This app gives me directions. It always works. It keeps track of my Hilton hotel stays. It helps keep me organized. I can check in from the app and pick my room. Some places are even adding places to see nearby.

Ap always gives the option to request an upgrade - I have yet to once get an upgrade or late checkout. Seems like more of a hook than something that really happens.

When trying to search for rooms for future reservations today, the App just sends an error message saying “That was unexpected, try again.”
There is obviously a bug that needs to be fixed, but when I try to contact App Support, the link takes me to the Hilton customer service site, not to the developers.
For a major hotel chain, this is a very crude and unreliable App.
Awful Quote from live Agent for extra night different from app, $100 more, no ability to edit dates. And one minute later there was no option on app to pay with points as it said one minute earlier. Rigged , not good

This app was great before I became a Hilton Honors member. After logging on to my new account, the app does not load. It won’t even show hotel rooms I search for without an error message. Still looking forward to be an Hilton Honors member!

I prefer Hilton over any other brand and will continue but the app is having some major issues all the sudden. Will not sign in and times out on numerous occasions. This app needs to work properly because of the digital card feature.

I enjoy being a Hilton member. The great majority of the members of my company are all Hilton members. This is because of the overall quality of the service they provide as well as the easy and fun interaction with their online app.
Wasn’t able to get an upgraded this time to a suite. Disappointing

The part of the program asking about rating appears and locks up the keyboard. A otherwise easy program does not work. Three tries to get a receipt!

The Hilton points system and what they charge to pay for a room with points is so far out of line with any other rewards program I have ever been apart of.
Hyatt points are earned at 2x the rate and charge half the points to redeem as any Hilton hotel.
Glitch in system doesn’t let me use points to pay 1/5
When I want to use points for a stay, the room is always unavailable. When I pay in cash, no problem. Suggest fixing this glitch. It’s very annoying and costly. Considering I have points I could be using....

The app used to be quick and easy. All of the features are still there, but ever since around a month ago, the app has slowed down drastically. Checking current reservations and booking new ones? Not without watching the buffer wheel spin for at least a minute. Often times, it won’t load at all.

There was the option on the phone app to see available rooms floor by floor by viewing a schematic. What happened to that view as it’s now replaced with only a list of rooms and their floor #. If it’s a change please put it back.
I recently needed to cancel a trip to Philadelphia and was not able to cancel my room. I had issues in Orlando with no hot water for ten hours and was promised 5000 extra points and never received them. After several attempts to make contact with someone for help I gave up.

Hilton has multiple prices for every room. This honors program will NOT get you anything except the lady in some Asian country who will NOT deviate from her script. Worse, they will give you one price on the phone, and then when you get confirm email, it has higher prices. The call center lady will not fix that mistake. Worthless program. If you like Hilton just call the actual hotel and talk to local staff. You may not get the best price but at least they won’t lie to you or try to trick you.
Oh yes, the app won’t take your comments.

This Hilton App is our right hand when we are on the road traveling. Just a couple of clicks and we are booked into our favorite Hilton Hotel for the evening.

I think the app works extremely well and is easy to book, pick rooms, etc. However, no matter how many times I try to digitally check out, at multiple properties, it always errors out.

Sometime around Q1 2019, app mostly stopped working. Try to make a reservation? Watch it spin. Want to select a room? Watch it spin. Try to contact the developers or Diamond Desk? Get no response. Best to just use the website (except I don’t think you can pick your room).

The Hilton app is so easy to use and gives the user all the information needed about the property, rooms and rates. Love the Honors flexible discount rate that let’s you adjust or cancel if needed.

Ap won’t sync with our existing information or my new information. Pain in the a** to use. Key card now say to use the Ap instead of the key which would be super amaze...if it would sync and work properly 🤦🏻♀️

This app is good when it works. I’m a diamond member and try to use this app as much as I can, but some days it just “spins” then closes and does not allow me to reserve a room. I tried to reserve a room last night and it did the same error which happens more often then not. I went back into the app the next day to reserve the same hotel and same room and now the rates went up from last night when I tried to book the room. The app is suppose to make it convenient to book a room not harder.
