The Hilton app is one of the easiest to learn and use of all the travel related apps we use. The only downside is the 24-hour notification for check-in doesn’t always function properly.

Used the app to select room, but hotel had no record. Tried to check out through the app only to receive errors.

App was ok. I was able to check in and find places to explore near the hotel. I was not able to use the digital key. Not sure why it wouldn’t work. Then I was unable to check out through the app.

To be the only Hilton in this City you should be exceptional! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Hilton family. Corporate needs to visit to hold up the Hilton standard or us this now the sub standard?

Can’t believe I can check in online and then get a call that the property is overbooked and I have no room! Geez, I know I’m only silver in Hilton Honors but really? NEVER will use Hilton again and will tell everyone I know about this experience. Hilton is a plague!

My stay at the Hilton was not as good as expected my bed was very uncomfortable they brought me up a blanket that had a burned hole in it I was so tired from my classes I didn’t return it it should have been thrown out not reused I have a picture of it on my last day checkout was not until noon I went to class that morning came back to my hours before checkout I entered my room the worker saw me ran up and said no you can’t go in I cleaned it I told her I needed to relax until the luncheon started and use the restroom she told I would have to use it downstairs I was frustrated st that point because I hadn’t checked out I went to the front desk and asked why I couldn’t enter my room since checkout wasn’t til noon he stated the woman should hadn’t told me that and I could if I still had my keys and if I didn’t he would re key the room I told I had them at that point I just waited down stairs for out lunch to start

I love the app, it is very easy and thorough BUT we do a lot of travel softball and our schedules change a lot.
I need a hotel that can give me options to change or cancel up until the day before.
I will finish this season with Hilton but try to find a different way of booking this fall

After downloading the update Monday, I couldn’t use a digital key. Now, I’m trying to do digital check in and I can’t. Also, the new main screen to view stays is inconvenient. I can’t see the city name without having to go to another screen. Do you know where the Hampton Inn Washington Court House is located? I don’t. I’ll give you a hint, it’s not in Washington.
I liked being able to toggle between stays to see my stays with cities attached to the reservation.
Update: now, I can’t do digital check-in at all. One of the perks of using Hilton is to be able to use the digital check-in with a mobile device key. Jesus. “Contact customer service.” Yeah, well they are awful too. I never get the same person dealing with my complaint. Each message is answered by someone else and the problem doesn’t get resolved.

Suntrust Ballpark Hampton Inn 1/5
I booked the Suntrust Ballpark Hampton Inn (across the street from Suntrust Ballpark) 5 months ago using my HILTON HONORS App. Just arrived to find out that our reservation was made at the Hampton Inn downtown on Ted Turner Dr. How can this be allowed to happen? The Ballpark hasn't been located there in 3 years. Had to have the desk clerk make a reservation a mile away at Raddison Country Inn Suites. A mile walk to the park and more money for the room by not being a member. Just went to my App to check current locations only to find that the App takes me around in circles and won't open. The only positive thing I have to say about HILTON SERVICE at this point was the pleasant experience we had with Richard and his assistance at the Hampton Inn at Suntrust Park where we thought we were staying.

When I checked out on May 1st, I gave my feedback to the duty manager and she said that she will reimburse one night stay because of the inconvenience I had. It’s more than 7-weeks and I am still waiting for the reimbursement of $249.

I've been using my iPad 4 with this application for many years running iOS 10.3.3, the latest update is making my app crash all the time and can't make any reservations at all. Every time I attempt to open it it requests me to update it, but I've don't it already. As a Diamond member it's frustrating. Please fix it.
Seriously flawed 2/5
Okay, you’ve made your reservations and that was fairly smooth with only a few annoying quirks. Weeks later you’re on your way and get to your destination. What’s the address of your hotel to ask for directions? Impossible to tell. The card in your wallet is just a big blank blue space with no useful information other than your check in time and reservation number. Same for the web site except hiding at the bottom is a map pin icon which takes you to Apple maps which nobody uses unless they like getting a guided tour of the local area instead of useful directions. Hopefully that will be fixed in iOS 13 release. So finally arrive and front desk has one person and a long line. No worries, I have a digital key on my phone - except I spend 5 minutes trying to get it to work. Two restarts later it finally does and I’m in. Fall into bed after a long day and crash. Overslept the next morning, quick shower and dress, throw everything in my bag and grab a coffee on the way out the door. The usual line at the front desk but no worries, I can do online checkout except as expected that doesn’t work either. With the supposedly cute and annoying “We didn’t quite get that” error and an invitation to try again. After multiple times they suggest the front desk is always available to lend a hand (as long as you are willing to wait for the single overwhelmed employee posted there. No, they will eventually figure out I’m gone. Not worth the aggravation. I’m thinking that maybe the problems are primary with the backend system as the main web site has many of the same problems. The site is attractive, but like a blind date turns out to be vapid and clueless and not relationship material.
Room was good...felt abandoned with construction on going...no easy route from room to car....did not feel safe.
No longer backwards compatible with iOS 10 - useless 1/5
Not everyone is willing to give up access to apps they paid for that Apple stopped being compatible with in iOS11. I and others won't upgrade till a refund is given. For Hilton to abandon its Diamond members by forcing them to update OS in order to use their app will only push me and others to Hyatt or Marriot who's apps still work on iOS 10.

Why bother having someone log into the app, then check into the room, only to require they still follow the 1920s protocol of presenting ID and CC at front desk? Take a note from Marriot on this one. They have it figured out.

Sitting here trying to get logged in to use the “free wifi” with this app and still sitting here 30 minutes later. Time to give up and post this bad review. Such a terrible experience with this app.

This app required me to update in order to use it today. Since the update, it crashed within seconds of opening it... Every. Single. Time. Beyond frustrating. I use the Hilton app all the time and and need it to work!

This App used to work great. I’m a diamond for the last 10 years and have used the app exclusively for years. You forced an upgrade and now the App crashes every time I open it now. I’ve actually been staying at Marriott since their app works.
