It’s is sometimes difficult to get in and out of the digital key feature on the app.

This app worked fine. Till didn’t. Has not loaded rates for stays for over a month. Updates haven’t helped. It’s useless.
Will not allow me to book or show reservations 1/5
It was a great app and used to book 99% of my Hilton stays. After a recent update it will no longer load my reservations or allow me to book a hotel. This has caused me to move more of my reservation outside of Hilton.
Needs a feedback feature 3/5
This app is great, but I can’t believe there isn’t a place to leave feedback about a stay. It would be an easy addition and a much more customer friendly option than the current process of calling and speaking *on the phone* to a customer service agent. It would be more efficient for customer and company to have a chat or message feature to commend an employee or let corporate know about non-problem observations. I was shocked this wasn’t already part of the app.

Sudden Malfunction 1/5
I have used the Hilton app for many years, but all of a sudden it does not work properly. All features are not working. I am unable to see my upcoming and past stays. I also do not see my points accruing as I am a frequent traveler. I hope this resolved with an upcoming update.
I need a receipt so that I can expense my stay. It’s crazy to have to go through all this mess for a simple request.

I had a horrible stay at the Hilton Tapeo cliffs Phoenix. I spoke to several people about it during and from Hilton. Freddy Said I would get 60,000 points. Still haven’t received them. I am also amazed at how many points it takes to get a free night. When with jet blue for far less points I can fly round trip

I love that I can check in ahead of my arrival and pick my room in the process. I was a bit nervous first time, but it’s very intuitive to check in on the app and also check out. The digital key function is also very handy.

The app is great for everything except room key. It will sign you out and not allow you to sign back in, rendering your electronic key useless. Back down to the lobby you go for a physical key.

Cannot book on the application
Arguably the worst app I’ve ever used. Can’t login! Tried it all I’m 27 and know how to get into anything, reset passwords, all that jazz…. I have the process right and this app is a load of horse crap. Absolutely terrible. Whoever developed it clearly never tested signing up. Hot garbage and don’t waste your time. Just check in like normal.

I have been an HHonors member for longer than I can remember. I traveled 50% of the time for over 40 years. As useful as the Hilton
app was for me before retirement, it is even better for my wife and me now. We travel less often, but probably have at least as many check ins and check outs in most months because the stays average much shorter.
Hilton’s digital keys and being able to communicate with staff before arrival are priceless!

We use this app pretty frequently and don’t have much of an issue. This whole week I’ve been looking to make new reservations and rates aren’t loading. I though maybe it was just the dates or location so I switched it and still says rates unable to load. Hope this bug gets fixed sooner rather than later.

Canceled a reservation because my daughter had a fever on the morning we were leaving for Six Flags. Even paid extra for a rate that allowed cancellations. We’re still in the middle of a pandemic. You can do better Hilton! Paid $147 for a family vacation we never took. 🤒🤧😬
