of 3-4 workouts a week I am out of 30 minute medium to hard workouts, the app keeps telling me I have no more options... SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED!!! Don’t pick this app if you don’t want to keep repeating the same handful of workouts. The worst part is I actually love the workouts!

I love the app and the workouts but for the price it doesn’t have the variety I was looking for. There are limited workouts and I find it repeats the workouts a lot. Would love to see more variety so I’m not repeating the workouts as often!

I subscribed thinking there would be new workouts added frequently, but I have done all the 30 minute medium and hard workouts 3-4 times each over the last two months, and no new ones have been added. Otherwise, good content, just wish it were refreshed more often.

I understand how some apps have in app purchases but this is the first app that tricked me into signing up for a paid subscription (with a hefty price to boot). It didn’t even route me to the Apple store to verify the purchase. This is a company phone and could have been gotten me into a bit of trouble. I was able to cancel the subscription. Beware before you download.

The workouts were ok, pretty good; but for paying a subscription fee I was really disappointed in the number of workouts that I could access. You can really only get one or two hard intensity workouts per week.

I’ve tried many different workout apps and they never seemed to push me as hard as this one. This app has hard workouts that get your blood pumping. There are a variety of workouts depending on your goals. This app constantly motivates you to achieve your goal! Love it.

I was excited to open the app and get started. I had a gym membership but I figured I could workout at home and save some money. Well apparently it’s not free, surprise surprise lol I honestly should have known. I would honestly prefer to deal with ads than pay monthly. Also I would rather pay a gym 10 dollars a month and have access to many machines and services then pay an app. Definitely disappointed maybe try making a free version, you can get money from ads, poor people like me would appreciate it lol
Music is too loud but it’s a solid workout!!
