I love that I can pick a room, but I would like to know a better orientation to the building before picking a room. Front of building, back, etc.

Starting the last few days the search screen is all white and doesn’t load. I can’t book trips without calling. Please fix it. Fast!
App doesn’t work to find hotel. 1/5
Out of 10 tries, one was successful in displaying the hotels. But when i click on it for further information, it take ages to load. I gave up. Not sure what the almost 5stars ratings were for previous versions or this. Waste of my time, better use a computer to surf google hotels than use this app.

App is completely unreliable, from retrieving stays to checking in to using digital key. I anticipate every new version will get better but it never does. Just downloaded latest - had to close & refresh 3x to retrieve my stay and once again couldn’t successfully check in. This time “oops, must call customer service” was the error. Get it together, Hilton.

I love this app. It is very helpful and very useful. Originally, I was unable to change the mystay benefits on the app. I would change them, go back, and they would be back to the defaults. Today, my upcoming stays are gone, and I can’t look ahead to book another reservation. I was planning to book a stay this afternoon and it won’t load. Please help get this app up and running (correctly) again
App Needs a Lot of Work 3/5
Never a problem making reservations after that it’s all downhill. Digital key doesn’t work or takes forever to load. Impossible to check out on the app. I tried for two solid hours got nothing but told to refresh, timed out and then the app tells me to go to the front desk. What a joke that is when you’re already on the road and traveling. And lastly when you try to leave feedback about the hotel you just stayed in it just keeps spinning and will not submit no matter how many times you try and refresh. I expected more from Hilton.

I downloaded the app since I will be traveling a lot more for work. The digital key won’t ever appear. Just says retrieving digital key and times out. Had some other small issues that were resolved by closing out. I always like staying at the hotels but not a fan of the app yet.

IPhone 7, latest iOS, good network connection. The app tries to refresh my reservations and keeps timing out. The app used to work fine.

I can’t sign in using my Hilton honors number. I tried to reset my password through the app, says my credentials don’t match any known information.
Web browser works great, accepts the same credentials.
A quick google search tells me the issue is not just with my phone.
1 star, because I can’t use it.

It is very misleading to see a rate for each room the click the room only to find that is is always the prepay rate which made me click the room then find that the rate I actually reserve at is much more. I did not initially click prepay rate in apply discounts, I click AAA and my company rate which is what I should see first before clicking on the room details.

They need to update this app. The search is always broken.
My husband and I have stayed here at least 20 times in the past 3 years. I have no complaints. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s always clean and never any problems in the rooms. The rates are really good for Boston and parking prices are a huge plus. At $17 a day you can’t get much better when most hotels in the city charge around 50$. I highly recommend this location and will continue to stay here in the future.

It’s truly an honor to stay at Hilton. Me an my Family have to travel for Medical reasons an we stay at the Hilton Durham near Duke University an we are treated like family. Everyone there is so sweet an takes very good care of us every time we stay. It’s our home away from home an we Love it.

While traveling in the Ocala, florida area I used the Hilton app to book a room. I received a confirmation number and used 30,000 points a night for a room. About an hour later, while in route to the hotel, I received a call telling me there were no rooms available. Kind of pathetic that the app does not work in unison with the central booking system.

Can’t seem to ever make a reservation using the app, so I always end up calling. But after that, the app works great, except... if you try to get a digital room key. That feature NEVER works!! Every time I request the digital key it says “sorry, we are having trouble processing your request, please try again later”... but when I try later it still never works. Feels like a sales gimmick, looks like a sales gimmick... wow, even acts like one too!!

Hampton inn Salt Lake City-north!! Coming from Boise for Volleyball tournament. We arrived early at the hotel and of course there’s no room that’s ready yet. Erick @ the front desk listened to my concern and he was able to help me with getting in to our room prior to check in time so our family can rest before the tournament. Thank you Erick!!

I have been a loyal Hilton honors member for years. I recently discovered Home2 Suites. As the vast majority of my travel is business, this is ideal. It is usually the lowest cost Hilton in any area and with its full kitchenette and curtained off bedroom it makes a great workspace as well as home away from home.

Using the Hilton honors digital key opens wallet payment after unlocking doors. Often the app says I’m not near a door I’m standing in front of but opened the hotel entrance, elevator access, and fitness center. This happens 25% percent of hotel stays. Using iPhone X.

I like the app but I’d like to be able to access my digital room key in my Apple wallet, or better yet in my wallet for the duration of my stay and the ability to pull it down in my notifications on my phones home screen. I can do this with my American Airlines app. Once I check in for a flight and add my boarding pass to my wallet I can pull my boarding pass down on my home screen, or access it from my Apple Wallet. Can we make this happen?

I love using this app. I am so glad it finds the hotel in a area for me and gives me choices for close proximity ones so I can choose the better hotel. More people should notice all the perks this app really offers.

Tried to book using app from my hospital bed yesterday. Hotel said it was 22,000 points. When I selected it and chose 1king bedroom (same price) it was 39,000. Could not call from hospital. So today I tried again. Now it is 26,000, so I called. Person was from another country and was no help and then just hung up on me. So because of your app bait & switch yesterday, this room cost me 8,000 more points, which is more than I had, so cost me just under $5.
Not happy with yesterday’s bait & switch and then the room pricing going up in one day.

So you think that after staying so many nights that as a Diamond member you receive the privilege of talking to the Diamond desk when you have an issue. Definitely NOT a benefit. Very rude and can’t even figure out where your missing points went. Very frustrating.

Spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to get a rate for points as the app did not say points were unavailable for the dates I requested. The browser interface did show me that, you need to make the interfaces consistent.

Very user friendly app however always get an error message that rate is no longer available. Previously I never had issues with the app but it’s quite annoying when your quoted a price and you can’t book it after researching a property within your budget. Fix the glitches and the app will be perfect!
Terrible stay in omaha 1/5
They were overbooked but sad to think I couldn’t get a regular room and the bathroom smelled of feces and shower was terrible trying to wash hair and soap up as the shower head would keep moving to one side and I couldn’t get completely washed. The rooms and hotel need major remodeling and I will not stay there again. I should have went to Marriott the first night as I thought they the hotel would want to take care of me since I was given a awful room but I guess not. Seriously considering changing back to Marriott .

Whenever I try to do anything with the app. It continues to tell me to check my WiFi. But if I don’t use the app and use my WiFi to go online on the same device I’m able to make reservations no problem. This is so frustrating

The checkout feature in the app does not let you preview the bill. You just checkout and cross your fingers there are no items needing correction. The bill does not post to the website timely.
